Das alles bereits sehr abgewohnt ist. Eingangstüre nur mit gewalt zu öffnen. Heizung funktioniert nicht - sehr kalt im Appartment. Dusche komplett verschimmelt !!!!

Ottima sistemazione vicina alla fermata del tram e a pochi passi dalla metro. Camera pulita e ben fornita di ogni confort. Letto comodo e spazio sufficiente.

Bagno senza finestra e finestra che affaccia in un pozzo luce un leggermente rumoroso per via dei condizionatori del palazzo.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and placed in perfect position to easily reach the city center and the metro station of Karlplaz.

The entrance of the building was a bit dirty and dark, during the night it might appear a bit scary but it does not depend from the host.

The place is perfect - close to TU Wien, Opera, etc. Very comfortable, clean, etc.

When booking the appartment, I specifically paid attention to the selection of an appartment with "View to the back yard" (migh sound differently in English, I was selecting using Czech langueage) additinally to saying View on the city. This is because I expected the Wiedner Hauptstrasse to be lound all night. Since I took the one with a separate living room and a bedroom, I expected to have a quiet night in my bedroom. Unfortunatelly, I got an appartment with windwos from both room facing the loud street. This was quite a dissappontiment for me.

Contact less did not feel like we were lost. It was easier to understand

Proximity to the city and public transport. Air conditioning, kitchen facilities, reasonably spacious. A lift.

Busy, noisy street.

The location was great, it was comfortable and clean with all you need for a city break. We didn’t hear any noise at all, no traffic or noise within the apartment block. Christian was fantastic, always got back to you immediately when messaged.

Unfortunately the lift broke down two days before leaving and it’s a lot of stairs up and down. Christian kept us up to date but that last walk down carrying our luggage was so hard.

Excellent accomodation. Very clean and well maintained. Centrally located, close to major attractions. Couple of minutes from the metro station and supermarket. Host was very prompt at answering queries and helpful. Will definitely recommend

The location was ideal for the sites we wanted to visit. All were in walking distance. The apartment was clean with great HVAC. The rooms had good window covering to keep out daylight if we wanted to sleep in.

Absolutely top position only 2 minutes from Karlpatz. The apartment is clean and spacious with all the necessary things to make you feel like you are at home

Great location. Walking distance to attractions but also 100 metres from metro station. Supermarket and Naschmarkt nearby. Felt quite roomy for a small apartment and cooking facilities were good. Christian was helpful and replied quickly to messages. Would stay again.

Great location, within walking distance to Opera and the city center. Easy to get from the airport. Very close to the metro station. Apartment is clean and comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. It was easy to self-check in and the instructions were clear.

repeat visitors, shall be returning next year. My husband judges the student lawyer competition every year. Finally allowed to be in Vienna in person instead of Covid online happening. Having discovered this conveniently placed property it is my preferred stay location

The best location imaginable. A stone's throw from the location is the metro Karlplatz, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and pubs, the market, as well as all the most important museums in Vienna. The two-room suite is very large, and for me it was definitely redundant in area. It's nice that in the rooms on the walls there are reproductions of paintings that are in the museums of Vienna. For example, I had Magritte, Kandinsky and Klimt. But I realized this only later, when I saw the originals in the museums.

The room was located on the fifth floor. The windows face the street with a busy tram traffic, the soundproofing of the windows is not very good. Opposite the room is the building of the Technical University of Vienna and in the morning you can even hear the loud conversations and laughter of young students passing by. Therefore, if you want to sleep peacefully at night, take earplugs with you.

Excellent location, easy to get to from the airport. Comfortable bed, good shower.

Could have had the heating set a bit higher.

The apartment is 30 mins from the airport and easy to reach by public transport. Keys were in lock box with secure entry system on street door. Location is very good, within walking distance of all the major sights in Vienna and underground, tram and bus stops. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom.

The apartment was much smaller than it appeared on the photos, and there was no view and no sofa. There was only one window which opened onto an inner light well which was occupied by pigeons and their mess. So no view and no ventilation was disappointing as we were there for 4 nights.

Excellent! The communication and coordination surrounding check-in and check-out was easy and to the point. The location is fantastic - right near transit to get places quickly, quite close to the center, and right near lots of great restaurants, shops, culture, and nightlife. The apartment was great overall with a comfortable bed, good bathroom, kitchenette with coffee and tea options, and it was very clean and tidy.

The climate control took me a bit to figure out - maybe just a note in the info sent to renters that it appears that the dial near the bathroom affects underfloor heating for whole apt? Chairs could be a bit more comfortable. But overall a really great place to stay - highly recommended!

They forgot to have salt

Excellent location. Clean, quiet, comfortable, good facilities. Enough 'stuff' like soap, washing up liquid, teatowels, dishwasher tablets, loo paper so that all I needed to get was food for the stay. Easy walking distance from many tourist destinations but just out of the busy central area.
