We had a great stay with Jennifer, her hospitality and care of her guests is unparalleled, simply fantastic! Snowed while we were in town, and the walkway and sidewalks were shoveled and clean before we knew it. Jennifer knew we were coming in for the holiday and made sure the kitchen had everything we needed to prep for Thanksgiving!! The house is perfectly situated, well appointed and very clean and oh so comfortable. Close to everything you will want to see or do in the Boulder Area. Can’t wait for our return visit!

Came in from Oregon to watch our college team play University of Colorado, perfect location. If you're going to a game, nice house well appointed. Communication with the owners is amazingly awesome. They were there to answer questions and just chit chat back and forth because I'm weird that way. Gave us good recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and places to go. If I come back this way I definitely would stay here again.

Great Location for proximity to campus. Property was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues other than Roku not working all the time for TV. This was one of the nicest homes in neighborhood, as some of the other homes had yards that were not mowed, etc.

We enjoyed our week at Jennifers home. Everything was clean and well organized. She had thought of everything! We liked her quiet neighborhood, and appreciated the convenience to Whole Foods, parks, and quick drive to downtown Boulder. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay!

Really enjoyed this super property, with a beautiful backyard, all the amenities, and an easy to communicate with owner. Ideally located near pretty much everything in Boulder, Colorado. I definitely will be staying here again!

This home was everything we needed! Location was excellent - close to CU, shopping and hiking. Everything in this property was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had tools needed to make a meal and bathrooms were spotless. We'll definitely rebook here when we return to Boulder!
