The venue is alluring and almost too dreamy to be true. On the outer side of the decks, one can relax on the front-row seating and enjoy a delightful mountain view. You can sit back and relax on the tastefully designed and artistic wooden rocking chairs and bask in the unobstructed views of nature. This is the ultimate destination to pamper yourself to the core. Black Bear Tracks is one amongst the premier log home resort communities in Gatlinburg, spread over a massive 43 acres of land with towering native trees, natural springs and streams, and beautiful mountains – the perfect set up to provide you a distressing relief from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can cherish every moment spent here and make beautiful memories for yourself and your family. This true built log cabin can spoil you more than you can imagine as you might find it difficult to leave the hot tub at the lower deck. A gorgeous waterfall and a log clubhouse greets you as you enter the resort. When here, take the maximum advantage of the photo opportunities at the falls. Adjoining the clubhouse is a large patio area with heated swimming pools for both adults and children. These are functional seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. Black Bear Tracks is just 3 miles away from Gatlinburg downtown, that is no more than a 5 minute drive. It is also quite nearby to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Amenities: Guests can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen inside the cabin with top-of-the-line appliances. You can experiment with your culinary skills here with all the cookware and tableware you would possible require. The walls throughout the resort are made with rich sealed pine wood. There are four fireplaces, one in each room. Two bedrooms feature king size beds on an open airy floorplan. The rooms are also pre-wired with the latest 50 inches 4K TVS. Black Bear Tracks can accommodate 2 couples very comfortably. In fact, even 6 adults can comfortably spend the night here as the main floor has a sofa that converts into a Queen-sized bed. For guests who are hyperallergic, we offer a carpet free cabin that does not allow pets of any kind. The games room has a Cannon pool table and stained pine countertops backed with handmade bar stools. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are warmed at night by twinkling lights from the cabins below and the stars above. The games room also has a fireplace to dry off. Activities at the Resort Guests can also explore around the area as it is just a short drive to the town. One can check out all the stores, restaurants, Golf, aquarium, Guinness Museum of World Records and more. Guests can also head up the mountain at the end of the town to Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area. You can ski and snowboard in winters and enjoy mini golf or roller coaster in other seasons. Guests can also take a ride up to the Smoky Mountains National Park and spend time hiking, riding horses, fishing and exploring the woods to your hearts' content. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are just a 15 to 20 minutes drives from the resort. Great experience. Loved the cabin. Couldn’t figure out the thermostat but wasn’t a huge problem. Bought a mat for the tub because it was an accident waiting to happen, due to how slippery it was. Can’t wait to go back.

This cabin was amazing. The owners were responsive to my e-mails. The view was wonderful. This was our first experience using VRBO for Gatlinburg as we normally stay at Gatlinburg Falls. Owners supplied a lot more (spices, pans, etc.) than previous cabins we have stayed in over the last 8 years. I will definitely stay at this cabin again when we are in the area if it's available.

This cabin was wonderful and we very much enjoyed it. The only slight issue we had was for whatever reason they did not know we had a reservation and there was some confusion there but the staff was very helpful in getting it figured out and everything turned out great in the end!

Chemicals in hot tub triggered my allergies. Tried to go in twice but just coughed to much. This also happened at a property that we stayed at last April in the black bear community.

My first time in Tennessee I didn’t know what to expect but this cabin was amazing it was super clean it had everything we needed most definitely would recommend! I will be renting this again!

We searched many cabins prior to choosing this one. We absolutely loved everything about this cabin, from the location to downtown Gatlinburg, to the beautiful neighborhood that we did walks in, to the views from the decks… breathtaking! The inside was immaculate, every details was perfectly picked out with the bear themed! Not to mention the beds were incredibly comfortable which is so important after a long day of adventures! My favorite place was sitting on the couch with a beverage ( coffee in the morning and wine in the evening ) with the fire place on and enjoying the views of the mountains! We did not want to leave! Will definitely return in the future! Thank you for an amazing spring break!!

Amazing views, photos cannot capture the beauty. The cabin was immaculate. Hot tub was super clean and read for relaxing after a long day of site seeing and shopping…what better time to be there. Thanksgiving shopping at its best. Definitely needed more time! The game room was great! Me, my husband and 10 year old daughter had some tournaments lol. Everything we needed was there, except for one thing…just 1. A can opener. You can’t beat that! Kathy, our property contact, was probably the nicest and quickest responding contact ever. I hope to be in contact with Kathy again for another stay. Don’t forget your nausea patch or Dramamine if you get motion sickness. We were thank goodness! Totally worth!

Beautiful views with a nice deck and rocking chairs. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Cabin was spacious, very clean with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils and updated kitchen appliances. TV’s, video and board games kept teenagers from getting bored at night. Very true to description and pictures.

We were in awe of the view, ease of location to attractions and restaurants and we truly enjoyed the community. Enjoy the feel of staying up in the mountains, but handy to Gatlinburg area attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with all supplies a culinarian could want/need including small appliances such as blender, mixer, cutting board, utensils, including specialty items like a cheese slicer and wine opener; plenty of mixing/serving bowls, and surprisingly high quality knives. There are plenty of dishes and glassware, including wine glasses. Video games and pool table provided fun family times. The fireplaces are easy to turn on and abolutely lovely. The Rokus on each of the TVs (which were large TVs) made it very easy to add or login to our own apps (Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc) and have our "own TV" with us on vacation. Put some music on the TV downstairs while you are playing pool or relaxing in the hot tub (reminder to log out of your apps when you leave). Hot tub is clean and ready when you arrive (it is drained and refilled for you, so it's very clean). Plenty of linens were provided as well. We would definitely stay at this location again. Check-in and check-out instructions were very easy to follow. I have only one complaint and that is more about clear communication about the community pool. In the email regarding your stay, you are told there is a "pool pass" for the community pool, located in the kitchen. It is there, handy. However, the Black Bear Falls Commuity pool is only open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. This is not specified in the communication from the Managment Company, and the email reads as though you can use the pool at any time, hence the pool pass provided. There are not "open dates" on the pool pass. We were there in late April and one kiddo was very disappointed and does not adjust well to unexpected changes. We had to pivot and adapt: If traveling to Black Bear Falls community when the pool is not open (Sept - May), you can make a short drive to the Westgate Resort and pay a one-day pass for their waterpark: Wild Bear Falls Water Park ($25/person, per day). Otherwise, great work by Enzzio Management and the housekeeping staff. Thanks for a great stay!

Great House For Our 5!
We had a great stay at Black Bear Falls. House was clean and comfortable and easy to get to. Nice proximity to downtown and the grocery store. Well maintained neighborhood and house with everything that we needed during our stay. Our whole family loved the lower level gaming area as it afforded everyone the opportunity to be together while doing different things. We had one minor issue with the WiFi not working the night we arrived, but management company was very responsive (even on a Saturday night) and the issue was quickly resolved. We would stay here again.

Great stay!
We had a great stay. Minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but off the beaten path. This unit provided a great view. With two 15 year old boys we enjoyed the split level bedrooms as the boys were in the downstairs (awesome game room) and we had the main floor. We would defiantly come back and stay again.

Top notch!
We’ve been visiting the smokies over 20 years, two or three times a year. While we’ve had our favorite rentals. Black Bear tracks has moved to the top of our list. “Clean”and well stocked with everything you need.
