Cheap and easy for just resting your head. Toilets need to be in better condition. The self serive key codes make it hard to use.

Although KIBI Rooms has no reception, staff were easy to contact and responded by Whatsapp. Check in keypads worked well. The room & bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. A large wardrobe and full length mirror were nice to have. The only downside was being able to hear noise from the next room which kept us awake. However, KIBI rooms are very well located, being 10 minutes walk from the station for the airport train. There are many shops and places to eat nearby. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

The flat is nice, however very unhelpful staff. They where fairly rude.

Wonderful spot near the center without the noise or crowds. Check-in was very easy, staff was extremely friendly (via text). The room was small but comfortable, clean and inviting. I would recommend staying here!

We had a little stress. We tried asking if there was a luggage room since the beggining because we were going to arrive before the check in time. No answer until 20 minutes before check in (we had to call many times Hotels.com and the hotel for the door code to enter). We spent many hours on the street waiting, full of luggages because the comunication was difficult (there isn’t a reception). Positive point is the location, near many public transports.

Very small room. Check in was difficult as this was a last minute booking, there was no reception available so we had to email our covid pass and information 20 minutes before arrival on the passenger seat of the car. Location was good as it is close to the city center.

Small rooms for a good price. Convenient close to the city centre. They didn't provide schampoo so remember to bring/buy your own. An option might be to use the soap if you have forgot schampoo. We ate breakfast at a bakery (Felder) nearby the hotel (on the same street) that we could recommend.

Good hotel near to the city center, very close to metro, supermarkets. The only con is that there is no air conditioner and no minibar inside the room.

The room is ok for the price, and the location is perfect, just a 5-10 min walk from Wien-mitte. But the room has nothing to do with the photos. The rooms are much more basic than the one of the photos. I dont understand why they dont show the reals photos.

Second stay at Kibi. Will be returning in two weeks... Great place to stay.

The room we received the keycard for was not the one we booked (in photos on booking). The beds were 2 singles, one of which was fixed to the cupboard/wall. The sheets were see through and the mattresses seemed to be the cheapest foam ones you can get. The only powerpoint in the bed area was located so adaptor would be pressed against heater. Heater also went up and down too much and located next to your head while sleeping. The shower lost all heat and pressure as soon as another other rooms used theirs. We checked in after reception had closed using safe access and contacted hotel immediately when realised the room was significantly smaller than one advertised and got no response. Over 3 nights stay, had no response and the reception people barely acknowledged us coming or going so didn't even bother complaining again but had it not been new years, and all places booked out, we would have gotten a room elsewhere. We saw one of the rooms across the hall was the same as the one in our booking photos so know they exist there but apparently booking and paying over 6 months in advance doesn't guarantee you anything here. Only redeeming qualities were location and lift.

Location premium nearby to underground station and supermarket infront. Issue with noise coming from people entering nearby rooms causing trouble sleeping almost every night. Bed is hard, pillows are wasted. Well detailed checkin process document provided and staff response within a day for any email query.

On a solo tourist trip to Vienna and needed somewhere to sleep.The accommodation was absolutely fine, the bed was comfortable enough, it was a small room but adequate. It had a free safe which was really good as you dont get that very often with budget accomodation. The only thing that was of annoyance that the toilet roll holder was put in a position it made sitting on the toilet awkward, which is just a bit bizarre. Bath towels were a bit on the small side for a 6ft male. Shower was good and powerful. Dont expect the Earth, but f you want a cheap, clean place to say that does all the basics that is quiet, this is spot on.

Kibi was perfect for my friend and i. Great value for city centre accommodation. The receitionist was very helpful and printed our boarding passes for us. The building was nice and our rooms cleaned every day.

Did not see KIBI rooms in person, 2.5 hours prior to my arrival, they emailed me saying due to technical issues, we are unable to provide you a room. They did set me up in an alternative hotel, (Gabriel) that I can only assume was in worse shape and cheaper than what I paid for KIBI. Gabriels location was more than a mile from KIBI, making my walking plans for Vienna more difficult. Wrote an email to KIBI, did not get a response.All that said, Gabriel had friendly staff and an adequate breakfast buffet,

Great location and convenience. The only issue is there are rooms that smoking is allowed (i think) and the smell goes in to my room suffocating me and my wife

The location is faultless. The standard is below par though. It felt more like a hostel with a private room and ensuite. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows were very bad.

Was different than a hotel as was apartments on the 3rd floor. Once the room was sorted was fine. Small toilet and shower but fine and good working order. Breakfast was awesome, its across the road, friendly staff give you enough fresh rolls you can make lunch while eating your breakfast, excellent.

Nice room with clean bathroom, no air conditioner, mattress not that comfy but ok, breakfast is not in the hotel - it is across the street (~1min walk) in a bakery - its good and enough

The hotel is unique and very well located. Staff is always happy to help. My recommendation is to book the room with the breakfast included. The breakfast is in a coffee shop very close to the hotel and it is plenty full.

We just had one night in Vienna. The room was small but clean and a great location. At a different time of year I would stay here again but not in the height of summer. With no air con the room was a bit suffocating. Staff were fine, did their job but not friendly with it!

We arrived late but we were given clear instruction to get the keys.

The rooms was kept very clean throughout our stay and the lady on reception was very nice. The room was small but comfortable and was in a good location for transport links. My ONLY niggle is that the pillows were very flat so we had to fold them in four to make them 'poofy'! That really is it though, I would definitely stay here again.

For a budget hotel in Vienna, KIBI is located at a nice location close to restaurants and trains, has clean rooms and a good internet. Don't expect luxury, however.

Though the room is a little bit small, it is still value for money. The only thing is it is not very close to any station, while it is still just 10 minutes of walking away.
