Outdoor patio furniture and table on porch for enjoyment of the mountain air. 2 stories Upstairs Master Bedroom- queen bed attached full bath Bedroom 2 - queen bed shared full bath Bedroom 3- queen bed shared full bath All bedrooms have a smart tv mounted on the wall Downstairs 1/2 bath Dining room Kitchen Living room Fireplace- for looking only, no open flames allowed Big comfy couches Sleeps 6 in beds. Includes: Linens - sheets/towels Dishes - mugs plates silverware Coffee maker - 10 cup drip coffee pot w/ filters. Full sized refrigerator- w/ ice maker Wine bottle openers & wine glasses Gas stove Toilet paper, paper towels Soap Public Goods Shampoo/Conditioner/ Body Wash Parking on site Must have someone 25 years or older booking Children welcome but at your own risk. Beautiful and well cared for, comfortable home away from the hustle and bustle of Asheville. We explored the surroundings of Asheville with other family members and prepared home cooked meals in the well equiped kitchen as we got ready for an upcoming wedding, the perfect place for our purpose. Checking in was very easy and Mandy provided an excellent guide to the house and the surrounding area, including an extensive list of selected local restaurants and places of interest. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is nice and pretty new. There was construction next door, but it didn’t really bother us. The location was good for sightseeing. The only recommendation I have is to have more hand towels and kitchen towels.

We were in the area for family event. With 6 adults we needed plenty of beds. The house had 3 comfortable queen beds and a blow up mattress. The home is fairly new and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is new but in the older Oakley area. There is construction beginning on new homes next to this VRBO.

Very nice property just as represented. Check in with simple home was very clean and beautifully. Decorated location was pretty good. Understanding that there was road construction at the end of the street. Kitchen as well equipped and I really appreciated the coffee and filters that we were available to use. Simple clean up and check out procedure post checked in on us the second day and were responsive. Thank you for a very nice stay. We very much enjoyed our time in Asheville area.

Lovely home with every amenity. Everything is fairly new and extremely comfortable. Enough seating for 5-6 people with a wonderful front porch for relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and every room has flat screen TV. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the welcome book had great suggestions. The location is extremely convenient to everything in Asheville (please note you WILL hear some road noise from I40). Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, Biltmore House, etc. The owners live close by and were very responsive when we needed a couple of items. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay - and beautiful views of the mountains! We would definitely rent again!

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we would enjoy staying here. It smelled wonderful and the living room furniture was very comfortable. Their welcome book was excellent. It covered everything we needed. The porches were great for relaxing in the morning and evening. The owners were extremely responsive. We asked them to increase the temperature of the hot water and Josh was there in5 minutes. I highly recommend this property.

The house is just as described. Brand new feel and very clean; has everything you need with a few extras, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc. New construction so there was some work being done outside, however it did not interrupt our stay. Otherwise quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to major attractions and downtown Asheville with lots to do and places to eat. Overall great stay.

Our family gather in Asheville for a quick extended weekend vacation. We hiked, visited the Biltmore, and toured downtown Asheville. We had a great time and this house was in a perfect location to quickly get to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean! There were 5 of us, all adults and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough about this house and the owners, Mandy and Josh! The house is new and beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. We were there for a girls trip to the Biltmore the first week of December. The Biltmore Estate is about a 10- 15 minute drive and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our experience. My daughter said, she knew this was going to be a great place, because the shampoo was labeled. This property had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, Cozy. The owners really have gone beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They checked with us to make sure we had what we needed. Will definitely go back.
