Nice property within walking distance to main key west tourist attractions.

Well located property for historic Key West. Nice and clean but very noisy. Probably no sound attenuation between the units for the late night partiers. Maintenance is lacking. Toilet rocks, both bath sink and shower handles broken or loose. Finally not sure what cleaning g product they are using on the shower stall, but VERY slick. Partially due to the quality of the shower insert they used in construction. Desk person very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

Good overall.

Very adequate. Basic and clean. No frills but does one really need those if just sleeping there? Somewhat of a long walk to the tourist spots. On street parking only.

Location pretty good. Room was good but the bathroom is very very small. Just expect the smallest bathroom you could imagine. Beside that nice property and the best is the big size jacuzzi. The temperature is perfect. Not scalding hot andcthe jets are powerful. We love that. Thank you

This hotel was so quaint and peaceful. It really showcased the true charm of Key West. It's walkable to all of the main things in downtown Key West. Neighborhood was safe. Parking was good. I can't wait to stay again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, however, rooms facing White Street can be extremely noisy at night form car truck and motorbike traffic. Customer Service is not a priority. For example, on our final day in Key West, we missed a scheduled tour because we needed the front desk to hold our luggage beginning at 9:30AM. They refused to accept our luggage until it was 10:00AM. I'm sure that they will provide an excuse, but there really aren't any!

Very unique and personable cozy hotel with beatiful grounds. Great location for a a nice walkable time.

Overall, excellent place and would recommend. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the front desks seemed to not care if I was dead or alive. lol. But didn’t need them for anything so that was fine.

Overall very nice experience and hotel. Location was great and overall vibe of the place was peaceful and positive. Only real downside was that the noise between rooms was very noticeable.

Seems a bit deteriorated

The bathroom was so small that I couldn’t use my hair dryer in it. There was only one tiny mirror in the room.

Locality is great and staffs are great. The room is very clean.

For the price, I would have expected a maid service to address our lack of towels and general clean up. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. Noisy throughout the night- bring earplugs. Although it wasn’t a terrible stay, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cute and clean place but the noise was unbearable. The cars from the street, the low planes flying overhead, the trash truck and the roosters at 4am was really horrible.

Older property. That’s ok. Bath towels were rather small and thin. Basic small soap bars that were used u and housekeeping did not bring new bars. Showered with shampoo as my soap

Excelent property, great location. In old town with easy walk. 10 - 15 minutes, to major sites. Off street parking is available, free, just need to wait for spots. In quite neighborhood.

The hot water never got above warm. I'm assuming a scorch guard was used but all I know for sure is that the shower was never above warm. The continental breakfast did not exceed the low expectation that a continental breakfast usually brings. Parking was basically nil. However, this is a Key West norm. Lastly, I accidentally left a shirt on the back of a chair to dry and when I called back to arrange for that shirt to be shipped I was told nothing left in the room. This was even more insulting since I left a generous tip for housekeeping. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was nice and well maintained.

First, don’t go in the hot tub. It will ruin your bathing suit due the amount of chemicals in it. Bleached both of our suits and the management argued with me saying that they don’t know how much our suits cost or that the hot tub even ruined them. Absurd. Second, the continental breakfast consisted of lenders bagels, cereal bowls, packets of peanut butter and stale coffee. Don’t plan on eating breakfast at the hotel. The room overall was a good size and comfortable. The shower had a large crack in the floor which I wasn’t too concerned about but if I owned the property I would certainly attend to it before it created too much damage. Room and bathroom were clean. The location is a fair hike from duval and where you’d want to visit on the island. Be prepared to walk. Overall it was okay. I wouldn’t stay there again. I’ve been going down to key west for 7 years straight now and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at for the price. Shop around. You’ll find something better

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS OLD AND OUTDATED. NO COFFEE POT OR MICROWAVE. THINGS WERE RUSTY. AND IN ONE AREA, THERE APPEARED TO BE BLACK MOLD ON THE WALL. WE LEFT A DAY EARLY. :(

Great!!!

Location was wonderful! Away from the craziness, but close enough to walk to the square. The history of the area was evident in the architecture of these old town homes. The room itself was small, but had what we needed for a two night stay. The courtyards were very Key West! Loved the brick pavers and sitting are. The furnishings in the room could be updated and some cosmetic updates would help for what a nights stay cost. A microwave would really come in handy in the room or even in the lobby. Coffee maker would be nice as well for us early risers. Everyone on staff were a delite!!

Very beautiful and picturesque place. Very nice outdoor breakfast area. Rooms clean. There is a table and 2 chairs next to each room! This is a bonus. Foster the property Manager was very welcoming and nice! He just made our experience even better! We will definitely come back.

It is a nice property but it is old. The adjoining rooms have huge gaps under the doors and the noise and marijuana smells were wafting all over. The bathroom was tiny, I dropped the soap and had to exit the shower to pick it up lol. The balcony was lovely, bed was comfy. These old hotels are always a little rough but full of character. Location wise it si a little far from the main buzz but quiet and free parking on the street! Staff was not so polite, quite inarticulate.

Sorry for the late check out, but they accepted me well and will come back next time.
