Modern hotel across the street from the train station. Safe area. No refrigerator, kettle, safe in room. Did not try breakfast. Adequate room if you want to be near station. Half hour walk from city center.

The rooms and service were very bare bones. The rooms didn’t have basic amenities likes ac, phones, cups etc. We asked for a kettle and they didn’t have that too. Rooms were very small and we had to open the window all night (in March) to keep the temperature ok, which meant noise and morning light

It was nice. Good place to stay if you want to be near the Hauptbahnhof. Room was a bit small for more than one person, but it was set up for one person, so it was fine.

Fantastic hotel for convenience and price. I chose it due to proximity to the station for an early morning train, and a v reasonable cost. I was delighted by how comfortable it was, wonderful bed and linens, lovely bathroom with great shower, huge window where I could train-watch. Checkin and out super efficient. The only thing I'd have loved would've been a coffee machine, but at this price point you can't have everything I suppose. Would 100% stay here again, surpassed my expectations.

This hotel is very convenience to the Vienna Central Station. If you’re taking a lot of day trips, it would be perfect. I only stayed here for one night on the last leg of my trip. The hotel has everything you need and is priced great, but I’d recommend staying in a more upscale hotel in the central part of Vienna to get a better experience.

Great place to stay if you need the train station. The price was also very good for the location.

I had booked and paid for a king size bed and on arrival, it was a queen. I discussed this with a woman on the front desk who swore black and blue the bed in my room was king-size. Assuredly not I said but no further action on their part.
That aside, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel is very handy to rhe train station and restaurants within a 400m walk.

The room was very small but it was quiet and clean, we also had a nice view over the city. There was only one single-sized duvet so we had to ask for another one, and the staff brought it up pretty quickly.
The hotel is literally across the train station so it was really convenient for us having to take an early train.

Very nice hotel close to the train station

Close to the main central station.
The breakfast was sad. Just a sandwich and plain yoghurt with granola.

The « motel » is right next to the main train station. Trains are fully accessible to the airport and the fare is very reasonable.

Great location next train station and a few blocks west great restaurants and shop. Breakfast buffet was good.

Convenient location if you plan to use the train station frequently but a little too far from the Town Center.

This location had no English language tv channels-- not acceptable. We also had to move to another room due to lack of wifi. These beed to e fixed before we consider staying again.

Great location near main train station (3 min walk). Very modern and clean. Elevators worked great and room was spacious and comfortable. I had a great view. I wish there was a mini fridge.

Stay went well. Room had a nice view. Bathroom was not so great (no plug for sink, shower hard to control). Wifi good. A/C was annoying with a fan running even when system was off.

Good location, right across from main train station. Hotel looks brand new and very stylish, and is excellent value.
There is no fridge or safe in the rooms, and the wifi is ‘unsecured’ so probably not a good idea to use it for any sensitive matters.
There is a 12.00 check out which was good, but downside is that check-in doesn’t officially start until 3.00 pm, unless a room becomes available.
Staff are very helpful and were able to give transport and tour advice.

Property was very convenient and easy to get to the old city centre.

Great for short stays if you need to take an early morning train. Check in took a bit long as they were understaffed and lots of people wanted to check in. But clean and nice rooms. Would have been nice to at least have a glass to drink water out of.

Hotel is very convenience and rooms are very clean ,modern . But i have bad experience with hotel staff at check in - very arrogant and no interest to help you. Otherwise the hotel is excellent.

The entire building was way too hot as the a/c was not turned on in May. Ventilation in the whole facility was poor and stifling. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. For an overnight stay the place was convenient to the train station but certainly I would not stay more than one night. The room was very small for two people. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I used this as a hub to Eurorail all over and was perfect. Easy walk to main train station. Much ritzier atmosphere than I was expecting given the price!

Beautiful and modern hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Adjacent to the Main train and bus stations.

Excellent hotel. Located across from the central station so very easy to reach all the touristy spots via the underground. The hotel was spotless with friendly staff especially the bar staff which is open 24 hours. Easy check in and check out.

Friendly and accomodating front desk staff. Modernist room furnishings. Great location across the street from the Hauptbanhof, with transport connections for all across the city and the rest of Europe. Recommended!

The check-in experience was very impressive, very efficient, polite and friendly, proving very useful information for public transportation near by the hotel!

This would’ve been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the girl who checked me in. She seemed to be super upset to be working there, came from the back to help out and had such an unpleasant demeanour. A stark contrast to the red headed woman next to her that seemed to be all smiles and happily checking people in. This woman, her name starts with a T, was snarky, rude and told me the wrong number of my room. She wrote it so poorly on the card that I couldn’t read it anyhow and when I came back to say the card didn’t work she jumped over to the woman who was helping me and practically barks “you went to the WRONG floor???” This woman needs to learn better customer service and maybe have the red head help her with this as she made my first impressions very poor. Other than this particular woman the hotel is beautiful, busy, in a central location and has a great view. I would caution them to fix the room doors though you have to really push and lock the door to get it to not swing open. Again aside from the dark haired woman at the desk this would’ve been a 5 star for me.

I, the husband, had wondered about this site given the proximity to the main train station and it overlooking the trains coming and going. In that aspect, it did not disappoint and was stellar. I do like trains, however on other aspects the hotel was average, and the breakfast given for the price charged was disappointing truthfully. And the same price point we got hot food at other hotels we stayed at. Nearby restaurants with better breakfast at the same price can easily be found. My wife, was less impressed with the hotel. She rates it at average across the board.
