Great place to stay-quiet, wonderfully nice welcome and great location out of the business but easy drive to get to the active parts of town. Very clean!

We had such a marvelous time staying at Heron House Court. Roman was superior in making sure we had everything we needed even going out on his bike to find us a parking place. Once there we didn’t dare move our car but we were either a short walk or Uber or bus ride away.
I would have given them a 5 on everything but with this being an older house a few things would have made it a 5+.
For early risers coffee in lobby at 6:30-7 would have been nice and a better breakfast selection ( more fruit). Our room was amazing and bed very comfortable but please replace the blinds as they are unsightly plus black out curtains and a few paint touch ups. The bathroom was so so but don’t expect extra supplies and a night light would have been nice.
The pool and grounds were very relaxing and fun watching the roosters and chickens about. It was very windy but pool could have used more care ie; skimming.
Roman thank you for your attentiveness and hospitality especially with helping us navigate our way around town.
We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Absolutely adorable place! Clean and quiet. Close enough that you can walk to all points of interest. Roman made it feel like a home away from home. Already planning our next trip and will be staying again!

As with many places in Key West is is an older Inn and has a little wear, but very nice with three outdoor sitting areas.
The front desk staff, Ramone, was extremely friendly and helpful!

I definitely want to say that Roman who manages the Heron House Court was amazing....he could not do enough for the guests, even with a bunch of folks checking in at once. Loved sitting on the porch....it is close to all of "the action" but far enough away to be restful. We look forward to staying there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Heron House Court very much. Our townhouse was spacious and comfy. The hotel is well-located near the free Duval Loop bus, restaurants, etc. Steve and Roman on the front desk were helpful with good advice and tips. Breakfast was OK, too.

The property is a little bit older, could use newer doors and some stains in the bathroom taken care of, but overall very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. It was a bit of a walk to Duval street but it worked out well so we could walk off all the great food/ drinks. Staff were very friendly, helped us find (free) parking when we checked in. Breakfast offerings were more than I expected.

We really enjoyed Heron House in Key West. Older property but all properties in the area are older. We were surprised that the pool was heated! Parking is limited, but Roman, hotel manager, helped us find a close spot to park. Our room was perfect with a/c & an overhead fan because it was a bit warm. Roman made us a dinner reservation at Cafe Sol (only a couple blocks from Heron House) & the food was excellent! We recommend their portobello soup & hog fish dish!!! A continental breakfast at Heron House was a nice plus too.

Heron House was in a great location for easy walk to Duval street and all the sights. It is not luxurious by any means but simple, comfortable and homey.
What makes Heron House Court so great is the Care, kindness and attention that Roman gives. He is what makes your stay great. The best concierge to have!!!

Mold in Bathroom, broken fixtures, part time working toilet, shower faucet handles were falling off, peeling paint, filthy dirty, broken tiles, stains on bedding, headboard not attached, lamp shades and fan very dirty, mold on shower curtain and curtain bar, padded toilet seat was cracked and broken, air conditioner barely worked, pool full of debris, no clean plates or servings at breakfast. Discussed with Manager, and he just did not care. Please stay somewhere else. Heron House Court is worn out and very broken.

Checked into the hotel and immediately saw bugs on the couch. I've lived in Florida my whole life and can tolerate/expect a few dead bugs. These were larvae (pictures attached) which implies an infestation. I could not risk getting bed bugs or some other bug related irritation/illness. My wife and I immediately checked out and were forced to find a new hotel at the last minute. This hotel did not refund us for the unsanitary room (apparently they do not believe this condition to be subpar) and Hotels.com did not refund me (FYI, hotels.com will just leave it up to the hotel to decide on a refund). Also, I booked the Tropical Suite Room thinking that it had nice sitting area per the pictures with the room. That's actually the lobby so the room description is misleading and inaccurate. We moved to another hotel a block away that was clean, way nicer rooms, way nicer grounds, and was actually cheaper. Look elsewhere in this area.

The property is older. Roman is fantastic, very knowledgeable about where to eat and transportation. The rooms are clean. There is no microwave or coffee machine but they do have breakfast items every morning. I would stay there again.

Roman was great. very helpful with the area. The room was nice but needs some TLC. Shower head allows very little water out. Hot water was fine. The bed had issues, likely with the frame. We do like really firm supportive matrasses. This one was softer than I like. Again personal preference. There was some broken tile on the floor that needs attention. In the bathroom the vanity & faucets need replacing. Looks like someone dropped something heavy into the sink & cracked it. Breakfast was pretty much a standard continental type. Overall we would stay again, but in a different room if the items needing attention are not fixed.

Bathroom fixtures were nearly antique and not conveniently located. The air conditioner (window) blasted toward the shower and sink. The steps were uneven and poorly lit. The light at the bottom shined directly into your eyes as you went down. Bed linens were worn. The location is great but the place needs some updating.

Property was good however our room was terrible. No place to put luggage or set things on. Especially in the bathroom. Room was clean but walls needed repair and painted. Grout was missing on tiled floors. Our bed was awful. Looks like they put a think foam topper on an old mattress and toilet was very low to floor making it next to impossible to use for older customers. Tv didn’t turn off.
