We are also about 45 minutes away from all of the great attractions that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains have to offer. The apartment will be yours to use privately, but our team is based in Reno so if there is anything at all that you need during your stay, we're just a phone call or a message away! MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique area. You'll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the townhome is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes. From our home, you'll be about 10 minutes from University of Reno, less than 5 from downtown/midtown, and only about 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and Skiing. We're also a short 8 minute drive away from the airport. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the apartment. The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and also close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants. There are bikes/scooters that can be rented from ride sharing apps as well.
