These homes boast spacious bedrooms, TWO kitchens, two dining room tables seating 8 each, two sets of washer/dryers, stunning porch on both levels, and a large fenced-in backyard with a NEW extended deck and PRIVATE pool. Hop on the new 6-seater golf cart and head to the beach. Closest beach access: The Shore at Crystal Beach can be found a few yards away. You can't beat the convenience and amenities of these lovely homes! These two homes are right next to each other, perfect for family gatherings, reunions, or large events! Both homes were built in 2003 and each has a bedroom on the first floor - perfect for those guests who are unable to climb stairs - with additional bedrooms on the second floor. Possibilities are endless! Up to 4 cars can fit in the driveway. Close to 4,000 SQFT of space, your whole group will have plenty of space to sprawl out and enjoy the lazy days of luxury at the beach! *Pool can be heated for an add'l fee.* *Golf Cart rentals require a $500 refundable deposit.* *There is ongoing construction across the street from this house* *We LOVE Snowbirds! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great stay! The houses were perfect for our group. We had an overall wonderful experience, and the houses are in a fabulous location. Some of our guest did report sand being in their beds, and the bunk room beds being pretty uncomfortable. My fiancé and I slept wonderfully in one if the king size rooms!

Great space for large groups. The 2 homes next to each other is a definite plus! We were able to stay together and have our own space when needed. Location is is only a block and a half away from the beach with easy access. I suggest setting up your space at the beach early as it could get crowded. The grill burners were not working and the home could use some renovations, maintenance and a deep clean (home was fairly clean but there were some areas that needed additional attention). The downstairs sinks in both homes were clogged and we had to use draino to unclog them (didn’t hear back from the property manager). Could also use a replenishment of kitchen supplies (no oven mittens, baking trays or cutting board). Downstairs bedroom mattress in the back home was sinking in as well. But overall, our group had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this house before and wasn’t happy however this experience was much better. Previously it wasn’t properly cleaned this time no sand in the beds (thanks). The location is great, your able to walk to the beach as advertised (even me with my bad knees). The pool was actually clean (thanks). The minuses are, bring batteries. As always be sure to do a walk through prior to letting your family in and take pictures or videos to record the things that are already broken because they do need lots of upgrades/repairs.

This property was perfect for our large group of 24 people. Had plenty of space for everyone and the heated pool was a huge hit. It's also very conveniently located in Destin so you can get to almost everything easily. The rental company is super attentive and easy to work with. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would strongly consider going back.

Plenty of space for my large group of 12 people. Beach is only a block away. If you need to bring a lot of beach supplies, then the golf cart is super convenient!

Location! Location! Location!
This is a nice sized property in great location relative to fun activities in Destin. It's an extremely short walk to the beach and walking distance to Destin Commons. Very hard to beat for the price.
The property is nicely set up for big groups with a nice pool in between two houses. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.
The negatives that I can say is that it wasn't as clean or maintained as well as I would expect. Some of the pillows had a yellow tint and probably should have had pillow covers on them. Also in one of the master bedrooms there was some sand in the bed.
We also had an issue with the dryer not working in the first house so had to dry everything in the second house for most of the trip. We rented a golf cart from RealJoy but it had a flat tire which we had to pump up and also one of the rear-view mirrors was broken. The grill on sight was also in dire need of cleaning though we never actually used it.
Overall this was a great trip and the leasing office was very communicative. This would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the maintenance and cleanliness issues.

La casa muy bien ubicada y bonita pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, tuvimos problemas con los baños específicamente ( desbordados) y falta de limpieza en algunas zonas y utensilios de cocina, la parrillera solo pudimos usarla un dia por falta de gas, solo permitían 4 carros en el estacionamiento y es una casa para 26 personas (algo ilógico) una de las secadoras no funcionaba !

Let me start by saying that Destin FL is an absolutely beautiful place to visit; however, we didn't get to enjoy the beach due to the weather. The two homes our family rented are in an ideal location, not to far from grocery stores and the mall and walking distance to the beach. The homes are older than what's described in the pictures and the pool is also (pool needs some maintenance as several family members required bandages after scraping against some of the concrete on the bottom of the pool). The bunk beds in both houses need to be replaced because the beds had pieces missing exposing the bolts and screws (understand that wear/tear occurs but that should be taken care of immediately). The washer/dryer in the house on the right takes forever, especially the dryer. Even with small loads you have to dry the clothes twice in order for them to dry completely. The shower in the master bathroom in the house on the right, the shower door would not seal shut. (One suggestion for the shower would be to replace the showerhead with an adjustable one where the user can control the direction of the spray.)
Overall the children enjoyed themselves immensely and that's all that matters. If the owners made improvements to the homes I would most likely rent again. Another plus was the promptness of the management in responding to questions that arose.

The property itself is run down. Landscaping was a mess, there was little pool or deck/balcony furniture.
The houses were neglected, mold and rust visible. The photos were very deceiving and obviously taken a while ago.
Thank goodness I love Destin and especially this area of Destin.

Family Vaca
The property was ideal for a big family. It could use a few updates. Some of the comforters were missing from some of the bunk beds and the trash was overflowing when we arrived but management had someone come and clean up the trash on the ground and bring us extra comforters the next day. The pool was a little smaller than it appears in the pics. It is walking distance from the beach which was a plus for us.

The location to the beach was good. The houses were comfortable except for the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The houses inside were very nice but the outside of the house needed a lot of landscaping work and the pool at the house seemed to have trouble with the filter.

These homes were perfect for our large group. Plenty of space for everyone and so much room for activities. The backyard was great for chilling out, maxing and relaxing by the pool everyday. Extremely close to the beach which made it easy to bounce down there whenever we felt like it. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a good time with family, friends, or heck even a group of strangers could have fun here!

One of the tubs was clogged granted it was my fault I didn’t reach out to management company until the day before we were scheduled to leave since we did have other showers.

Great place for multiple families...
We enjoyed the two houses and being able to split up kitchens between families. Also, the pool was great, but smaller than it looks on the listing. Everything was clean and comfortable.
