It was a little busy when we stayed at the hotel due to basketball tournament but the reception/concierge staff were helpful and we didn't have to wait too long. After check out, we still had to wait almost the whole day before heading to the airport and it was great that we could still freshen up before going to airport. The hotel was near banqiao station, enough food/drinks/shopping options around the hotel.
We sometime could hear noises from the other room next to us but it is minimal. Since our room was quite big, we could easily ignore it. Other than that, nothing we didn't like.

If depending on public transport, this location is perfect.
Literally opposite Metro Banqiao (yellow and blue line), also opp. high speed train.
Restaurants and several Family Marts: all nearby in close distance
Nespresso machine in room was another grand plus.

The only thing i like is the location of the hotel and the housekeeping changing the slippers everyday
I felt like they put me in a dirty room with marks on the headboard not worth it for the amount i paid but nevertheless it was ok.
