The property was 'cold', with few amenities. Every single wall was covered with large black marks, as if heavy furniture had been moved in and out and had scraped the walls. The corners is the bathroom were peeled and moldy next to the shower. Our bed sheets had a large tear in them. There was no central light in the primary bedroom. It was very unconformable and I would never stay in a Sonder property again. Certainly the worst rental I have EVER had and I've done many oft hem over the past few years.

While the unit was clean, the overall quality of the apartment was so-so and very much overpriced.

The layout of the apartment was great for my husband and I, along with our 1.5 year old. She was able to run around and the kitchen was perfect. Very clean!

Overall, a good location for what our family needed – about halfway between U Penn and the historical sites. Parking is very expensive in the area. A few small issues with our unit on the 8th floor - floorboards in the entryway and hallway were loose and not connected/installed properly, small leak under the kitchen sink, and dryer took forever to dry clothes (sensor seemed to be broken so it would only work properly on timed dry and still took a long time). Also, as others have mentioned, there is a bar (Level Up) that can get quite loud at night. We had requested to be on a higher floor so that helped a bit with noise. The air conditioner/heat/unit fan is quite loud and worked to block out the street noise (along with the provided white noise machines). We loved having two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in unit. The beds were fairly comfortable. The curtains in the bedrooms were dark and kept most light out (not as much in the living room for the sleep sofa though). Plenty of glasses and dishes in the kitchen. Not many places to sit and eat though. But we were only there for two nights so we made it work. Overall, we’d stay here again if we were in town for a short stay.

The location of this apartment is fine (Center City Philadelphia), but several issues made this the worst experience with a VRBO rental we've ever had. First, the check-in process with Sonder (some random corporate landlord that works through VRBO) was a nightmare. They expect the guest to upload a scanned ID card and match it to a selfie that you take. Without this, they will not let you in the apartment (no codes). I tried to do this on three separate occasions and all failed to meet whatever their standard was. The final email saying this had failed came 1 hr before we were supposed to move in. So, we were stuck standing on a busy downtown street in 30 degree weather arguing on the phone with some guy in San Francisco saying "well, sorry. You have to upload the ID to get in". After an hour of this, they finally released the codes and we got into the apartment. However, the entire building, including the apartment, reeked of cleaning solvent. I mean it was to the point that all of us had a headache. Finally, this apartment is on the third floor and directly above a nightclub that plays LOUD club music until about 1AM every night. If this is your scene, it will probably not be a problem, but we wanted to get some sleep. I do not write negative reviews as a general rule, but this was such a terrible experience, I felt obligated to warn others so that they don't waste their money on this place.

estuvimos cómodos, pero a la hora de desayunar no lo pudimos hacer todos juntos por falta de mas sillas y en el cuarto principal, en el closet me hizo falta luz , lo sentí muy oscuro, muchas gracias, me fascinó .
