The room was nice there was blood on the bathroom wall behind the door and the man door to the room barely shut and was kicked out for having two service animals one was my man’s and one was mine plus another pet the general manager was very unprofessional when I explained the two service animals he promised a complete rufund after being there for only 6 hours then when I went to the office and there was two other people around he called me a liar and told me I don’t know the service animal law and was just super rude

No wifi or TV. No weatherstripping on doors. 24/7 road construction outside. Very loud place. Not worth the rates

The room looked ok when we got in. However, when we went to bed which was around midnight, bed bugs started to crawl on us. We got up and took the sheets off and found about 7 more bugs!!. We pack our stuff up and went to the front office. The receptionist was very apologetic however they told us they could not give us another room and there was nothing they can do about it. He told us we would have to come back the next day as it was late already to talk to the manager about the bugs and if we wanted a refund. I told him we were not staying. We meet the manager earlier and he wasn't very friendly either. We left to another hotel.

Room smelled like smoke first night we arrived, sheets had cigarette burns through them. The Morning that the room was serviced the beds were barely made, Once we arrived back that same night the room strong smell of weed coming from the air ducts. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Room smelled like tobacco. Because travelling with young children, I asked if another room was available, on a Sunday night. The rude employee behind the check in desk said there was none. What a joke. 200+ rooms, and no other room available. She was just super lazy. Had to spend 2 nights in this stinky room. Last time at Motel 6 for me.

Odessa at the front is ALWAYS soooo kind and helpful in every aspect. Correnia (lead house keeper) is awesome. The lack of cleanliness was a turn off. They didnt there best to fix it. Bed in 233 is antiquated. A few small maintenance/safety thingns need attended to. I have stayed 8 plus times in last 3 weeks and I will be satying again in near future.

Arrived at property needing a totally different room (handicap accessible) then what I had booked online. The Rep on duty that night (Tyler, I believe) was more than busy but not only took care of the room change but helped my handicap guest to the room when she arrived and I wasnt available. First Class! Hard to find these days!

This property was conveniently located right off the highway which was great and pet friendly! The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating! The room was clean which was great! However, you could hear every word of people walking outside the door and the doors had zero weather stripping allowing for a draft and light coming into the room from around the door. This caused the very noisy heater/AC unit to kick in every 10 minutes all night long leaving me poorly rested for my 9 hour drive the next morning.

Floors were not clean. Anything white that touched the floor came up black and brown. I also booked a non smoking room, which reaked heavily of cigarettes. Staff was very very nice and accommodating.

Property did not take initiative to call me back and let me know the expedia card on file was declined. When traveling sometimes banks lock cards if used in two locations at the same time. All i had to to was accept the fraud transaction via text which I did and I never got a call back saying it went through or not. I ended up having to book a hotel instead for a month. The lady up front tried to help somewhat but in the end nothing could be done about the original price i had booked for a month. Thankfully the hotel im at was able to accommodate me as i am here for medical reasons and am basically in and out of the hospital most of the time.

It was all pretty good. Clean. Great, friendly staff. The only thing is in the room I was in the water pressure was pretty bad in the shower and wasn't hot. But it was fine for a one night stay

The room that I got in had someone’s fake finger nail in my bed when I pulled the sheets down. Then I woke up at 3 in the morning to use the bathroom and my whole room was flooded I went to the office to go tell them , they didn’t move me rooms they didn’t come clean it up they didn’t discount my stay or discount my next stay. They literally did nothing!!! I’m so disappointed because I stay at motel 6 a lot and now I have to find a new place.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes. I have migraine headaches. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. it was awful. There were 2 broken down cars in the parking lot people were under the cars doing repairs. Pet friendly hotel but the pet area was the worst I've seen with motel 6. I stayed at 4 other Motel 6 this trip this was the worst.
