Foi otima. Tudo que pedi ou tive dividas fui atendida prontamente.

Tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Inclusive se voce tem qualquer tipo de problema eles tem um canal de atendimento perfeito. Resolvem qualquer coisa/duvida super rápido. Eles também fornecem a maioria das coisas que voce precisa para uma estadia tranquila. Sabao em po.. detergente, shampoo, sabao p maquina de lavar louça, cafe etc

O box do chuveiro e pequeno e a agua sai sem pressão.

Très grand appartement et lit confortable

Il manquait des ustensiles à la cuisine .. 2 petites casseroles pour cuisiner (nous étions une famille de 5) Pas de chiffons pour nettoyer la table Pas de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle .. pas assez de produit pour nettoyer etc

Ok for a few nights. It did the trick but wouldn’t stay again.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Easy check in process. Overall good management.

Walls were paper thin. The building itself was very cheap construction, with very cheap furniture. Also, management put trash bins in the hallway outside every door, so the hallways smelled strongly of garbage.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Orlando

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum der Freizeitparks (Universal, Sea World und Disney). Für die Verpflegung Publix direkt nebenan. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung zur I4 und zum Flughafen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Amplitud. Habitaciones con camas cómodas y duchas con buena presión. Todo limpio

Menaje de cocina bastante completo pero no había ninguna sartén. Tuvimos problema con cerradura a las 23h y no había teléfono para contacto directo en caso de urgencias.

Relax in a spacious room for a long stay.

I stayed 4 nights. The washer/dryer and kitchen with dishes were very good for log stay. Check-in was also easy via app. 3 bedrooms and living room were comfortable.

The facilities were a little old, but there is nothing particularly bad about staying there.

Suporte ao cliente pessimo, não tem recepção e o chat atua como robô.

Solicitei um dia a mais na minha estadia pois tinha errado a data, toda a comunicação é feita por chat pois não tem recepção…. Confirmaram que eu poderia ficar um dia a mais, avisaram que iam debitar a diária a mais no meu cartão (tenho as mensagens), e não cumpriram. Tivemos que sair correndo porque o sistema deles cancelou, fiquei na rua com 2 crianças, malas e perdi meio dia pra encontrar outro hotel.

Great option if you're travelling to Orlando

Great localization! Half way between Disney and Universal and 1min away from a Publix market (great option). There are other options quite near like Wallgreens and a souvenir store (near the Publix). The apartament is all set, with all that is needed... coffee machine and the coffee itself, good fridge, etc. Bathrooms were also quite well equiped, with hair dryers in both bathrooms. All was fine, checkin was smoth and quite easy (instructions were very good and clear), whethever a I needed support, I just opened the app and was promptly supported. I would definetely recommend this location if you're going to Orlando.

I missed having salt at the apartment, that was quite frustrating... having coffee, sugar, tea, pepper... but not having salt to cook. Another thing is that the TV's are defined to keep the led on during the standby, so you need to login into the TV and adjust it to turn off that led light. While these 2 things were quite easy to fix, this is what could be done better.

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie war sauber und alles top vorbereitet. Sehr bequeme Betten und sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche eine Auswahl der notwendigen Sachen wie Kaffee, Tee, Shampoo etc. Man kann auch alles kostenfrei selbst nachfüllen.

Rauchverbot ist eine gute Sache, solange sich das auf die Innenräume bezieht, dass man aber auch auf dem Balkon totales Rauchverbot hat und in der kompletten Anlage draußen, finde ich als komplett überzogen.

Excelente opción para una estadía en Orlando.

Excelente ubicación, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y 15 minutos de Universal. El complejo es muy lindo, el departamento tenía 3 habitaciones muy cómodas y dos baños completos. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar, y en la mesa del comedor pueden comer hasta 8 personas. También teníamos un living muy cómodo y un balcón con una mesa para 6 personas. Justo al lado hay un pequeño mall con algunos locales y un Publix muy completo.

