The property was okay. Being familiar with Philadelphia we were prepared for a vertical experience as opposed to a more traditional, horizontal layout, Although the risers on the stair were rather steep. Also, because we rented during Christmas week, we didn’t use the roof deck. The neighborhood is in the process of gentrification, but we had no issues walking around the area. Parking is nonexistent, and Cross Street is very narrow. The dishwasher didn’t work the time we were there. We contacted the listing owners, who promised a quick fix, then a replacement and neither materialized, nor has the $100 credit that was promised due to the inconvenience. It’s possible that the dishwasher issue has been resolved and the failure to correct could have been the result of our stay being the week of Christmas. The cleanliness only got 2 stars due to the presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Also, the pillows were flat, the bed coverings we inadequate for the season and the heat was uneven. The heat was okay on the first floor, cold in the basement and third floor, yet stifling on the second floor.

Great visit to Philly for the NFL game. Smooth check in process. Property was in an ideal location and close enough to the airport and the stadium.

This place was not terrible. At first glance it was clean and modern. But for a house with a lot of rules, the upkeep was not what I would expect. There were dirty bathmats and shower floors. The balttub was also dirty, but it is so nice that I cleaned it myself so that I could enjoy it. I was very disappointed to discover that the plug does not work so it does not hold water. Also, there was only one thin bathtowel per person, so I didn't have a dry towel to use on my hair. We also found cigarrette burns in the pillows and rolling papers on the deck, despite being told that smoking was not permitted on the property. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. With that said, the house has a great layout and a walkable location.

The host was gracious enough to allow us to check in 2 hours early. The check in process was painless. The communication with the host could not have been easier. They responded quickly to every message I had. Once inside I can honestly say that the pictures did not do this place justice. It was impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

Intended to book this property for a large group for the Philly marathon in 2022. After all payments were made the host refused to give check in instructions before the check in time and requested additional money outside the platform for property access. I want to give the benefit of doubt to this host that this was an honest mistake, but not having check in instructions before the check in time was an absolute nightmare for me and my group and we ended up booking elsewhere with no refund from this property.

Property was very clean View from the top was magnificent one draw back was that there wasn’t any extra bed sheets and the kitchen was lacking in pots/pans and some utensils

Great location. Just an Uber away from anywhere you would want to go in the city. Perfect for a weekend getaway in the city!

Overall was wonderful. The home was overall well kept and had the amenities needed for our group of friends.
Some items to be aware of the home is on a very thin street, which ended up being fine, just know it's a tight squeeze.
Also, there are stairs, and alot of them. We are all relatively young and in good shape so it was okay, but if there is someone in your party that's older and not in good health, it might not be the best home.
Communication with the owner / property manager was excellent and they were very accommodating.

We were in Philly for a couple of days for a training. We came with two other couples and everyone really enjoyed staying in this home!
It is newer construction and very well designed inside. Even the basement level bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom.
As with any city stay, parking is the only thing that can be complicated (but this is not a fault of the owner). The road the home is located on is very narrow and has limited parking, but right around the corner it is all 2-hour parking which made it convenient for unloading/loading our car. We easily found a spot just one block over. Just be sure to read the signs for street-cleaner' days or other 'no-parking' zones and you will be fine!
The weather was rainy while we were there so we couldn't spend much time on the roof-top, but be sure to check it out anyway because it really does have a fantastic view!

The property was in an accessible part of town and was lovely and clean on the inside. Everything we needed was provided and there was ample space for 7 people we had in the house. The only downside was the lovely tub in the master bath was broken and we weren't able to use it.

This home was perfect for a NYE weekend getaway with friends! Easy to Uber to historic sites, restaurants, and sports complex. House was well maintained. The large sectional made it easy for a lot of our group to lounge and watch football on NYE. The rooftop deck seemed great, but sadly it rained Saturday night so we weren’t able to take advantage as much as we had hoped (maybe next time!). There were lots of little details that made it easy to settle in - like labels on light switches and kitchen cabinets. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked this property for 6 men to stay while going to a Philly/Packer game. Uber was easy and the property is so close to stadium. All the guys raved about the house and my husband is picky so that means alot. Host answered quickly to all questions, but there wasn't many. Great spot and will return if they go to another game!

The location was what we expected and central. The home was spacious and we had plenty of space in which to enjoy Thanksgiving together as a family from across the US.

The property was just okay. The location is obviously a work in progress. I received an email days in advance giving the check in instructions but never received anything the day of to let me know it was ready. There were missing remotes and a lot of stairs. The home was mostly clean but definitely could have been cleaned better. Clothing was left in a bathroom and dishes were put in the cabinets dirty. If it were cleaned better this review would be higher.

The property was modern and clean. The check in process was super smooth. The rooftop deck is amazing. The neighborhood is urban and transitional but a few walkable blocks away from great restaurants. Street parking was readily available. Perfect place to relax after a long day hanging out in Philadelphia.

On arrival there was an issue with the 3rd party cleaning service, but the owner addressed the issue promptly and had no other hiccups the entire time. Great place to stay, quiet at night and close to Wells Fargo and Center City from an Uber ride. The rooftop patio has amazing views to the city! Would highly recommend this rental!

Well Appointed
The pictures are accurate. Decorations, views, furniture were all beautiful. Excellent communication with property manager. Everywhere we needed to be was a short Uber away. The street is extremely narrow so we decided to park and Uber everywhere (you may want to include that in your budget). There were a few changes we would make, but it a beautiful home to spend the weekend.

We loved the home. Very beautiful. The air went out the first night. We stayed in August so it was pretty hot but they did have it repaired the next day. If you’re visiting from a state that doesn’t have a lot of on street parking be warned it’s an experience. We had ages 6-36 in our group and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Courtney was a very communicative and responsive host, and the place is large with an amazing rooftop of the Philly skyline. Would highly recommend for a large group.
