Room has significant damage from previous guests ALL over the room. Burn damages that could not be explained. Floors could use a good scrub with a mop, all socks are black now. The Restroom door did not close due to the door and toilet placement, which could be corrected with a better-sized toilet seat. Television was horrible, went dark, and was unable to adjust the settings.

I needed a place close to Mayo phoenix hospital. It was excellent for this as other places close to the hospital were much more expensive. It was clean with kitchen and refrigerator but no special amenities but at hospital all day so was just what I needed.

Pulled the cover down, there was hair and debris on the sheets. Called the front desk. She came and checked the bed. Said she’d change the sheets then moved us to a different room instead. That bed wasn’t much better. No shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged oatmeal and coffee. No utensils were provided. The front desk clerk hid when we got the oatmeal so was no help at all

The hotel is decent however they do not provide wash clothes or even soap! There was no soap in our room, only a tiny tube of shampoo which we used for soap to wash with. There were only bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths either. Otherwise it was fine and the location is very convenient.

The property was pretty much as expected given the area and pricing compared to many around. A reasonable deal for the stay. My only real disappointment was the description of free breakfast was only an oatmeal and coffe bar and not what we had been quit accustomed to in our travels. None the less it served our purpose and was affordable. .

The hotel room was fine, we were in town for the Phoenix Open and the hotel location was perfect. The lady at the front desk was a complete hag, super rude and unfriendly.

The overall cleanliness of this place was terrible. It looked like it hadn't gotten properly cleaned in months. Would not return for the expensive price it was rated.

Noisy. Gap in exterior door. Very spartan. Will not stay there or recommend to others.

We walked in our ‘Pet Room’ (that we didn’t request) and the he pictures below are the condition it was in. Not to mention the pet urine odor. They gave us a new room (that also had an odor) and said they would issue a credit, which never came. I called customer service and was told it had to go to a manager and I would receive a call back. I never did. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay and this hotel chain again.

Floors in room not clean. Bed in very bad condition; lumpy, sagging, extremely uncomfortable.

Second post. After the terrible start ( no room although I had reservation and had to make up non cleaned room) the staff tried to do right and comped room. With good beds and a change in management this could get back to average.

I had to wait 20 minutes in the office before someone came back to help. When she did come back, she had an attitude that I did not appreciate. The furniture in the office was literally breaking down and the furniture in this room or is all scratched up And the television is not working. The screen and voice keeps going off and on. Had to turn it off was making me crazy.

This hotel is in a great location. I wanted to stay here because of the kitchen however there was nothing in the kitchen, no silverware, pots pans dishes etc. There was only one working light, which was right next to the bed. the main light flickered on and off and was super loud. Breakfast was included but coffee was available at 6:30 am, too late for me to have before work.

The staff was super friendly, courteous and humorous and even let us check in early! The room was quiet and sufficient and bed was quite comfortable. My only suggestion is that floor did not feel/appear mopped but I do know Arizona dust gets into everything, so maybe the room had just not been used in a bit. Overall, very nice accommodations and fair for price. Great location and quiet too because it’s off the main roads.

Really like this place had a company Xmas party close to it. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great! Would defiantly stay again!

The air conditioning didn’t work, there were black little bugs flying around & the bathroom door didn’t shut!

The room had no dishes or utensils to use. The room was dirty and the bed was horrible. I complained to the manager. She said there was nothing she could do. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund. She said I needed to deal with Expedia for any refund. Horrible experience.

Room was very clean , staff were friendly and wanted to try and make sure you have a nice stay.

We stayed there as family was having at procedure at Mayo Clinic. We really weren’t in the room much but when we were, we heard a person cough as they were walking by. It was like they were in the same room with us. There was tons of light showing around the door frame and we heard every little sound from other rooms. Our room wasn’t exceptionally clean and we found a hairball on the carpet right as we walked in the room. BUT every interaction with staff was pleasant and they were beyond helpful. The hotel itself was conveniently located for us but I don’t know that I could stay there again.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was just basic - muffins, granola bars, oat meal packets and coffee.

The good..... the beds were comfortable and we had a roof over our heads. It wasn't noisy or terribly filthy. The not good.... upon arrival, it appeared that it was possible to commandeer a prostitute or score some blow (fortunately my husband and kids aren't into that). Walking into the room we were greeted by the smell of a cheap hotel. Our socks and the bottoms of our feet quickly turned black....like we had walked barefoot in a gas station. There was a kitchen, that was dated and in somewhat disrepair, but not a single utensil or dish, not even paper towels. The toilet wouldnt flush and when i called the front desk, the guy asked if we used toilet paper.... i told him no, we use our hands. He said he'd have the maid check it out the next day, so we had to use buckets. 🙄..... seriously, he told us we could come get a plunger because he was too busy. The free breakfast, well, that was coffee (which was good) and pre wrapped mini muffins and granola bars. We stayed 4 nights, it was inexpensive and was a place to sleep while my family was at a horse show. I might stay again, but my kids complained the whole time which only added to any issues we had. I'm pretty easy and the comfortable beds were all i needed, my teenage kids, not so much.

Simple accessibility to room and room layout convenient. Lobby location and access was not convenient.

Very modern hotel; large rooms, fancy decor. Color scheme is terribly off. Big parking lot. Breakfast was offered in the large lobby; which I disliked. Food was ok, but not remarkable at all. In fact, the omelettes and paddies tasted like warmed up in a microwave. Quiet night, good bed, nice bathroom (but no tub, and no faucet for ordinary water, only a shower).
