Very basic service and amenities for the price. ~ 800$ for two night

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean room and common areas. A great hotel in a great city

Our tv didn’t work, the bar closed super early, and guests coming off the elevators were very loud all night. Maybe sound proof better? For the amount of money spent it was a little disappointing.

The hotel, which I’ve stay several times, is just a bit tired. I love the ambiance, architecture and the staff. I wouldn’t change anything other than a refresh.

The room was cold. The heating fan would not work more than 10 minutes at a time with about 30 minutes delay between cycles, leaving the room at no warmer than 55 degrees.
The entrance staff was unfriendly and unhelpful - no one offered to take our luggage or even welcome us upon arrival.
The desk staff was cold and unfriendly
There was a $35 surprise hotel fee that was supposed to be fof Wi-Fi but the ad said the room cost includes wifi.

Never in my adult life have I arrived at hotel and been told I had to pay a $30 fee just to have the option of having a refrigerator in my room (even though there wasn’t a refrigerator) and Wi-Fi - shouldn’t that price be baked into the room charge? I was told it was for the use of the amenities. Completely ridiculous! While the location was amazing, our room was incredibly small and for two people it felt like sleeping on a twin so we didn’t sleep all night.

Great location! Historic and beautiful. Small rooms and no refrigerator but staff is friendly.

Overall a super nice hotel. Excellent location, good service, small rooms but very friendly staff and pretty cool history behind the hotel as well.

This hotel is very tired. Room had an off smell. At 12-2a+, sounded as though construction was occurring outside the window. Not entirely sure how this hotel has accumulated 8.8 guest rating. 6.5, at best. That said, one of the best rates in town--- guess I should've made that connection.

From check in with Richard to check out, the staff were attentive, cheerful and helpful.

Verry good!!

This hotel was clean, which is the minimum needed for a hotel. The central location was also good for a quick trip. Our experience generally went down from there though. I’m sure the staff were great, but we really didn’t interact with them. The bed and pillows were some of the worst i’ve ever encountered. Time to upgrade for sure. The shower water pressure was laughable. Our room was super small with basically no room to relax, and was in a corner with very little natural light. The tv was old and the furniture was a bit beat up.
We could have paid $20 - $30 more per night and stayed somewhere much more comfortable, and i wish we had. Also the $30/day ‘destination fee’ is a junk fee and such a joke. If you don’t care about comfort and just need a clean place downtown, this will do the trick. Otherwise get a better option. I hope they make some upgrades soon.

Omni is a beautiful hotel with an amazing decor from the late 19th/early 20th century that gives it charm. The service was friendly, welcoming and accessible. Our room was clean but smaller than expected, especially the bathroom. Given the age of hotel, it was not unexpected but felt like we were sleeping in a closet.

Was in Boston to take my kids to their first Bruins game. Location of the hotel was great for what we were looking to do. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was exceptional. We had a delicious breakfast our last day in the restaurant and had martini's in the bar downstairs. Only critique was the pull out couch was a bit small for my kids to share, but would 100% stay there again, but get a different style room.

This hotel has such charm and very comfortable living quarters. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location perfect for walking anywhere. We will definitely be staying here again on our next Boston trip

I absolutely love how nice the staff is! The loation and history are the cherry on top. I would recommend this to anyone and actually did share it with my work group. I love Boston and I love the Boston Omni Parker House Hotel. I stayed on the 10th floor and was hoping so badly to witness a ghost experience too!

Property is a bit tired, showing its ange. our room was small for two beds. Staff were very friendly/helpful, nice fitness room, great location in downtown boston

The room temperature was very difficult to control cold one moment hot the next. We called to have someone come check on it but nobody ever came. The wall paper was peeling off the wall and the room was very noisy with street noise.

Hotel is dated and tired, but clean. Clean is most important.

Its a blast from the past walking in here, but in a good way. The valet, the staff, bell hop… class acts. The rooms & bathrooms are smaller & the decor is dated however.. well maintained & its been around since 1855 so keep that in mind. The rooms were quiet and comfy. This place was probably high class back in the day and those wall could probably tell stories. Surprisingly great stay.

This needs to be updated a bit, all the fixtures in our bathroom were completely rusted, shower curtains, had mildew and did not smell good. Staff was very kind and helpful. However the hotel needs updating.

The walls don't protect for sound well - a roomful of young women came in at 3:30 and were loud and festive until 5:30. It's 0800 right now and I plan to make a loud exit from my room.

This was our second time staying at the Omni Parker House hotel and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a beautiful, clean place and the staff are wonderful

Pleasantly surprised by our enormous room at the Parker House! Staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The entire experience was pleasant and nicer than we anticipated. Thank you!

The room is comfortable and the hotel is well preserved. While the soundproofing between the rooms is impeccable, there can be some improvement between a room's door and the hallway. Moreover, a night at the hotel is comfortable, because the pillows have the perfect softness.
Secondly, the hotel is well located. It is close to Old City Hall, Old State House, and the Old South Meeting House. I also appreciated the presence of two pharmacies within walking distance.

Beautiful building with a lot of history. Very convenient for walking around. Only a couple blocks to the T Government Center Station which is great especially getting to/from the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a bust. Tasteless potatoes and a burnt omelette for both of us.
