Welcome to our thoughtfully designed home complete with a large pool, hot tub, outdoor lounge area, stunning San Antonio mural, complete game room, and pool table. You'll find that this home is equipped with everything you need on your trip, including a kitchen fully stocked with all equipment needed, 6 TVs, ping pong, pool, foosball, basketball, and plenty of board games! This 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths has over 3000 sq ft. so there will be plenty of room for your entire group to enjoy the space! The home sits on a large lot with a private fenced in backyard with heated pool ($40/day fee) and hot tub that is great for entertaining. • Walk into the large open living room with oversized couch and a 65” TV for all of your entertainment needs. • Every room provides an excellent night's sleep - all beds in the house are equipped with memory foam mattresses. One king bed in the master bedroom with a fun light feature behind it! Two more bedrooms on the main floor equipped with a queen bed and shared bathroom with a newly remodeled shower! The fourth and fifth bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has a twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed. • A true entertainer's dream! The backyard will be a memory you won’t forget. With a huge swimming pool equipped with a basketball hoop and plenty of floaties, your whole group will be able to cool off from the San Antonio heat. When temperatures dip a bit, step into the heated hot tub to warm up! The back deck is equipped with 3 lounge beds and a modern outdoor couch. And when you get hungry, step on over to the grill to cook your favorite meats and veggies. We have large 6 large Roku-enabled 4k TVs throughout the house so you can stream all your favorite shows on whichever streaming services you have. Additionally, games are everywhere in this home! We retro-fitted the garage to be the ultimate game room as well as have a complete separate pool table room. Entertainment in the house includes: - Large Pool and Hot Tub with basketball hoop and floaties - 6 Large 4K TVs equipped with Roku - Pool Table Room - Board games, such as Monopoly (San Antonio Themed), Cards against humanity, chess, and more! - Ping Pong Table - Foosball Table - Basketball arcade game - Poker Set and decks of cards - Darts • The extra large kitchen is equipped with anything you need to cook your entire group a delicious meal, including all pots, pans, utensils, plates, and baking supplies you could need. You'll also have access to a blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, serving platters, and plenty of spices for all your cooking needs. The brand new oven will make whipping up any meal a breeze! • Wifi speeds up to 500Mbps! This was probably the best communication I have ever had with management. They did a great job of communication before arrival and they were quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The locations perfect. It is close to everything! The airport is close which is nice. There is a super Walmart minutes away. We went to Sea World, the Caverns, and the Riverwalk and every thing was 30 minutes or less. The house is as advertised. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There a lots of beds and rooms. I love a house that has laundry and cleaning supplies. There are some minor updates that the house needs but nothing significant enough to change my rating.

The house was very comfortable with room for all the members of the family. The location was convenient to our family members who live in San Antonio and this was part of the reason we selected the property. There are many board games that kept the children entertained. The hot tub was a nice attraction. The kitchen is well appointed and facilitated being able to have meals at home. There is a garage converted into game room with ping-pong table, foosball table and indoor basketball hoop, there is another room with a pool table. The children enjoyed all these amenities. The heating system did not work during a fairly cold week, the management provided electric heaters and sent a technician to resolve the problem. This may be an ongoing issue as we later discovered several space heaters in the closets. Initially we did not have sufficient towels for all the members of our party, particularly if we wanted to use the hot tub. We requested additional towels and were delivered within a few hours. The house could use a more thorough cleaning; many dust bunnies under beds and couch and behind things…overall a nice property.

The house was the perfect size for a family reunion. Suitable for adults and children. We made use of the pool, pool table and garage game room. The kitchen was large and the table accommodated 12 people. Checkin and out was easy. There was ample parking for vehicles We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Plenty of room for 14 family members and their children. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The pool needed some more lighting. No pool lights and no light to the deck area. The light in the hot tub was hanging out which I felt could’ve been a safety issue but we didn’t use it much anyway. Landscaping and grass was in need of some TLC. The inside very clean and spacious. The men enjoyed the pool table very much! Walmart was only about 5 minutes away which was a big plus! Overall we had an amazing weekend together.

The layout of the house worked great for us and having the pool was perfect in the heat. Close to everything we wanted to do (seaworld, aquatica, riverwalk). The house had everything we needed. Andre was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful.

This property was exactly what our group needed! There was plenty of space for everyone, and the extra amenities such as the pool and games were a hit with the kids. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable mattresses, so everyone is our group was happy. The owners were awesome and very easy to work with. We plan on staying here again!

This property was perfect for our family (6 adults and 4 kids) and was exactly as advertised! The pool (which we had heated) hot tub and game rooms were a big hit with all! Andre was a very responsive and attentive host. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!

I traveled to San Antonio with my family (spouse and 3 kids) and another family (2 adults, 1 kid) purely for a hot weather spring break with a pool. This place was perfect! We had the pool heated and it was almost too warm with the 80-90 degree days we had! But not really. It was nice to be able to swim after dinner and not worry about it being too cool. The game rooms were great. Kids were able to play pool or in the game room when they wanted a break from the pool. The kitchen was nice and big for us to all be in there together. We didn't really use the living room much but when we did, the soft blankets were a big hit. Location was great. We drove to the Phil Herdberger park for bird watching and playground time. Later that day we did a Riverwalk Boat Tour, the Alamo and Tower of the Americas, followed by dinner at Rosarios. Too much in one day but Rosarios was amazing. Horseback riding was a big hit another day. Overall it was a great stay. A couple of extras - our original flight was delayed due to an April Fools snow storm, the hosts sent us charcuterie platters for the first day we did make it there. Additionally, a hot tub issue was resolved within minutes of reaching out to them. They were very thoughtful and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you!

The house was older but extremely clean and very functional for our family of 8. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. The use of the house was very well thought out with directions everywhere for how things worked. Only 15 minutes to the airport and within 30 minutes to every other tourist attraction, the location was perfect! It was an amazing trip and Andre made everything so easy. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had two families with kids 8 to 3 years and this house was perfect. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. The heated pool option was perfect. Great house and location and the backyard and pool are adorable. Everyone had a great time with all the games, from Life to ping pong, this house is packed with goodness. It is in a great location for food and near some of the great major attractions and theme parks. Would highly recommend
