Our stay here was amazing and our room exceeded our expectations. Better than a hotel/motel. It was like a home away from home. 6min drive to Henderson State Park, also near a bunch of attractions and eateries. Philip was our contact for the reservation and always answered any questions within minute/seconds. I would recommend.

Initial impression when arriving at night was “what have I gotten us into”. However, the property is very nice, the unit was exactly as advertised, very quiet - surprising because you’re one block off Hwy 98. You can hear the air traffic from the local airport but it was all small aircraft. Pool was nice and the walking bridge that crosses the little lake was a great to place escape. The only negative was the guest upstairs trying to get in their 10000 steps a day at night while we were trying to sleep.

The place was VERY small compared to what the pics looked like. The complex seemed very shady, and the beach access was described as a short walk, which couldn’t have been further from the truth. It was clean, well stocked, and very affordable, beds pretty comfy. I will not stay in Destin again unless I’m on the beach. The beach access is awful for those who aren’t on a beach side.

This unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect just like the photos listed. It was located next to all the main tourist attractions, but also set far enough back to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the night. Felt safe the entire stay. Gated community which was a plus. Several pools on ground property. Pools nice and cool during the day, and heated at night for a nice night swim! Unit very well taken care of. Property owners were amazing with communication and accommodations. This unit was the perfect size for me, my significant other, my 1 year old, and my 8 year old. There were so many items available in the unit for us travelers to use during our stay. Including a cooler, lawn/beach chairs, high chair for small child, board games, plenty of extra blankets, towels, and pillows! I could go on and on…property managers sure know how to please! We will most definitely stay here again when we revisit Destin! 10/10 ❤️

Great property. The location was perfect and close to pretty much everything including grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and is pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Destin.

We loved it but note. Move the toaster before making toast. The smoke detectors went off 3 times while I was cooking but loved the place and would definitely recommend

The condo was very clean and nice. The resort property is a bit run down. Location was good for us because we were visiting relatives. Busy area with a lot of traffic.

It’s a small but very nice place to stay with your small family, located in the middle of everything, such restaurants and close to the beach, the only down that I found it’s that they don’t have a toaster in the kitchen, but other than that the place is perfect for a small family vacation. I will use it again.

Difficult check in process due to lack of VRBO communication. Owner was very prompt in handling this and getting me the information needed. Property was clean, great location in Destin. If you want beach front go ahead and pay that higher price! This condo was well located with access to public within a 2-3 minute drive. For a less crowded beach there is also Henderson Park. This condo complex has multiple pools to enjoy the water without the sand. Nice lake in the middle with a fountain gives you a nice view off of the patio. Condo is clean, nicely decorated without too many Knick knacks for children to break. Cooktop is a little outdated - not sure they make cooktops with electric coil burners anymore. Fridge/freezer is plenty big enough, multiple pots and pans for stay at home meals. Big pluses: dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Centrally located to several grocery stores and restaurants. Short drive to the Harbor for all activities and restaurants there. All in all a great place to stay!

The condo was clean and well suited for two or more people. We had our dog with us and the grounds were perfect for walks. Close to beach and attractions. We will use again in furure.

Very nice. Good location. The unit was tastefully decorated. Very clean except the floors. I had to purchase and wear socks to keep my feet from getting dirty. I actually looked to see if there was a mop as I was going to clean the floors! Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay!

Convenient, nicely renovated, comfortable and functional property for beach stay. Easy to communicate with the management, just would have liked to have had more direct communication from them concerning details. Great that it is pet friendly. The only drawback was the massive amount of landscaping going on with noisy chainsaws and the like, but I'm sure that will all make things better in the future.

We were very pleased with this property. The kitchen was well supplied with pot, glasses, dinnerware etc., so we were able to avoid eating out every night. Short drive to the beach, attractions and more. Don't let the proximity to the executive airport deter you, flights stop at night. Even when there was planes flying we could not hear them in the property. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The property way fantastic. The whole condo was refinished with ceramic floors throughout, new kitchen and bath and the king size bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the distance from the beach. It required a short drive and then find parking. But overall we loved the property.

We brought a large family, and this condo was so great. We kept the beds put away/made when we were up, so we never felt really cramped. The washer and dryer were very handy. The patio and grounds were very cute. One thing to mention is all of the pools aren’t open. Each day was roulette trying to figure out which was open and which wasn’t. There are 3 pools on the property. Another thing I would recommend for the actual condo… you’re given a broom, but with all the sand and tile we NEEDED some kind of wet jet or a better floor cleaning system! Overall, would absolutely stay again.
