Great location. Lovely, well-appointed apartment with big windows, high ceilings. So comfortable
Parking usually required several k-turns; very tight if lots were full… I didn’t love coming straight into the elevator from outside; someone from the street could enter the elevator while I was entering the key code in the elevator, and I’d be trapped. Scary…. Minor, but hand lotion in the bathrooms would be nice😊

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Beautifully designed and very well appointed. The location is ideal. I will recommend to anyone looking to visit Asheville, NC.

The genius behind this concept has thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. In addtion to linens and toiletries that are higher quality than most hotels, there are also other amenites that you wouldn't expect: Laundry facilities are IN the unit with detergent provided. The kitchen is stocked with the proper glassware for any type of drink. A single cup and a full pot coffee maker with coffee, sweetner and creamers provided. Books by local authors, magazines with local crafts and activities, games for the whole family. Restaurants, breweries, galleries, and shops as well as the Artisan Market and "Shindig On The Green" on Pack Square are within walking distance. Additionally, the Blitmore, the River Arts District, Outdoor Sports, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are all a short car ride away. Most importantly, because it was a "loft" and not just a room, there was common space for us to hang out together before, after, and between our adventures. And this trip was mainly about just that - spending time together.
The couch in the common space was hard and really low to the ground (lower than the coffee table), so it was difficult to get up from it. Certainly not a deal-breaker, but it was the only thing that I would have changed

Elevation Lofts Hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Asheville. We loved the proximity to the restaurants, shops, and galleries!

the property itself is excellent. overall an awesome experience, especially the staff.
The only complaint I could have is really just feedback, not a complaint. I would suggest a better seating layout for the living room.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with my sisters. Clean, spacious, comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with high quality items. The fireplace made the place extra cozy and comfy.

What an amazing place this is! The loft was immaculate, modern, quiet and private. It's location was perfect and central to everything. My kids and I spent the holidays in Asheville and our loft was so lovely, it felt like home. John, the general manager was awesome! He was very professional, courteous and a great communicator.
I highly recommend this place and if we ever visit Asheville again, we would definitely stay here.

We loved everything about this property. The Loft space was beautiful and was stocked with everything needed to feel at home. It exceeded our expectations with the quality of the furnishings and offerings. They even had board games and books about the area. We were there at Christmas time and they even had a real pine wreath on door with pine garland in the windows. Thoughtful touches throughout and the location was perfect. Close to everything. It was super cold when we were there but we still managed to walk around the downtown area. There were restaurants and places with live music. I liked having the dedicated parking space. We felt safe in the area. The management were readily available if needed and happily handled any issue. You can tell they want to make us happy and quickly accommodated our needs. It was a perfect place to have our family Christmas. We will definitely bock here again. Till next time!

The loft was in a perfect location, close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. The loft was clean, comfortable, and kitchen was fully stocked. It was an excellent place to two couples to stay for a getaway. We are all ready to book it again for another (and hopefully longer) trip!

Spacious,comfortable space-new ,homey and cozy. The only issue was entering from "alley" where safety could be questionable from parking lot

The space - two bedrooms/two baths. great kitchen! beautiful baths! Beekman bath products! a washer and dryer. beautiful apartment! parking was great. location downtown also great.
we had trouble with getting smart tv to work right, but probably our non-tech fault.

Liked the location, parking, and convenience to downtown. Liked the architecture. It was clean and modern inside. Nicely equipped kitchen.
We didn't like the windowless bedroom. Would have preferred a second ensuite bathroom. We had trouble adjusting heat down. Set it to 64 but would not cool off even though 40 outside. Heat rising from below? Pillows too firm for us.

Beautiful apartment with exposed brick and modern furnishings. Perfect location.
One of four bed pillows could be softer so person has pillow choice. As they were, all felt firm.

No outside space to have coffee. Even a small table outside the entrance for a cup of coffee...?
Master bath door hinges squeaked so it woke us at night if someone had to use the bathroom.

We absolutely loved this place. You had a personalized code to get into the lofts so it was about as easy as it could be. The pictures looked great but I thought the finishes might be cheaply done. However, it truly was beautiful and clean and wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. We raved about the place the whole time we were there. Oh and the location is truly in the heart of the town. Everything was a 4 minute walk.

Location was amazing! The rooms were clean and everything was new and beautiful! Had everything you could ever want or ask for!
We all agreed the pillows on the beds were uncomfortable but other than that little thing, everything else was perfect!

Loved the cleanliness and how it was stocked. The decor was beautiful. Host was very kind and responsive.
The king sized bed was hard as a rock so we didn't really sleep for 2 nights and the bathroom door in the king bathroom was so loud you woke up the other person in the room.
