With furnished double porches facing the beach and pool-facing balconies, this property has ample outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy good company. Inside, the home is tastefully styled with a neutral color palette, creating a soft, plush and comfortable ambiance after a fun day of activity. Home Truths: - Please note that active commercial and residential construction is currently underway in the city of Destin. - 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note: Pool and spa heat will not be available during the summer months (April 1 - October 31). - Pool and spa heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. - The elevator is not for guest use. - The 6th bedroom is located separately in a casita by the pool. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - The fireplace is not available for guest use. Parking Details: The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Good: Great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to public beach, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Huge house, plenty of room for families, nice that every room except for the bunk room has its own bathroom. Adequate pool area. Beds are comfortable.
The improvements: Much of the furniture needs to be updated. Bed frames in pool apartment are cheap and had to be tightened. Dining room chairs are falling apart, the deck and patio furniture is old, mismatched and inadequate for a listing such as this. No towel racks in the huge master bath. Plenty of dishes but flatware was lacking, only 5 spoons in a house that sleeps 16! The yard and area around the pool also needs to be cleaned and landscaped.
This house has great views and the location is fantastic but it could be so much better with some new furniture, decor and a little TLC.

Good location 👌 to the ocean and shopping. Bathroom by the living room area had no hand soap or anywhere to put the soap.Bedroom next to kitchen no outlets worked in bedroom or bathroom whatever. Bathroom on bottom floor as you walk in no hand soap or soap dish in bathroom. Pool only had water for two days, the rest of the time it was draining down every day about 8 inches or so.I don't understand putting a elevator in a house and not letting us use the damn thing. We were 72,72,67,66,66,64 and 50yrs old. You need new furniture on the deck off the kitchen,or a allen screw driver. Other than a few things, we loved the beautiful home .This home is in need of some TLC..paint,polishing,just a little tightening up.

Property location is great! The place is quite massive and slept the 12 of us comfortably. There is a big ice maker which was a huge plus. Grill didnt have gas so had to make a gas run and the oven kept giving us an error when we used the broil feature. Pool could be cleaner and the jets on the hot tub dont work but overall, i would recommend this place

The AC temperature was not within the desired range despite making modifications to the settings. It was very hot on the first floor, but the second and third floors were cool. There was dust and sand everywhere in the house. The pool was a plus. We love the location of the house! Old furniture! The dinning chairs were pretty old! Some were broken too!

Let me start by saying you cannot beat the location of this home with easy access to the beach and all Destin has to offer. I will list the Pro's and Con's:

Nice kitchen with a large refrigerator and beverage center, dishwasher, and fully stocked plates, cups and mugs, glasses, and untensils. Even little bags of coffee were supplied.
AMAZING VIEWS FROM 2ND FLOOR INSIDE AND ON THE PORCH!
3rd floor bedroom has amazing views.
The neighborhood and area seems safe.
Con's
First floor bed behind double doors has broken bed frame
Very short supply of towels and wash rags
Hot Tub does not work
Pool has black algae spots
Pool chairs and umbrellas NOT SUPPLIED for this home when at the beach
INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING THEREFORE NEITHER WERE THE TV'S. The connection was constantly dropping or nonexistent.
Furnishings in this home are lacking beauty and comfort.
Patio furniture lacks beauty and comfort.
Toilets ARE NOT COMFORT HEIGHT.
Toilets on the first floor and 3rd floor flush very slowly.
Sink in the 3rd story bedroom drains slowly.
ELEVATOR CANNOT BE USED BY GUESTS
I would rent this home again but my hope would be that the con's could be addressed to justify the amount of money we paid for our stay.

This house was right across from a great beach spot. We rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach each day and walked over to swim and play in the waves every day. The pool was quite warm which was nice in the evenings. the balconies overlooking the ocean road were great. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us to spread out and enjoy time together and alone.

