Located in Saint George Island, this lovely house for £214 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Island Bliss, St George Island FL! Our first tier vacation home (across from the beach) is perfect for small families or two couples. Island Bliss has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a very short easy walk to the beach access (about 250 feet). After a fun day at the beach, retreat to your private fenced backyard complete with a charcoal grill, firepit, and hot tub. The backyard is perfect for family gatherings and cookout's. Island Bliss is centrally located (in walking distance) to all of your favorite restaurants, donuts, ice cream, coffee, and shops. And, if you enjoy biking, the bike path is located right behind our house. We are also located in the SGI golf cart friendly area! You don’t have to get back in your car if you don’t want to! The layout of our home consists both bedrooms downstairs as well as the washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a King bed with private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has three beds; a double bed and a bunkbed (twin over double) with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious kitchen and bar seating for four, a half bathroom, a cozy living room with sleeper sofa, dining table to seat four, and a screened in porch to drink your morning coffee or favorite beverage with partial ocean views. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. BEDS: 1 king, 1 double, 1 bunkbed (double/twin), 1 queen sleeper sofa AMENITIES: 3 flatscreen TVs, DVD player, master bedroom with private deck, outdoor shower, hot tub, screened porch, fenced back yard, charcoal grill, fire pit, Washer and Dryer, linens, games/movies Pet Friendly (dogs only), restricted to 2 dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee is required. My husband and I typically end up staying at properties that are way too big and "bougie" for us, just because we like to be close to the water and have either a hot tub or a pool. We always end up feeling ridiculous and spending way too much money. Enter Island Bliss to the rescue. It is literally steps from the beach, you have a partial ocean view, and the space is perfect for a couple or a small family. The property was clean and functional--there was a great sense of detail--plush blankets, an adorable back yard with a clean hot tub, and the property manager even left us a bottle of wine (much needed after a long drive into town). We were able to check in early without requesting it--the owner texted to let us know it was ready and to head over whenever it was convenient. Check-out procedures were reasonable and easy. The only thing I noticed that was off was that the ice maker wasn't working (easily remedied by buying a bag of ice at one of several vendors on the island) and the tub in the master didn't seem to hold water or have working jets (solution: soak in the hot tub instead). Neither one of those issues affected our stay, and we'll probably rent this place again if we come back to SGI!

Great house in a great location. We had a hurricane come through that cut our stay short, but Ashley communicated with us the whole way and was wonderful. Would stay here again for sure!

Wish we could've stayed longer. Great location, great weather. Ashely answered any questions we had as soon as we asked. Walking distance to all amenities. Fresh donuts were a block away! Thanks again, we will definitely come for another stay. Linda K

Beautifully decorated house within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Their was a welcome package to greet us upon our arrival. The owner was in constant communication with us before our stay.

My family could not have asked for a better vacation! We have been to St. George Island 4 years in a row and we have stayed at a different location each year. This was my favorite yet! Communication with property manager was easy but we did not have a single issue to report! But it was nice knowing they were so easy to reach if we did. It was a short walk to the beach from the house each day, and the house was very clean. The house had everything you could think of, including a pack and play/travel crib that was very convenient for our 4 month old. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable also, which is not common for us in rental property’s from previous experiences. The house is close to multiple restaurants that we love (Blue Parrot, BJ’s, Webbers) which made walking to dinner fairly easy. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future! One thing to note, that has nothing to do with this property, is the beach spurs located on the nearby beach access. They were pretty awful so be aware when walking to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very helpful/responsive with any questions we had and helped out right away. The walk to the beach is very short, and the beaches are not crowded at all. The hot tub in the backyard was a nice treat as well.

Great location; quick walk to the beach, Blue Parrot, Lighthouse... everything. Super comfortable beds! Jacuzzi tubs in baths as well as outdoors were nice. All the details were covered; even bathrobes and extra hangers in the closets. Small problem with a door lock was fixed same day. We'll be back!