Localização e boa com Publix ao lado,não é o mais barato ,mas quebra o galho para emergências! Tinham bastante tolhas de banho,ficamos 15 dias e tinha pelo menos 3 trocas! Banheiro da suíte bem espaçoso!Ducha excelente ! Geladeira grande com água filtrada na porta e gelo ! Tinha tb sabão para lavar a roupa e a louça . Sempre tem vaga para estacionar

Quartos muito sujos embaixo da cama e embaixo do tapete da sala. Pouco espaço para guardar roupas . As cadeiras da sala estavam quebradas e só tinha um sofá para sentar em frente a tv,éramos em quatro ! Um dos quartos não tem janela . Não recebe entrega

Se não fosse a limpeza, teria sido perfeita.

O apartamento é super confortável, muito bem equipado. Condomínio super silencioso. A localização é ótima tem tudo perto e fica a +- 15 minutos de todos os parques.

Da limpeza. O apartamento é somente limpo superficialmente, existem sugerias que estão lá a muito tempo. Exemplo: em cima da geladeira, nos exaustores dos 2 banheiros, nas janelas ao serem abertas, em baixo do tapete da sala.

Localização excelente, mas SONDER deixou a desejar em alguns pontos

Segunda vez que me hospedo nessa região. Na primeira vez fiquei em um apartamento alugado no mesmo condomínio e nesta vez acabei optando por este apartamento da SONDER (reservado pelo Booking). O apartamento é muito confortável, mas peca na falta de acessórios para a cozinha em especial... Poucos utensílios, nada de taças de vinho (acabei comprando). Outro ponto: limpeza de vidros, esquadrias bastante empoeiradas. Nas dependências internas, OK.

Limpeza de vidros, janelas, esquadrias, tapetes e cortinas deixoui bastante a desejar! Na minha outra hospedagem, em um apartamento alugado no mesmo condominio, a limpeza era muito melhor.

Uma excelente e feliz escolha!

Infraestrutura de suporte próximo ao local (mercado, lojas, lanches, pizza). Proximidade dos parques DISNEY e UNIVERSAL

Não que não tenha gostado.. apenas achei o acesso lateral (ao lado do portão de entrada dos carros), muito vulnerável: sem fechadura ou qualquer sistema de controle se entrada.

Good location with reasonable apportionments.

Flaky TV and central cooling control. So so master bed mattress and pillows. Ridiculous trying to get to on site gym.

Clean spacious apartment at a good location and a great price.

The two bedroom apartment was spacious, had a kitchen that had a fridge, oven, microwave, cooktop, kettle, utensils, pots, pans etc. Both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms which added to the convenience.

There were no staff around, everything had to be coordinated through the app. Check in time was 4PM and I couldn't get an early check in. Booked the apartment for a week and there was no room service included, if room service was required, it was an additional $90. It was fine as it was just me an a colleague, but if someone had kids, they'd probably need room service and I think a free room service every 3 days should be included.

Limpio y muy bien cuidado el apartamento, muy buena ubicacion con respecto a todos los sitios de interes en Orlando.

Lo único es que el parqueadero lo cobran por separado cuando hay lugares en donde el valor está incluido.

Serious ant issues

The location was great nice pool and facilities were great large parking area Feels safe Many restaurents and publix just near the exit gate Easy self checkin Owsone room facilities including large new washing and drying machines, kitchen with new big oven, drier and stove top and all the needed cookware Building room for self getting anything you need for the room from sheets up to kitchen soaps and paper Service available by messages mostly but they will send someone when needed

We had a serious medium ants issue all over the room, they appologized and came twice to handle it but it took 3 days to succeed. This really impacted our stay. If not this issue we would rate it 10.

It was a wonderful stay, we like this apartment hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is convenient, close to the supermarket. Check in and check out is easy. instructions are clear. App is good. If you have any question or request chat response immediately. indoor washer and dryer.
