The pictures are way better than real life. While it was a great location and had 3 seperate bedrooms it really needed a good scrub especially the top floor bathroom. Beds are not as big as Kings like advert says. However the location was fantastic as we walked everywhere.

Wonderful place to stay… nice beds. Everyone had there own space. Ramin was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure all went well for us. I would recommend and stay here again!

Remine was awesome! Met us as we checked in, helped us get situated, gave us great restaurant suggestions. We could walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Would highly recommend.

The property manager communicated the check in process very well. The apartment was clean and as advertised. GREAT location! Able to walk anywhere with relative ease.

This is a perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. The hosts are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and Rome info. Having a kitchen and AC to go home to in the hot afternoons was very important. We would love to come back and stay again in the future. Fantastic!!!

The property manager is excellent. Very responsive and coordinated transfers, recommendations and nice reception with wine and snacks at arrival. In spite of the living area being a bit smaller than appearing in the pictures, the outside sitting area is great and the place fit 6 adults comfortably. The location is excellent. Very nearby Trastevere, which is very fun at night.

Excellent location and comfortable bedrooms for our party of six. Air conditioning was great for August!

The place was great, very close to Piazza Campo de Fiore ( fun market) and 10 min walk to Piazza Navona. Kitchen is small, so plan on eating out. The only complaint was the bathrooms could use some attention. Beds were comfy and very quite. Great breakfast place near by is Barnum Cafe. Also an artist studio not to be missed is gallery Arte 21, Andrea Bonaventura on via del Cappellari.

This place worked perfectly for us and the location was great. Communication and all the help we got from the owners was outstanding. We would stay here again. Thanks so much for having us.

This place is perfect for a group size from 2-6 people. Comfortable beds, perfect location, nice tv with many viewing options. Kitchen can be used for cooking small meals, but mostly a wonderful place to spend days exploring Rome and landing back to sleep. There are 2 flights of steps, interesting key challenges, but a very helpful, friendly available host. Know in Rome, A/C is a luxury item. Most places have wall units that work well. Use as needed.

This was the perfect location and Ramin the perfect host. I had left my phone and my son had left some very expensive earbuds behind. Ramin was kind enough to overnight them to our hotel in Paris. Thank you so much Ramin. We will definitely stay here on our next trip

While is was great to have a three bedroom apartment the rooms are quite cramped but this is to be expected in such an ancient location. The bathrooms in particular were difficult to maneuver and a little dingy. Kitchen was very limited but had all of the things you need for breakfast or lunch. The food in Rome is so great and inexpensive that you really should be eating out as much as possible.
Communication with host was excellent and checkin / checkout was a breeze.
In the end the apartment gets an A+ in the ways that really matter.
1) great location
2) big comfortable beds
3) air conditioning the kept the apartment very cool in Rome summer heat

Perfect location for touring Pantheon and Colosseum. Close to excellent restaurants. Seemed like everything was in walking distance. Minimalist but adequate kitchen. Note that the apartment is on three floors with the bedrooms on the first and third floors.

This location off Via Guilia was so central and we could walk everywhere. This cozy apartment was well appointed and lovely and clean. We could walk to all of the attractions and just over the bridge from Travestere. Some great restaurants close by and wonderful stand up esspresso bars with the locals. Highly recommend this apartment in Central Rome.

Property was excellent and as detailed in the listing. The location was perfect for sightseeing and we walked to the Vatican and Roman Forum / Colluseum. There were some great restaurants within walking distance and a great Peruvian bar within 100 metres of the property which was great to visit after a long day of sight seeing! If we are back in Rome again, this is where we will look to stay again! The guys who run the property are really helpful and gave us some great advice around restaurants / places to visit etc. Fantastic stay!

We loved our stay! The property was well equipped with sufficient dishes and glassware. Lots of nice touches like fresh flowers and chargers in several rooms. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The outside al fresco area was awesome as was the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

The shower upstairs and curtain railing broken tiles in the shower had mould all through them, the bathroom downstairs was very dirty tiles also had mould all through them the and the waste basket hadn’t been emptied since the previous occupancy. The pillows on the beds were old yellowing and stained. The kitchen sink didn’t have a plug so washing up was difficult. There wasn’t a towel provided for wiping things up with. The alfresco area outside was also very dirty overall the only thing going for this apartment was it’s location

Our stay in Rome was wonderful. We had a lovely stay at Maison Barchetta. Ramin was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Check in was easy and the apartment was great and having an elevator was awesome!!!
It has alot of style but the marble stairs could be daunting for small children or elderly.
All that being said, I’d stay here again and would recommend it!

The owner was very responsive. There were a few essentials missing when we 1st got there, but the housekeeper took care of it. The apartment has a beautiful outdoor patio And was within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see. Very safe neighborhood.

Check in was a breeze. The unit looks as the site shows. Aram dropped in the next day to make sure we were pleased. Sent us restaurant recommendations. Everything you could ask in a host. The property is well located to stores and sites. Would rent again in a second. Thank you Aram for making our visit to Rome that much better.

Great communication with host and the unit looks just like the pictures. We loved the location. It was situated on a quiet side street but within easy walking distance to restaurants. A small grocery store was right around the corner.

Rome Apartment
We had a great stay. Property Manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions (restaurants, shopping, taxis etc) in a very timely manner. Unit has 2 bedrooms up and 1 down, each with their own bathrooms, which was perfect for two couples.

We spent 4 days in Rome. Ramin, the property manager, is incredibly helpful and super responsive... and the bottles of "welcome wine" were greatly appreciated.
The apartment is fantastic and ideally located; a great neighborhood and we walked to all the major "must-see" sights.
Highly recommended.
