Lovely comfortable bed, hot water, immaculately clean, good hair wash etc., fridge etc. outside pools etc well cared for.
Our King Suite balcony overlooked an active building site. The only comment was obtuse like oops sorry… when brought to their attention. I get that someone has to fund further development but a lacklustre interest in my disappointment means we won’t be back despite the room itself was as good as I remember it being half a dozen years ago when we came last… the pools were busier than the past but well cared for.

Everything was great, the front desk texting service made it super easy to ask any questions or request anything I needed. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. My mattress was very uncomfortable, but I made the mistake of feeling too embarrassed to bring it up until day 3 because I couldn't actually figure out why I was uncomfortable. When I finally mentioned this, the team immediately took action and advised me they would try rotating it. This completely fixed the problem and I just wish I had asked sooner!
The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been room service for food and drink. I understand the difficulties with this as there were so many buildings and only one main kitchen location, so it didn't seem unreasonable that this was not offered. However after a long day in Orlando, there were times I was a little sad that in order to get a snack or a drink I would have to leave my room and get the shuttle service to the main building or leave the property completely in my car. Even a limited snack (pretzels, cookies, peanuts, chips, etc) and beverage menu for room service (canned or bottled sodas) would have been well utilized by me!

Great location and pool facilities
The pool bar was very poorly staffed and very long queues for food and drink. Only one person serving for the whole resort!

The staff was very nice. They responded when we needed towels and a slip mat for the bathtub. We liked the ceiling fan.
Our unit was pretty dirty. There were hairs stuck to the dirty floor. Sticky counters and door knobs. Hated time share pressure sales. We should have known better! The trash dumpster was always overflowing.

Great location. Super close to everything. The pool area was beautiful and they have a little market for breakfast etc
Walls are thin. I could hear the people in the next room even when they were speaking normally to each other which was a bit annoying at 6am but other than that everything was great.

Check-in and out went smoothly. Friendly staff. They have cookies at the front desk, just ask for them. You have to text to get what you need. Sometimes that can take awhile, so keep texting if it's urgent like sheets, pillows or toilet paper. The grounds and pool areas were very nice and luxurious. You have towels at the pool sites. There are 3 large pools, and 4-5 hot tubs. I liked the turtle and crocodile lake and boardwalk. The King suite was large with a full kitchen dinning room, living room, double bathroom, and bedroom. The balcony was large with mosquito netting, and had a large table with 4 chairs to eat outside also. Kitchen amenities were good, coffee maker, coffee, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, kettle, dishes, dishwasher, dish soap, tablets, etc were all provided. There is also a laundry closet and laundry powder was also provided. Be aware that there were cockroaches in the kitchen. They hotel knows about it, but the spray they use is not killing them or their eggs. The King bed was very comfortable, surprisingly so was the pull out Queen couch in the living room. Note that the soundproofing is very bad, so you will be bothered by neighbours walking or children running above you, and beside you. Good luck going to sleep early and/or sleeping in!
If you only need 5-6 hours of sleep and don't mind being woken early, this place could work for you. Request a corner unit on the top floor and you will eliminate half of the neighbours disturbing you. Also there is a massive construction site next door, with tractors busy all day long, so you'll be woken by that too, and will have the sounds of construction and tractors' motors, digging and reversing (Beep beep beep) all day long. Unless you have a parking lot view suite, in which case it will be the cars on the road that disturb you. Not exactly what we were looking for at a luxury resort on vacation.
If you need peace and quiet and plenty of sleep, then this isn't the best hotel for you. The ceilings and walls are very thin, so you hear and get woken by neighbours running around stomping above you, and opening and slamming cupboard doors or drawers beside you, or just talking. I kept thinking someone was actually in our room, that's how loud the footsteps were, and I was wearing earplugs!! Also, there was construction right outside our window. I wouldn't stay here for another few years until the construction site next door is complete. The neighbouring property which most buildings 4-10 look out on, has an active construction site of condos or new hotel being built, so you will get woken by tractors going BEEP BEEP BEEP every morning including Saturday, and can enjoy listening to and watching construction from your balcony all day long if you stay in your room, instead of the birds and the wind in the palm trees. To avoid the construction site, you would have to be at Building One or Two near the lobby and main pools.
My husband got REALLY sick and was immobilized in bed for days. Neither my son nor I got sick and we still don't understand what it could have been (Bad milk from Starbucks coffee? Bacteria from the pool water? or a contaminated surface?) Thankfully we had purchased tickets in the lobby for SeaWorld and the manager refunded us for his ticket as he was not able to attend. We had 2 nice pool days which were great, but all in all, our vacation did not end well and I would not stay here again due to the noise and cockroaches.

