This recently renovated and fully furnished Cabin style home is in a perfect location to visit the following surroundings: Allegrippis Trails: 4 Miles / 5 Minutes Raystown Lake Recreation(Seven Points Marina): 5 Miles / 8 Minutes Juniata College Campus: 7.7 Miles / 14 Minutes Town of Huntingdon: 7.0 Miles / 14 Minutes * Our town offers the perfect mixture of local business/cafes to corporate general stores for all your vacationing needs. Lake Raystown Resort Lodge: 15 Miles / 19 Minutes State College/Penn State University: 51.3 Miles / 54 Minutes Amenities: 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths- First floor features a Queen bed, 1 Bath as well as a Kitchenette complimented with glass door beverage refrigerator, sink, microwave and bar table. Loved our stay, everything was perfect. Super clean, great beds, bedding, modern appliances and tvs, fast WiFi, awesome kitchen. Was too cold to use the outdoor spaces, but they were clean and inviting, which is unusual for rental cabins. Basement suite is super cozy and bright. Be aware that steps from main floor to lower level are steep and narrow, not a problem for us but could be for older adults and very young children. However, the cabin main floor be accessed without using those steps. Thanks Heather for a great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Cozy Cabin! It was impeccably clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. Very close to mountain biking trails and 12 minute drive into Huntingdon. Heather has all the essentials! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

its a very nice cabin , easy to get to . booked this place for a penn state game, worked out great. about a 50 min drive. grilled out that evening and had a great fire. bring or pick up some firewood from the local vendors thanks

Cozy Cabin was perfect for our PSU weekend visit - very nicely decorated and maintained. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, gas grill, outdoor porch and peace and quiet of this gem. The drive to Penn State was beautiful and less than an hour.
Heather has found her niche - she was a wonderful and responsive host and the home was one of our favorite VRBO experiences!

My family stayed here for a week. The outside of the property is really nice- love the deck and patio space and yard. The inside of the house is cutely decorated and has nice amenities. Overall, I would recommend this house.
A few things of note.. The stairs to the basement are dangerous. They are very steep and short. Be careful if you have kids or elderly. While there are 2 bathrooms, the one bathroom is in the suite, so it kind of only leaves 1 bathroom for 6 people.. the laundry room is also in the one bedroom. It would have been nice to have a door between the bedroom and laundry room. Lastly, very hard mattresses.
But great location and fair price! And great host!

We absolutely loved our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for our 2 families! The basement area was like a little apartment and it worked perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own space! Everything was very clean! Property was easy to access! Upon arrival we were greeted with chocolates! Everything was stocked nicely! Very close to the seven points marina and just a short drive to Huntington! Host was great and communicated wonderfully! We would definitely stay there again!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so! The cozy cabin is perfect and so clean and so accommodating and so cozy!! ALL the spaces, inside and outside, are just fabulous! Side note, we rented a boat at Seven Pts Marina and that was just a short drive from the cabin. Such a wonderful spot! The attention to detail is very evident! Thank you for sharing the cozy cabin!

Really enjoyed this house. Very cute, clean, lots of linens, and about every comfort of home you can think of. Beautiful patio, and peaceful area. Only about 10 minutes from seven points public launch. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay we had at Cozy Cabin (appropriately named 😊). It was so inviting & super clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware & utensils. The outdoor space was a perfect place for morning coffee & evening beverages.

The pictures of this property do not donit justice. It looks like something out of an HGTV show. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds comfortable, and the outdoor space amazing. Our family really enjoyed staying here at the cozy cabin. It was very well decorated and super cozy. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed at the cabin. I would highly recommend staying here for the perfect weekend or week get away with your family and friends. It was very close to the lake and lots of stuff to do around the area. Our stay at the Cozy Cabin was phenomenal! The cabin was very clean, had everything you would need amenities wise, and the kitchen was well stocked with the equipment to cook just about anything. The view is fantastic, and we spent a good portion of our weekend just sitting on the porch listening to the different bird calls around us. I would highly recommend this rental property for anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

Our stay at Cozy Cabin was perfect. The place is super cute and immaculately clean. It was well stocked with basics that you might need. All laundry supplies were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with things like basic spices, plastic wrap, trash bags, etc. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. You will need to bring your own shampoo and soap. Heather was very accommodating to our schedule as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is beautiful. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated. Pictures do not do it justice! The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing on the deck. There is enough covered space to utilize even if it rains. Inside is sparkling clean and new. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of blankets and towels. The location is perfect to access the town or lake. There is a well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware and space to make meals or just have coffee and drinks. We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental property!

Cozy Cabin is the perfect name ~ from the time we pulled into the driveway we were so happy to be here. We had plans to go out and about and explore but never left the cabin. Everything you need and more is here just kick back, relax and enjoy. Communication with Heather was great if I had a question she quickly came back with a reply. We can't wait for our next trip so we can visit Cozy Cabin again.

We all were so pleased with the rental, home was beautiful, decorated so nice. Everything was so put together perfectly.The location was perfect, easy access to the lake, stores and restaurants. Gorgeous peaceful property and a private neighborhood. The host was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. We all will be returning next year. And was so nice we could bring the dogs which was a added bonus to our vacation.

Great place, clean, newly remolded, well stocked kitchen, nice little touches throughout the home. Has an outdoor gas fire as well as a fire pit, grill and deck with a beautiful view. We had an issue during our stay and the owner responded right away, and repaired the issue. Highly recommend.

The Cozy Cabin was perfect for two couples! Heather has created a beautiful and welcoming vacation home! We spent our days on the lake and cooked at home in the evenings. [The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware you could need.] The outside deck is a perfect spot to relax. With a sun awning and covered porch, you can use the deck in all kinds of weather. We also loved being able to have our granddog with us for the trip!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and clean as well as fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very prompt and friendly. We came on a trip with four adults and the location to the marina was great. Sitting on the back deck at night and enjoying the peace and quiet and nature was a perfect relaxing getaway. Beautiful Cabin
Cozy cabin is beautifully decorated! It has plenty of space for everyone. Love the downstairs, it's like a mini apartment, our teen especially loves this space! The cabin has all the creature comforts of home. The outdoor space has so much seating and is perfect for relaxing! This is our second stay here and honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else at Raystown Lake! Heather is very responsive and keeps the property looking great! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Cabin close to seven points.
This cabin was great! With a group of 6 adults there was plenty of space for us all. The amenities and appliances were all new. It had everything you needed to cook in. Seven points marina 10 minute drive.
Trough creek 20ish minute drive, and Shopping 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay in the future.
