The condo was perfect for our stay. We had a conference at La Posada and it was only a 15 minute walk through a lovely park to get to the hotel an old town Santa Fe. We had plenty of room, a nice view and easy parking. The only possible down sides - it is rented by another company so you have to go to their office to get keys. So a little more work than some other rentals. The view is stunning but there is a road under the hill so not totally quiet. We did not find either of these things a problem and would definitely stay here again.

This property was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Parking was more than adequate. Layout of condo was great. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking utensils, dinner and glassware, etc. Small hot water heater meant we had to stagger shower and dishwasher schedule but that was okay.

This was a nice property within a mile of town. Easy walk if the weather was good. One complaint, the forced air furnace is very loud. Otherwise, well appointed kitchen and comfortable space.

The property was clean and close to The Square. It was perfect for our four-day stay. The only feedback is the air-conditioned is very loud when it comes on.

We booked #31 for our 52nd anniversary trip and we were very pleased with our choice. Since we have a car check-in was no problem although you have to drive to another location to get the key. I would recommend a combination lock.
The parking lot is close to the back door.
The property is very well kept The condo was very clean and smelled as it had been sanitized which was comforting.
It is extremely quiet. Although there is traffic noise on front porch.
We didn’t use the kitchen but it has really nice appliances. The condo has 3 nice TV’s.
We used only one shower (the master) and everything worked good except the glass doors were hard to open and close.
I think someone used the shower door handles as a handicap bar. My opinion on this!
The location was convenient to anything we wanted to do and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.
By the time we paid the fees, taxes and insurance it was more expensive than we had hoped but would do it all over again.

Terrific. Quiet. Next to Fort Marcy, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Town and Mountains. The Cross at the top of the hill is special. It’s quite easy to find if you like up.

First, we would rent this unit again should we return to SF. It’s in a complex just outside of town, yet you can walk to town in less than 15 minutes. (Be warned, the walk back uphill requires older folks to rest a few times). The entire complex is apparently older, but in great condition. You can walk to a sunset favorite location as well. Parking is easy. This is a unit closer to the road, so you do get some road noise, but it’s not obnoxious as it is out of the city traffic. Checkin process is different; you have to go to the rental office (by car) a few blocks away to get your keys and instructions. Then upon checkout you need to return the keys to the office. Packages and key drop offs are available after hours via a lockbox they give you a code to. Not really a hassle, just extra steps. The unit itself was very clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was functional, and the best part was the recliners to prop your feet up after a day of walking. Santa Fe is a great city, lots of treasures to be found. We stayed 4 nights, and could have stayed longer. Of all the cities we visited in NM, Santa Fe was our favorite. Hope you enjoy your visit and this unit.

This was a perfect rental for us. Excellent location walking distance to Canyon Road and the Plaza with Fort Marcy just a few yards away. Comfortable beds. Extremely well stocked kitchen. The heat is loud but the adobe held heat well so we simply turned the heat off at night for sleeping.

The unit located is located very close to the plaza, restaurants and stores; yet is in the road to the mountains, so it has makes you feel you are on the mountain but we all the convenience of having the city really close. The unit was ideal for us. Clean. Great beds, close to everything. The management staff with Anita is unsurpassed. She helped us enormously with advice and suggestions. We will stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights at this property. The property is part of a larger condo community that is well maintained, has easy parking and is on the main road up the mountain or down into the historic downtown. The square is in walking distance but it is not flat and does take 10 to 15 minutes. But you can drive anywhere you want in the historic center in just minutes and we never had any issues with parking. There is a pool on the property but it is truly difficult to find and get to and is a long distance away. So I would say you will never use it. My other complain would be that you must take your garbage a very long way down a long path to the garbage "area" of the complex. So bring strong garbage bags for the walk. The condo itself was quite nice and comfortable. It really had every thing we needed. comfortable beds, linens, towels, laundry kitchen stuff and a very comfortable (but small) living area. But it all fits really well and it is really easy to feel at home here. I could see myself staying here for many weeks or months and never feeling cramped. The view out the front is "very New Mexico" with rolling hills and spots of green pinon trees and shrubs. It just feels like home when you get settled in. One issue is the street in front, although down a hill a bit, is quite noisy when trucks are going up hill or gearing down the steep grade. You DO NOT hear any of this noise on the inside of the home though. It is perfectly quiet inside. It is only when you are sitting on the very pleasant front porch that you heat it. The view is so nice though that you kind of tune it out after awhile. This unit is on the end of many units right next to the parking lot. That is a plus. The trails to the other units can be quite long and uneven.It is a very worthy rental. I would definitely rent here again.

Perfect place for a Santa Fe visit
This property is well located and supplied--It was clean and comfortable. It could use new mattresses and some work to the cabinets (so they would stay closed) but we were pleased with our accommodations.

A great location and a very nice condo!
This condo is very nice and well located. Artist Road gets some noisy traffic but once we got used to that we enjoyed the front porch mornings and evenings (when we didn't walk over to Marcy Park which is just around the block and has GREAT sunset views). I will say the preliminary paperwork emailed to me by the management company was the most perfunctory communication I have had in my years using VRBO. So "legal" regarding cancellation (not an option) and everything that was not their responsibility that I felt that I should purchase Travelers Insurance (which I normally never do). I am sure that they would be responsive to any issues that might have arisen but I didn't have the need for that in the week that I was there. This place has all the comforts of home coupled with a good location. Easily walkable to the Plaza and restaurants.

Comfortable, convenient location for exploring Santa Fe!
The property was exactly as represented and very satisfactory. Everything works, it is in a clean, safe location that is very convenient to downtown but at a slight remove, so you can enjoy a lovely view, but get anywhere you need to go easily. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is VERY well equipped, and there is a nice patio. It was also very quiet, and we appreciated the laundry facilities. We would certainly stay here again!

The rental was in a great location. In the winter it is really not walking distant to the plaza if the weather is cold. The fire place does not properly draw and we had to keep glass doors shut in order to keep the rental from being Smokey. There was very limited plates and cooking utensils

My mom and her sisters loved our stay. It was cozy and yet large enough for us to host a luncheon for relatives. Had everything we needed as far as supplies. Location was great also. Everyone said that the place was perfect. I would recommend for sure!!!

We all loved it
loved the condo. it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. perfect location for getting out and sightseeing or just sitting on the front porch and admiring the hills and the sunset. large enough to host a mini family get together (9 people) for lunch, we had plenty of room and were all comfortable. close to major attractions, as well as, the grocery store. will be the first place I try to get when I go back.