Mini market made great breakfast sandwiches! There one night only then headed to our conference at a different hotel. The grounds were pretty.
Check in took too long at 9:30 PM, saw my reservation but not my room. Room first floor outside elevator, noisy. Traveled all day and no food available when we arrived. Breakfast at the market was good that we paid for. No cab service, bell capt disappeared, lobby always loud and no one available to answer a question!!

Small crappy room. No wash cloths, garbage cans and old and out dated. Can’t use the Hilton app which means you have to wait forever to check in. No reverence or care for Diamonds.

We loved our room. We appreciated having our room made up every day. We haven't had that in other condo units we have rented. Beautiful property!!
We loved everything, but a couple of kitchen towels would have been nice, too. In all fairness, we didn't request any.

Location is excellent for all shopping and theme parks and has good parking.
The apartments are spacious; kitchen is well supplied with all pots, pans and cutlery etc that is needed. Towels were plentiful and topped up regularly. Bedroom was a good size and adequate wardrobe and drawer facilities AND a full sized bath. Soap, shampoo and body lotion is available in the shower/washroom which also has two sinks.
Lifts to upper floors. Plenty of loungers around a lovely pool areas - smaller, shallower pool and larger one for confident swimmers. Restaurant also available / good coffees! We also enjoyed using the shuffleboard situated near the pool area.
Free transport to nearby Seaworld (saves parking charge)if you book through them. All staff we encountered were friendly, capable and patient. Housekeeping was excellent! Overall, we had a great holiday there / hope we can return!

Location that give an access to everything almost at Orlando. The comfortable and specious of the unit.

Loved the space provided by the room, two bathrooms which is so important when you have teenagers, comfortable beds, great gym, pool and market with coffee. The hotel was brilliant.
There was some building work going on outside our room and the deadlock on the door was broken this didn’t affect our stay though.

This place is always the best. Staff is amazing, rooms are always spotless and I love that you get a private balcony. Amazing location and overall everything is always great.

Great location. Comfy master bed. View of SeaWorld from balcony. Friendly room cleaning staff.
Stayed many times over the last decade but resort has gone seriously downhill since the pandemic. Had a pokey one bedroom corner room on the top floor of the refurbished Hamilton block. Rowdy neighbours and very rowdy and scruffy pool area. This place no longer has the exclusive feel it used to have. Only timeshare owners are now allowed to reserve sun beds so the best placed ones with umbrellas are always spoken for. Pool towels are years old, so faded and rough and desperately need replacing. Pool was full of hair that kept getting wrapped around my fingers when swimming!! Very expensive bar and coffee shop (way cheaper to buy your Starbucks outside). Ladies toilet block by the bar/pool were taped off and out of order for the full length of our 3 week stay, which meant we had to use a very dirty bathroom inside the kids games room…not pleasant in a wet bathing suit! We were told we had a refurbished room but they still have the same tired kitchens/appliances and bathrooms that we had 10 years ago. Kitchen was very ill equipped. Major construction ongoing at adjacent hotel complex with works taking place from 7.30am Mon-fri. Machinery noise was very disruptive. Some hotel reception staff were very rude. We turned down the ‘free breakfast’ and this didn’t go down too well. We will now never be returning after many happy visits in the past.

very clean rooms, pizza in market was delicious! liked the convenience of being able to order food from restaurant while at the pool. Activities at pool make it fun! nice walking trails. They did go out of their way to get us a room closer to the pool when we checked in which was nice.
Ran out of towels after first couple of days and took a little long to get them brought to room, also on day of scheduled housekeeping day it was very late in the day before they showed up seemed like they were very short staffed in this area, pool area deck could have used a little cleaning, stayed for 5 nights and pool deck was never cleaned, in the past it used to get pressure washed, restaurant on site was not open for breakfast like in the past, tried to get supper one night at restaurant and waited for about 10 minutes and still no one acknowledged that we were even there so unfortunately left to go off property to eat.
