Everythung was good except the ac in the room was not working properly. They sent someone to look at it but still it never got cold like the other rooms I rented.

Parking - was told where to park, went through gate 3 times before I was handed a piece of paper for parking . Nothing was explained as to what was to be done. Returned to gate late Saturday/early Sunday morning and attendant was very rude about me not knowing how parking was handled. There was never a mention of fees or what I needed to do about parking.

Customer service at check in wasn’t very polite There was a “cheer” competition and they all stayed at this hotel and were yelling in the hallways…we stayed one night and changed hotels

Went for a cheer competition and the location was perfect. Overall impression was great, friendly staff, cute exterior/interior, valet and bellhops were wonderful. Biggest complaint was we had no working water on our last day and the front desk was not helpful with the situation. Our phone didn’t work in order to call downstairs, bell hop or valet either so it was a bit frustrating.

This Hotel was very, very nice. Everyone was very nice from the young man who checked us in to the housekeeping staff. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The only thing I would say was not good as it was not enough chairs for people to sit by the pool and people were laying on the cement.

First of all the beds felt like we were sleeping on cement blocks outside in the blistering heat of the summer. Also, that parking garage was freaking ridiculous! I am an older lady and my boyfriend is also an older gentleman, and he had a boot on his foot and had a walk 15 freaking miles from the car to the elevators and it was ridiculous

Front desk personnel pompous and rude. Every single interaction. Hotel Charges for self parking in very tight spaces in crowded garage, refused to honor comped parking due to member status in app as noted on reservation. Parking garage is VERY FAR from the front desk/elevators. Have to walk past all ballrooms etc to reach lobby. Not elderly/ young child friendly Also charges to use the gym. Loud doors banging all night in adjoining rooms. Buffet restaurant was just so so.

A noise wake us up of at 6 AM in the morning that noise last 1 hour we couldn’t sleep anymore They sent someone after 2 hours they handled the situation very poorly In the check out was very poorly no one ask for the situation not even how was your stay was ask.

It’s fine. Not outdated to the point of being a time warp but it’s tired decor. Good condition, just out of style. Good selection of food outlets and nice layout. The walls are THIN, I was kept awake by neighbors noise. The service was spotty from the concierge, they were hesitant to help and definitely looked like they were hoping to so I’d eye contact so I wouldn’t approach them. Package service was the same, avoided communication at all costs. I’d stay again for proximity to the convention center and decent rate but would likely look at other hotels first hoping they’d have lower rates.

Stayed here for a conference. Room felt old and antiquated. One of the most bothersome issue was that when I went to use the toilet there was less than half a roll. It was a three night stay. There was dail room service. the toilet roll was not replaced till the last night of my stay and the same for the depleted toiletries..shower gel etc. Despite all the wonderful amenities restaurants shops etc and perfect location...I would rate the hotel a 3 lus star.

We both enjoyed our stay and hopefully at some point return. Our accommodations were spacious, very clean and everything was very neat. We are both older so we really could have used one of those safety handles in the shower otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The water in the room had to run over 8 minutes before getting hot. Kingsize mattress wasn't comfortable; a little too firm if you have back issues. Room clean, area is quiet, and overall property is very nice. Check-in was quick and friendly staff.

Awesome!! Pool temperature was cool. Hot tub was not hot and the jets were very pool. The cafe Gaugin buffet had excellent meals breakfast and dinner. Service and food exceptional.

Stayed a week for a conference and rally appreciated the closeness to the Convention Center, very practical to use the Skybridge to minimize travel during the days. My room was spacious and clean, nice views. Pool area nice, but strange that the fitness center is not included in room rate so that you have to pay extra for a fairly small gym.

I have stayed here before, but I was very disappointed this time. I’ve never been denied late check out, which is a bit frustrating but understandable. However, the shower, no matter what temperature you chose would oscillate between really cold and extremely hot, so nothing about it was relaxing. The sushi we bought was truly terrible- I understand everything in Orlando is overpriced, but I do expect it to be good. Lastly, we got woke up several times by housekeeping, trying to get in well before the 11 AM check out overall, I was pretty disappointed.

Arrived a few hours earlier than my check-in, I figured I would get breakfast at the hotel and walk over to my convention. The security guard would not let me in through the gate to the parking lot. They told me they needed the spaces. I paid for parking over at the convention for the day instead, and the hotel did comp my parking for the night when I was finished. When I got to my room late that night, there was no hot water in the shower and the sink barely warm. I had to be up early, so I just went to bed, checked again in the morning still no hot water. I went to the front desk when I’m leaving the hotel and told the employee there was no hot water in the room. She thanked me for telling them and said they will fix it, Have a nice day. Overall this stay pretty much sucked because I paid more to stay next to the convention center and I wasn’t able to utilize the parking/amenities and I only had cold water option for bathing. (The shower valve is malfunctioning, if the hotel doesn’t have the staff to stay on top of it’s maintenance l, perhaps treating the water entering the building would be stop these issues)

We needed a room as our other hotel room was not available until the following day so I made a reservation here. WOW talk about amenities galore and the surroundings is worth it. We ate at Everglades restaurant and WOW the food and service was exceptional. I would not only recommend this for a stay but also it has the ability if you are doing a conference this is right in the middle of Orlando and lots of places to see.

Great location for what we were there for. We have stayed at this hotel before and like it so that’s why we chose it again. We arrived the day of check in at 12:30 (check in is @3:00) and were told my reservation for a king room was ready, when I told them my reservation was for two queens, I was told that there wasn’t any ready to return back at 3:00 and he would correct it. When we returned for check in, I confirmed that I was getting the two gueens as per my reservation and was told again that they had me for one king and that there was no corrections made from my previous attempt. I offered to show my detailed reservation, but the girl said it wasn’t necessary and she corrected it and gave us a room towards the top. Other than that hiccup, everything was fine. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and various entertainment spots.

I only have one complaint and that is Hotel needs to improve your size of coffer Maker… One cup at a time is really time consuming when there’s more than one person
