Sleeps 8 adults in the four king beds. In addition, 2 young children can sleep in the two twin airbeds, and an infant in the portable pack-n-play. Each of the four king-bedroom suites has its own private full bath with either a tub/shower or a walk-in shower, as well as its own TV (also connected to premium cable) and a ceiling fan. The cabin has a large yard with a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal) and a picnic table, and enough space for outdoor activities. Next to the house is ample parking for four cars (the drive is straight and has a very gentle slope). We take a lot of pride in this home and keep it very clean at all times, thanks to our great team of cleaners. We want this to be a very special time while you are staying in Wynstone, and we will do all we can to be sure that you have a great experience. Large, very clean home with plenty of room for privacy from others staying in the house. The beds were all super comfy. All of the foliage was still in full bloom but we had a beautiful view of mountains from all of the windows and decks. It was also a beautiful drive getting to the house. The house had some flat land for outdoor shenanigans with picnic table, corn hole, Jenga and a newly installed fire pit. It was secluded from other homes they weren’t too far away. The owners checked in immediately upon our arrival to make sure we were happy with what we walked into and followed up a couple of times through our stay. We will definitely be staying at Wynstone Lodge with future Smoky Mountain trips.

Nicely furnished well maintained cabin near downtown Gatlinburg and GSMNP. My grandson enjoyed looking at the animal murals on the wall. All essentials provided including baby and toddler items. There are definitely bears in the area ( we saw six at different times), so be watchful. All in all great cabin and hosts.

I can’t recommend Wynstone Lodge enough to a large group staying in the Smokies. This cabin has four very nice, large bedrooms with king-sized beds and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Three families were able to stay comfortably for five nights and share meals and memories, while still maintaining a bit of privacy. Wynstone offers every amenity you could want on vacation. It is located close to downtown Gatlinburg, but is far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. The views are gorgeous. And the special touch that we absolutely loved was all the toys and toddler equipment the cabin had. We were able to save a lot of space in our Jeep by not having to pack a Pack n Play. There were also multiple high chars. These hosts are very thoughtful and super responsive. I really didn’t have to ask for information at all, it was readily provided to us via text, email, and a link to a website full of helpful information about the property. Thanks, Markus and Annie!

This property was perfect for our group that included a 2 & 4 year old, my daughter, son- in-law., and my 83 year old mother. We enjoyed the 4 king suites & lots of space to spread out.
High points: Excellent communication with the owners, the hot tub was in a screened porch & kept out bugs, two decks with great Mountain Views for early morning coffee, the kids enjoyed the chalet clubhouses for swimming, loved the location above Gatlinburg, a second screened room on the middle floor was the perfect place
to gather & have jam sessions with the brand new guitar and banjo that hang on the wall for guests to use. We had a blast trying out the banjo with Youtube tutorials. Plus the sound could be isolated from the sleeping little ones on the lower level, very toddler friendly with toys & books for them along with 2 pack& plays. What a space saver not having to pack that!
There is the small quirky den off the kitchen with three recliners, adult games & books that turned out to be a favorite for the kids. . We called it the ‘secret’ room, and the toys and monster trucks stayed contained there especially while cooking breakfasts and making coffee while they played.
Note: the online welcome guide advertised a fire pit and outdoor games that are not on the property. We didn’t really miss them & the owner said he would look into correcting the listing.
Thank you, Markus & Annie for a wonderful stay filled with thoughtful details. I hope we can visit again soon.

Perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. The hot tub in a covered space was great for the chillier nights this weekend. The house was further up the mountain than we realized, but honestly the seclusion was great. 100% would recommend for families or multi-couple groups. The owners made the check-in/out process super easy and they were very attentive and responsive.

