The kitchen offers guests every amenity including a refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, small household appliances and a full range of cookware, flatware & dishes to entertain family & friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area that can easily seat four(4) people and a great place to gather each evening with friends & family; a breakfast bar can accommodate 4 additional guests. Guests will love gathering in the living room that features a 48” HDTV with a Roku Player, DVD player, Comcast cable, Chair, Large Sofa (sleeper) and loveseat that can easily seat several people, a gas fireplace, and access to your private deck with private hot tub. This is a well appointed condo with 2 bedrooms with attached baths. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The condo is large and all 4 adults were very comfortable. The bus to and from the Deer Valley resort was perfect. We love skiing in Utah and not having to get a rental car.

Great location and clean place. The fireplace and jacuzzi were great. The customer service was very responsive. The furniture and carpet are a bit dated, but the trade-off is the location. We walked out front and got the shuttle to go skiing. It’s also walking distance to the Deer Valley cafe for coffee, chili, cookies!

Great location if you are skiing at Deer Valley. Bus stop is right out front of the complex. The garage parking is priceless when snowing. Unit was clean and roomy. Was perfect for our party of 2. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, great snow and proximity to bus stop for Deer Valley helped but the property could do with a little TLC. One armchair is quite tatty, lightbulb in bedroom lamp out, holes in ceiling covering in 2nd bedroom, primary bath is huge but not enough hot water to fill it in one go, only half the jets worked in hot tub. All these niggles aside we had a nice time and it was warm, spacious and convenient. Beds ok and a well equipped kitchen.

It’s a comfortable condo close to the bus stop. Some updates need to be completed, as the front bedroom’s ceiling was an eyesore and needed repair. That bedroom also didn’t warm up well, as it stayed pretty chilly. Half of the outlets don’t work and need to be replaced.
The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updates, but all in all, it was a comfortable condo.

We only ended up staying one night because we didn’t have any hot water. Water heater was leaking. We were moved to another available condo. Many small issues at the new place but overall it was very nice.

Location is great for summer concerts at DV, that’s why we booked it. Grounds are tired as is the buildings. Need to put more care into the grounds/outdoor area if you’re going to rent it in summer. Plastic patio chairs provided were dirty and broken. Shower drain was clogged, kitchen knives were dull, and the ceiling of unit had several water damage spots that should be repaired… Looks kind of tacky. Hot tub deck is borderline treacherous, with broken decking, tub appears to be listing, so deck infrastructure is probably rotting

The property management folks at iTrip were great. They handled our questions and concerns expeditiously. The property itself was a great value and located in close proximity to historic down town main street.
The condo was 2 bed 2 bath, the layout was perfect, we never felt on top of each other and each couple had their own privacy. The neighbors were welcoming and even offered the use of their Adirondrack chairs outside. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The home was stocked with the basics and even had coffee available for use which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent home in the base of Deer Valley. Very close to snow park lodge, the bus stops just outside the parking lot.
Two well appointed bedrooms, nice linens and well stocked kitchen.
Enjoyed our evenings by the fireplace and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if the kitchen and the bathrooms were remodeled.

Two families (family of 5 and family of 4) shared this beautiful home for a ski weekend. It was perfect! They house was comfortable and provided everything we needed. The quiet location that was close to town and just a couple mile drive to the ski lodge was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and recommend to others!

I stayed here with my sister and niece for a fun girls weekend. The place is so cozy and clean. Beautiful view of the pond and trees from the back porch! The hot tub was great! The host was awesome! We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Location is excellent, minutes from Deer Valley ski resort. A shuttle bus picks up folks on the street in case you don’t want to drive. Same shuttle can take you to Main St. For all the bars/restaurants and shops.
Some maintenance issues on arrival, were mostly resolved. The place could benefit from carpet and bathroom rehab.
Kitchen was well stock w essentials to prepare meals. Hot tub was nice. Cable TV. Indoor garage parking very convenient.

This was a great location and the hot tub was a plus. Easily drive or walk anywhere in deer valley! The house was clean and had single use shampoos and even sponges to wash the dishes if you choose. Everything was clean and easy to use!

On the positive side the unit is comfortable for 2 to 4 people. The kitchen could use upgrading but was very functional. Great location if you are skiing Deer Valley.
On the downside, the unit was very noisy. The next store unit was under construction, and you could smell glue and other adhesives and hear drilling throughout the day. The unit is not very well insulated for sound. The bedding could use an upgrade but was functional. Overall, I would not book again.

My guests and I had a great time staying at this house, and couldn't ask for more. This house had everything we needed, and was comfortable for everyone. We cooked every morning for breakfast and dinner for the evening, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Even the chefs who cooked fancier meals said they weren't missing much. There was also plenty of room for us to have dinner together, and lounge around. The beds were super comfortable and roomy, and we never felt like we were running into each other or getting in any persons way.
The location was great, with the bus being very easy to get into Park City or Deer Valley even with snowboards and skis. Even at night, we chose to take the bus since it was so convenient. Very little walking is required,

We rented the house while we were in town for a family wedding. The kitchen was fully stocked, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, so clean and the deck and hot tub were the best surprise. Great place for a family!

I read the reviews and was excited to stay in Fawngrove as I have heard good things in the past. Great location, but not as advertised. I was sold on the reviews, 4.9/5.Arrival was easy, but the WiFi did not work and the condo was dirty. My wife had to vacuum and the container on the vacuum filled up. Spent hours the next morning trying to get WiFi fixed as both my wife and I had meetings later that day and ended up missing good conditions on the slopes. It was a preventable problem as the tech told me the WiFi had been reset, but the network name and password were not updated in my 'welcome' email.The linens (towels and sheets) were sub-motel grade. I took a picture of a ratty towel and forwarded to Laura at iTrips. She contacted housekeeping who came the next day with a trash bag full of towels and sheets that were the exact same poor quality. My wife went out and bought a set of sheets. The kitchen has non-stick Teflon pans that are scratched up and should never be used. The rest of the kitchen was okay.Laura at iTrips did what she could and gave a credit on the cleaning fee, but the trip was ruined. Mandy at iTrips asked if there was anything more they could do to make up for an obvious disaster, but I never got a response after I replied to her. I wish someone along the way would have posted a review that detailed some of the issues as this would have helped me avoid renting. The main reason I am posting is to both help other VRBO users and maybe the owner of the condo.

The first frustrating experience was that the instruction sheet needs updating. The owners must've added a new router, so the instructions to join wifi were wrong. The pilot light on the fireplace was out so we had to call maintenance. Also there was NO instruction to turn on the wall switch. The door to the hot tub locked us out and my son had to walk through 3 feet of snow in his BATHING SUIT (20 DEGREES) around to the front door to get back in. Later we was a very small sticker warning that the door may lock... terrible! The pull out couch which we planned to use was described as "very comfortable"... NOT EVEN CLOSE. That bed is UNusable..hard as a rock. In fact the entire couch is terrible...needs replacement. Ski Trips are naturally very expensive, so these problems may be minor but turned into major issues. We loved the location, right on the bus line.
