They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County. All Pinnacle properties are stocked with: • High-end bed linens and towels. • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. An initial supply of: • Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues) • Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) • Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) Special Notes: • Parking – 1 car garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total • No Pets / No Smoking • Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions. • HOA quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am and is strictly enforced • This is a “no smoking” community and smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the deck • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old • Maximum Occupancy - 9 • Breckenridge Business License No. 382060001

We loved our stay. Love that the hot tub was just a step out the back door. And it was the perfect location, walkable to downtown breck. One complaint is that the upstairs master doesn’t have a real door. It’s a sliding barn door that has big gaps, so it’s not very private.

This property was a great accommodation for my husband and friends for a ski trip. Within walking distance of ski lifts and Main Street. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 7 stayed here for four days and had a wonderful time! It was the perfect place to relax after all of our adventures - skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and tubing. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking item you could need. The rooms are comfortable and the linens are excellent. Lots of games to play and plenty of tvs. It was also wonderful to have a garage - especially with all of the snow we got! Great location and close to the shuttle to the slopes, which was so handy. Also close to shops and restaurants. This is the perfect spot for families!

The condo was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect next to the shuttle and town. Property manager provided exceptional service and we would definitely stay here again!

It was a gorgeous place enjoyed by all. The only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a bathroom on the main level versus going up or down 2 sets to go to the bathroom. The management company could not have been more attentive with any/ALL questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation renting a place instead of staying in a hotel and it was so much more relaxing and enjoyable! Peaceful and within walking distance of everything Breckenridge has to offer. The instructions and communication were also absolutely great!

Reviewer Comments: Family of 6 and we had a great stay in this condo in April this year (2023).Location was great, a short walk (once we had acclimatised to the altitude) to the South end of town and a regular bus to the base of Peak 9 and the gondola station just a hundred yards or so away.The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Would perhaps be a little more cosy for 8 but would take it at a push.booked direct with Pinnacle and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It does also seem to be listed on other lodging websites but it will cost you more so I would recommend going direct ().Overall, a great stay in a great condo in a fantastic place. Would love to come back.
