Very clean. Big lot and nice house. The only thing is: there is a step down going to dining room. Since the flooring of the entire house is the same color and texture, sooner or later someone is going to fall hard. I recommend to the owner to place a railing or find another way to remedy the safety issue.

We had a great stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property in fairly close proximity to the strip. Ray was highly responsive…even came over personally to clean and set up the pool and jacuzzi, which I greatly appreciated.

There was 4 of us and we were in town for the When We Were Young festival. The house was spotless and was very spacious. The outside was also spacious and even has a basketball hoop and has the pool, too. Dealing with Ray, the owner, was easy and we had no issues checking in or leaving. A little bit of a ride to the airport, but to the northn side of the strip was not far at all. Ubering was easy. Rent this house without any worries.

The house couldn't have been nicer and Ray was a wonderful host. Location and Neiborhood was perfect. There was a very nice outdoor area with a pool that we used many times. It was typically only a 15 minute drive to the convention center and the strip. We would definitely stay here again.

There’s no words, this home was everything my family needed it to be.It’s so spacious we joked to call it the mini mansion. 4 bedrooms with one being its own private suite with in room jacuzzi ( we didn’t use ) another room is an actual master bedroom with a sunken shower. the bathrooms are all spacious and well equipped. I would 1000 percent recommend and would always want to book here again for our trips to Vegas. The front yard is HUGE with an artsy feeling, same for the back yard. Many little lounge area available. The vibe of this home gives off a warm loving energy. The host is very friendly and attentive.. I cannot say enough… just go ahead and book,

This house is great for anyone wanting to be close to the strip but not on it. We had 5 adults and 2 children (2 & 5 yrs old). Pool was great for keeping them busy. There is an office space that worked great for the one who had to work while away. Target, Walmart, Sams etc are all a short drive. We had no issues with having pizza delivered one night. The 3 bathrooms made it nice for multiple families and all the rooms have very comfy beds. Has a large driveway in case you have a couple of vehicles.The owner, Ray, is very quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely stay here again. It is a very quiet neighborhood.

It was great! More then we expected. It was nice for each kid to have their own room on one side of the house and ours on the other. Plenty of space to spread out. Very clean, quiet, neighborhood safe, pool and basketball court great for evening fun! Ray was a great host!

My friends and I loved our stay here in Vegas. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and the home has a ton of open space. Everything is kept extremely clean and organized. The outside patio and yard is also kept clean. Ray is a phenomenal host! He responds to messages quickly and has excellent communication. Very friendly and was willing to do anything to make our stay in Vegas a positive experience. Ray is THE BEST host I have had anywhere. He goes above and beyond, and then even goes above that. On my last day after we had all checked out, I made the mistake of taking an Uber to the Hoover Dam without recognizing that I would not be able to get a ride back. Even though our stay was already complete, Ray dropped what he was doing to pick me up that evening and ensure I would be able to get to the airport. This was an hour drive each way for him, but he was willing to save the day for me with no questions asked. I had no other options. I am beyond grateful for Ray! I would recommend him 10000% to anyone.

The house was beautiful, and very clean. We were able to communicate any issues, and they were resolved quickly. The hot tub was amazing, especially when the air had a bit of a chill at night. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip to Vegas for a family reunion! The property was great! Just like the pictures and all the amenities were awesome! The host was very attentive to our needs! They even had a rice cooker which made our trip! Haha Great spot, close to all the action and places we wanted to visit! We would recommend and definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had two basketball tournaments back to back at the convention center. The house was conveniently located and met our needs for the week. We would definitely stay here again. Ray was great to work with. The kids loved to get in the pool after a long day of ball.

This house was amazing. Ray was an excellent host and was very communicative. We bbq’d enjoyed the pool and were less than ten minutes from the strip. There’s a new Costco near by. The neighborhood was quiet and we will stay here again the next time we hit Las Vegas.

The home is immaculate, the property is very large, there is a pool, a basketball hoop & ball, and a large parking area for the family. We were here for a family wedding, and it was easy to get around to all areas, including the Strip. Highly recommend, the owner was very responsive too!

If you’re having second thoughts about booking this property, stop right there. You really need to take advantage of this beautiful home that not only meets the high expectations but goes beyond. From the great quiet area located short minutes away from any convenience, to the hardworking and extremely helpful host who’s name is Ray. I had the pleasure of having him as my host, he was super respectful, helpful and very patient. Makes the whole process a lot easier. The home speaks for itself, was super impressed with how clean and well kept it is. Very spacious!! This is the place to stay when in Vegas if you want to feel at home. Will definitely be staying here again next time. 10 stars from me
