no key cash rewards you promised , toying all my family. big disappointing

Only one elevator working in Tower B was very inconvenient it has been down for some time according to other guests. The main Building B second elevator was malfunctioning today when I was leaving. Lots of noise from trains and airplanes flying into Toronto island AP

Nice place. But of a jaunt to find the suite. But staff was helpful. Suite had everything a person could need for an extended business trip 10/10 would stay here again.

Things all good except noise from train and a bit noisy Air con system.

My flight was delayed so I arrived late around 2am. There was no signs out in front of the building. I wasn’t given good instructions on where to park and there weren’t any signs that tells you “SONDER parking “. And when I finally got some instructions and got into the parking garage there weren’t any signs to direct me to SONDER’S lobby. I saw in the parking garage where to go for McDonald’s and several other businesses but not Sunders. So it was very frustrating. I would definitely not recommend the Toronto location.

Very well organized and proper written instructions

It didn’t match the photo. There was no TV in the bedroom? The bathroom was down the hallway? I have claustrophobia and I couldn’t sleep in the “box” bedroom because there was no TV Or windows. I slept on the couch. Expedia tried to move me but Sonder. The rental company, would not release me from the reservation. This stay was not what was shown on Expedia. No more apartments for me.

It was a great place with lost of space but due to the flat key pads with out any brail it can be difficult to get into the building and into my room as someone with limited vision.

Good location, great space. Very clean. Loved having a washer & dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with what you might need - coffee, tea, kettle, utensils, etc. The only complaint is the linens. Hot. Not breathable

Great area! Close to DT core. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and bars inthe neighborhood walking distance. Really cute neighborhood and ill definitely book there again. Its pretty quiet but the train does pass by so the condo we stayed in we could hear the train especially if windows are open. Not a huge deal in my opinion. Grocery store right below as well as Starbucks Beds were okay but its a harder mattress Overall 9/10

Great location with very accessible public transportation options. The Sonder staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests.

I paid for parking, however I did not receive an email with the form to fill out to receive the key fob. On my arrival I parked as usual. I did contact a representative via chat and I explained that I had no way of leaving garage. That person assured me that it will not be a problemto leave. HoweverI had to pay $30.00 to leave. This was a major inconvenienceas I was on my way to my brother's funeral. I contacted the chat again and rep once more was not helpful and very ignorant about the situation and said I was not eligible for a refund. I called again on returning from the funeral, this time I was told I may be eligible. I also had to call for the bathroom o be opened. I spoke to two reps who told me definitely I would receive a refund. However the email I got said 7-10 days. I was already distraught over the loss of my brother, and after having driven from NYC to attend the funeral to have to deal with this poor service, it really upset me further. I called when I returned from the

Perfect hotel in liberty village. Especially if you don’t like talking to people. Extra safe since there are 2 different locks you have to go through and your room lock and a receptionist. Also very quiet.

If you like trains, this is the place for you. Happily, I love trains.

This location was near everything, easy access to transportation, the TTC dropped off right in front of the building. Getting into the building and the walk to tower A was a little far but manageable. Rooms were nice, bathrooms were clean. The washer and dryer and provided pods were a plus! The balcony was nice and view was amazing. Good space for the time we were staying and our needs. Very secure! Response time from Sonder was amazing, even sent a representative to store our luggage when the lockers were full. Beds were a little hard but not enough to outweigh all the good.

This was an almost near perfect experience. The place was beautiful, clean, as advertised, had an amazing view & natural light, along with great amenities. The only issued I had, from my perspective, was a lack of communication regarding arriving at and entering the property. A disclaimer/explanation of some sort explaining the layout of the property and precise directions to the front of the building, which I could have passed along to my uber driver would have saved me about an hour worth of chaos. Upon arrival, I tentered in the address that was provided to me on my Uber request, however that address did not get me to the front of the building. I was dropped off with all my luggage and wandered about for quite sometime. Then once I finally made it to the correct area, getting to my apartment was quite confusing. The good definitely outweighed the bad, and this is my feedback. I would definitely reebook.

We absolutely love this property. Perfect place to come back to after a busy day at the trade show! If I could make one suggestion, it would be nice if receiving parcels was a bit more user friendly.

Conveniently located to all of the activities we had planned. We were able to walk everywhere. Unit was clean and comfortable.

very quiet, clean and safe. the distance from the main entrance to the apartment was too far.

Area is okay. Location is satisfactory with favorable amenities. The house needs some more heating. Central heating temperature was not high enough for us.

Felt like home away from home. Everything needed, in terms of dining in, or out.

I found this place at such a great price. It was centrally located to everything in Toronto. I loved that I was able to cook my own meals with the pots provided. A washer and dryer was just a Cherry on top! Would recommend and stay again.

Everything was great except the hot water seemed to be regulated to a tepid temperature and the process for storing bags after checkout was confusing. Otherwise it was a joy of a stay. Highly recommend.

Took a long time to walk from entrance to hotel room.

Cleanliness was poor, shower and bathrooms very dirty. Kitchen lacked cooling supplies. No service. Long distance to get to room. Not well maintained. The neighborhood is being gentrified, some good restaurants in the area was a positive.

All was good except the hook on the back of the bathroom door wasn't attached when we checked in and it was just laying by the bathroom sink. Also, we couldn't get the toaster to plus in in the kitchen by the store counter so we had to plug it in in our bedroom to make toast. Other than this it was a very good place to stay!

This property was very close to downtown and right in front of a bus stop, was also walking distance to Trillium Park for a great view of the skyline! Good amenities in the apartment and lots of options for groceries, food, drinks nearby!