Good location. Across the street from the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only negative was that the hot tub did not work. Very clean. The entire house was well stocked. Even had a first aid kit an extra batteries. Plenty of garbage bags. But the quality of the paper goods, toilet paper and paper towels was not very good. Although there was a lot of them. Sorry, it's good enough

We had a few days to get away and had always wanted to try the beaches around Destin. We booked our flights and rented this home. It was the best decision ever! From Sunday to Thursday we spent our days at the beach and our evenings around the pool at this rental property. Best decision ever. From the beautiful beach with the beautiful white sand to the beautiful clear water to the beautiful property we stayed in it was 5 days of beautiful memories made.

Great location for beach and area. Check in was super easy and staff very friendly. We had few issues with internet and pool but everything was attended too very timely and fixed. A few lights were out to include the pool but it did not hinder our stay. Love the fact it is gated and our favorite restaurant the Crab Trap is located across the street.

House was spacious enough for the entire family to gather without being on top of each other. From high chair for our granddaughter to ground level bedroom for grandmother this house is ready for everyone to enjoy a fun filled vacation getaway.
We have lived in the area before and choose this location because of its easy access to beach, golf, restaurants, shopping, kids parks, the bridge and traffic flow.
It all was outstanding.

The house is wonderful! There is so much room and it’s location was wonderful.
When we arrived, the door code that was sent did not work, I called the property manager who had us inside within seconds.
The pool house had not been cleaned, but the property manager arrived quickly and had the cleaning crew there shortly after to finish up.
We had a mishap with the BBQ grill and called the property manager immediately. He sent maintenance out and they had us set up right away.
It was a wonderful vacation and we were blessed with the staff that assisted us during our stay!! Thank you all for taking pride and pleasure in your jobs!

The house is wonderful! There is so much room and it’s location was wonderful.

This property is such a beautiful property and the view is amazing from any angle in the house the location is absolutely perfect you can walk straight to the beach. It's hard to find a property that have a bathroom in each room but this house had everything all of my guests were comfortable and we even had enough space to set up DJ equipment and party the whole stay

Overall, the stay was good. We would book this property again, but only if it was much less in cost.
The location was amazing and super easy to find. Communication with Avant Stay was easy and timely. Check in process was super easy. The house comfortably fit our party of 11.
The cons:
- There was sand everywhere when we got there - it didn't feel like it had been cleaned thoroughly
- The hot tub doesn't have a heating element, so it didn't work
- The pool is pretty gross - we couldn't find any kind of filtration system in it anywhere? Definitely doesn't stay clean, was dirty to the point that most of us wouldn't go all the way in the water.
- There were electrical issues in the bathrooms downstairs and the showers/air conditioner didn't work very well.
- The bedroom with the kitchenette area and the pool are totally detached from the house and you have to go around the side to get to either - not a huge issue, but wasn't ideal for the folks staying in that space. The bathroom in that area also leaves a lot to be desired.
- They don't have any tv already ready for you to go so you have to try to log in with your accounts, but the internet kept going out causing the tv's to only work part of the time
- Internet overall wasn't strong, people's phones mostly worked better when not on the wifi
- There's no closet space in the inside queen bedroom - also not huge issue, but not ideal when you're staying for several days
- There's not a lot provided to you. We had to ask for more towels because we weren't even stocked with every bathroom. We needed to get more trash bags, paper goods, spices, etc. Also the dishes and silverware are all mismatched and the quality of everything isn't what we expected given the price point

Beautiful Views
Absolutely beautiful house, amazing views, perfect location and great manager. My family of 5, my brothers family of 6 and my sister and her infant all stayed and we still had a extra bedroom. I would love to stay her again. Thanks Tripp for being a great manager. Hope to visit again soon!

An epic stay
The property was an absolute blast for our group of 15. The AvantStay staff was very responsive and helpful both before and during our visit to Destin. During check-in we noticed a few minor needs (propane tanks, a lightbulb was out, etc.) and the staff was on-site same day/night to fulfill the requests.