Me, my spouse, kids and grandkids rented this place for a long weekend in February 2023. WOW, where do we start? Each couple had their own room/ bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The grandkids had plenty to do with such big house. The place included many toys, 3 port-a-cribs, 2 safety gates, and other amenities for those with kids/ children. Spacious kitchen with just about any utensil/ cookware you could imagine. Firewood was provided and we took advantage of the fireplace every day. This place was very mountain cozy with awesome views. This place is just below Ober Gatlinburg and above downtown. Perfect location. Check-in/ reservation was very easy online. The owner was in contact with us at all times. They even texted us once we moved in to make sure everything was ok and working. We will certainly be renting this place again in the future!!

The house was great for our four couples. Everyone had their own suite. We traveled to Gatlinburg together in a large van and driving to and from the property was challenging.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was cozy and clean. I love the reading room. Very nice.
The road going to the house was kind of scary because of narrow roads and curves and dark. Would suggest getting there before dark.

Happy family
We take a large family vacation, 10 to 12 people, every year to Gatlinburg. This cabin is our favorite stay so far. Before we even arrived, the communication w/owner was timely, information was sent and then re-confirmed. On the day of our arrival, owner texted me early in day that the cleaning crew felt like there might be an air conditioning issue. He let us know that the technician would be out ASAP, and actually they came same day/evening, fixed it and we were good to go. Cabin is spacious. Multiple gathering spaces. Very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. All four vehicles fit easily in driveway - van, SUVs, mid size car. We saw bears multiple occasions in yard which our grands loved! Easy drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, then surrounded by woods at the cabin. Best of both worlds! We will be back.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish.
We stayed 6-17-22 to 6-23-22 I never write reviews but this one stood out for me. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Everything was made effortlessly from booking to check in and checking out. The communication with the owner/manager was top notch. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The layout was perfect. We were able to watch and enjoy wildlife right from the balcony. It was awesome. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It's only 3 days we are home and I already want to go back.

Beautiful home in the mountains.
The kitchen had everything we needed even had a number of spices that we used.
The large dining table worked great for game night.
Loved how the bedrooms were on three different floors which worked well for those that turned in early.
The hot tub and pool table were great.
And the best part was that we were only a 12 minute drive into Gatlinburg.

Spring Break
Enjoyed our stay. Cabin was nice to accommodate several families. Would stay there again but not spring break week/hot road show week in Pigeon Forge as traffic was worst I’ve ever seen and been many times. Only suggestion for cabin would be to replace family room recliners.

Wynstone Lodge
Overall it was GREAT.... The owners were fantastic, as far as communication. To many stairs... lol ... cleanliness, was good. However the hot tub water was , Nasty. And needed to be changed, smelled like mold, old stagnant water, that was covered with chlorine. The view was Awesome... overall I give it a 4.5 out of 5...

Our family was six adults and two elementary age children. This chalet was laid out perfectly for us because we could each have our own space and bathrooms. The family took the bottom floor with the 2 bed/2 bath set up and games for the kids. Grandparents took the bedroom and bath on the main floor with the kitchen. And the other couple took the top bedroom and bath with even more privacy. It's hard to find a place that has that much togetherness and solitude options all at the same time. We each had a porch with great views, chairs and tables. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to create a Christmas dinner with no issues.
The drive up to the chalet can be steep in places, which is to be expected. So, be prepared for that with 4-wheel drive, which might be needed in winter.
We will be back. Thank you!

Overall I have nothing but great things to say about this property and the owners. The day we were supposed to check in there was a winter storm coming and the owner wrote me the day before telling me I could check in early just so that we would be safe and not having to drive through the snow. That itself meant so much to us because we have a one year old and safety is a big thing for us. When we got to the cabin the check in process Was super easy and we were pleasantly surprised with the inside of the cabin. Markus checked in on us multiple times and the communication was great. We also like that he had toys laid out for our son to play with and we had a pack and play and highchair for him to use so we didn’t have to bring our own. This cabin is literally 10 minute drive from Gatlinburg and there are so many things to do I wish I would’ve stayed longer so we could have explored more. There’s a little store that sells food and pizza only five minutes away and they also deliver which we use them on Saturday night.
The drive wasn’t bad at all compared to other cabins we have been in before.
The pool table was a hit for us and the jacuzzi.
Overall a great time and lovely trip.
