Central location with exceptionally helpful staff. Very clean & welcoming. Free parking outside if you’re lucky! Comfy bed & crisp linen.
Lots of stairs up to our room (no lift) but staff more than willing to carry cases. Would have liked a kettle in the room.

The room was like a postage stamp. Over priced. Parking almost impossible

Breakfast was everything I needed. Room was quiet with gentle music, service was excellent. The welcome was excellent. The garage carpark was a great plus.
The single room was small and depressing like a shoebox. You could hear every shower, toilet flush in neighbouring rooms. There is no lift and the stairs were curving, steep and dangerous.
