Very nice rooms. The only thing that wasn't really good was the Via Bar downstairs. Other than that, excellent

Every la@t employee we encountered was friendly and responsive to our needs. The property is beautiful

Was a great stay located close to ball park. Was suppose to have a bottle of wine and voucher that we never received. Otherwise was a great stay.
5.0
A perfect place to stay when in SF. Plus it’s so convenient when going to a Giants game.

Stayed with friends to attend concert nearby. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Parking is a bit ridiculous at $70 per night. Almost a third iof hotel rate. I suppose common for city but the most we’ve ever paid. The room is simple and clean. Bathroom fan runs nonstop which was ok but wound have been nice to not have on when not in use. Getting here not easy since alley access is one way and map does not show this clearly. Rooftop bar was cool with amazing views.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Via because it is within walking distance of Chase Center where Springsteen was playing. The hotel rooftop bar was open before and after the concert so we took advantage of the wonderful views. Our room also had a great view of Oracle Park which is directly across the street.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Chase Center. It was a lovely hotel with a great view, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The after hours sandwich we bought from the downstairs convenience counter had fresh avocado and was delicious.
2.0
Rooms way smaller than photo. No space in the rooms. A/C was terible, the room was hot all day, and if you shower, no fan to take all moisture. It was hands down worst than a holiday inn,

This place was just all-around awesome!

The hotel is conveniently located by Oracle Park/ Momo's and the Embarcadero. Easy check-in and comfortable rooms/beds but our smoke alarm went off due to steam from the shower and took over 20min to turn off. There was no emergency protocol in place, no inquiry or inspection and no apologies. Not a great experience but willing to give it another try.

We were coming to San Francisco for a Warriors game and needed a place to stay. We were also getting a night away from our parent duties to have some quality time with each other so we wanted to get a nicer hotel. Hotel Via popped up and checked most of our boxes. We liked that it appeared clean, had nice views, was located close to the game and had late night restaurant service.

Love the location, across the street from Oracle Park, and the rooftop bar. But the beds are too firm (I had sore hips both mornings), the bathrooms too spartan (not enough hooks and towel rods) and too modern for modern sake (sliding doors with big gaps on the bathroom are unnecessary, a desk lamp with a hard-to-figure out on switch), and the rooftop bar bill was way too expensive. When I asked at checkout for detail on the bar bill, I was told they couldn't then provide it but it would be emailed to me. That was the morning of Feb. 11. It's now the afternoon of Feb. 14. Still nothing. And a lightbulb needed replacing (stuff like that should be caught by housekeeping). Finally, the TV inexplicably turned itself on our first night, and then we couldn't turn it off until we unplugged it! Weird and offputting.

Lobby was disappointing.Hallways and room lack natural light,it may be because of the surrounding buildings.somewhat depressing.if no sporting events are going on,the neighborhood is deserted. The room was clean and modern. That was the best part of hotel.

Great staff and awesome amenities

Interior was fine and modern. But my window looked directly into the neighbouring window. Staff also didn't clean rooms during the stay or replenish coffee. Also, no breakfast included...

Great friendly staff and modern rooms. Parking at $70 per day is on the expensive side but it may be on par with other area hotels.

Stayed at this hotel for its proximity to Oracle Park for Supercross and were very pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff, clean facility, awesome roof top bar and good room service. They even had free rain ponchos at the front desk which saved us during a rainy day at Oracle. Would definitely stay again!

The mobile app key didn’t work, had issues ordering food, the meat in my quesadilla was sour and not edible, amenities said you could stream to the TV, but that system was having issues also, so streaming wasn’t available during my stay either.

A nice pleasant place to stay. The staff are kind and helpful. The roof top has a beautiful view of the city with a great bartender.

Nice, clean room, toiletries, and service. Very quiet! Rooftop bar has beautiful views.
We stayed here to see a Warriors game. Definitely walkable to the Chase Center.

Good hotel, disappointed all restaurants in the area closed relatively early.

Bed was very bad and not comfortable
3.0
Beautiful hotel, comfortable and welcoming! Only issue was they broke my back window parking around the corner, so in hindsight the 70$ valet parking would of been cheaper then what I payed for the broken window, don’t leave anything viewable from the outside of the car, because these thieves aren’t playing in San Francisco
4.0
Poor service at check in (felt rushed and impersonal) and $70 dollar parking charge.
3.0
Clean and a great price for being in SF

Very convenient walk to the Chase Center. Hotel was super quiet and clean. Great stay

I was in a room where the thermostat would not go lower than 65 degrees and I like to sleep cold. Also I was on the second floor and could hear the traffic and the noise from the lobby. Had a terrible night sleep.

Nice time

Room was super small. The fan would not turn off in the bathroom. The closet was so incredibly small. Think this is more a business or overnight stay place bc it wasn’t very comfortable.
10.0
Very clean, well kept, nice staff and beautiful rooftop bar
3.0
Only option for parking is valet and it was difficult to get to during rush hour. Call ahead for directions to avoid sitting in traffic. Other than that, it was a nice stay and right across from the ball park

Location is good. Staff are fine. Breakfast is not so well done. Room service is super pricey. $79.00 for two people, nothing special, no Orange Juice. We went out to breakfast after that.
10.0
Upscale newer boutique hotel with comfortable beds, nice bath towels, great service. Easy walking distance to Chase Center.
