The beds, the swimming pool

Everything else. There was a weird guy at the reception that time that kept making mistakes. The breakfast could be better.

Was comfy and would stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable. The facilities looked extremely nice, but we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy them.

Need a shelf in the shower and a hook by the sink. Would prefer if the light from the sink area didn’t light up the bedroom.

Clean, modern hotel with good amenities and very lovely staff

The hotel is new and clean. It has great amenities (pool, gym, lounge, games, pool table). The rooms are modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a Lyft ride to the airport as part of the stay.

The neighbourhood in Midtown isn’t exactly walkable or near much of where we were interested in going, but it’s a short Uber or cab to downtown.

Fun property, comfortable rooms, a place to stay and hang out

The staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The place had a really fun feel to it, made you want to have hang out longer

My room was clean but not super clean - there was toothpaste on one of the walls, the bedside table needed a scrub (just two things but otherwise clean).

Nice and clean with lots of things for the kids to do.

Didn’t like the open concept of the bathroom within the room. Also, having to pay for breakfast when other properties at this price level offer free breakfast buffet.

The aloft is rapidly becoming my favorite hotel. Seattle and Anchorage are both great. Rooms are big and bright. Clean facilities and very interesting decor. Very friendly staff especially at reception.

The hotel was fine - just very expensive for what was offered.

Location near the airport. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Stained furniture, bathroom with no door, poor quality tea, only three towels for a booking for 4 people, refrigerator with no freezer, no real glass glasses - only 2 plastic ones (again for 4 people), no shampoo. All these seem like trivial complaints - and they would be, except we paid almost $400 for one night. For that much money I expect higher quality.

We came as a family and had a great2 night stay. It started our vacation off on a positive note.

Not much to chose from but what we had was good. I did appreciate the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We had 6 adults and 3 rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Definitely more food.

When I showed up I was pleasantly surprised, and then super surprised when I was the guest of honor randomly picked. My grandson was ecstatic. They upgraded our room, and the pool was an absolute blast cleanest place I’ve ever been as far as hotel, and the people were very very kind.

The only thing I did not like is because I found them randomly on the Internet because I booked through a third-party. I did not get credit when I opened my app but I would absolutely stay there again.

Modern, new and clean !

Great aesthetic!!! Staff was super kind .

We stayed twice and the first room was a corner room with a much better view . Second time room was smaller and view was not attractive .

Location, breakfast. In June 2023 they have free breakfast I.e. $10 coupon per day per person, they did as an appreciation month for customers.

The wxyz bar inside, the lady I felt was little racial. But the other guy was good in making drinks.

High prices for cheap services.

The look and the breakfast sandwiches. A/C worked great. Nice cleaning staff.

The lack of knowledgeable front desk staff, no water pressure, no place to hang towels. Very thin walls. We could hear bathroom doors slamming in adjacent rooms. No shelves in the showers.

Super friendly staff. Fun, ascetically pleasing property.

While all the staff we encountered were fantastic, Nora was a true standout. She truly made our stay so wonderful. Great property, Super cute decor. great proximity to downtown. loved the pool! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
