first amazing but then not so much

we loved the location.

we couldn’t use the shower it was so hot made our skin red. we were told it’s the pipes because it’s so old. but that’s not fair we paid money. and i tried to see if they could compensate or something but the girl at the front at check out was rude and unhelpful. also should be warned about noise in the room from freemont.

Great rooms, staff, and location!

The location and surrounding amenities are excellent!

The rooms are older, but have a historic nature that is nice. Our room was clean except my mom found a pair of swim trunks in the bed… we’re assuming they were in the laundry and clung together.

Very clean and comfortable in a word NICE

Didn't eat

there was a waitress on the floor took my order and never returned after approx thirty minutes I went to wonder the strip for am hour came back to the same spot after about fourty min. Ask the waitress what happened earlier She said I forgot you I ordered again I went to the security at the door to complain and ask now to make a complaint she came up and literally was harassing me while I was speaking to him she seemed to be on too many energy drinks or coffee Lots of it.

super bad hotel stop go to there

I didn’t like nothing room and hotel service nasty I’m not was stay there because not my quality hotel super nasty

that give me very bad room I told them change please this room impossible stay the room they want for that extra money and I’m tray open claim for this hotel to my bank and to booking if they not refound my money will give the hotel to court for compensation and booking responsibility for that situation

There is no breakfast first then I booked it as 415 US dollar when I get at the hotel they charge me over 600 us the room was like a cave the cleaning service they forget my door open

Fremont Street front seat attraction.

Fremont St

Pricing was extremely high and confused about booking my room as I thought I received two days booked 8 months ahead of my birthday but the special price was for 1 day and 2nd day was full price. Not happy about that at all.

the rooms are very cheap, which is nice if you just wanna have roof under your head. It’s perfect for one or two nights. Rooms are very simple. they offer free valet parking.

we stayed on the 2nd floor, so we were hearing elevator and noises from the the street. no real window in the room. :)

There isn’t a bottle of water in the room or a cattle to heat water or at least coffee. You have to leave the hotel to get some morning coffee and breakfast

it is close to foodcourts

it is our first time in Fremont, they gave us room right by the stage in Fremont, the noise was tolerable until the band started playing and we woke up with that loud band noise and our room was vibrating, next night they switched us to another room, very quiet but the AC doesnt blow cold air at all, we cant open windows cause it was permanently sealed, I called staff - nothing was done, so we didnt have aircon next 2 nights

I forgot my expensive shoes I called few times to see if the have my shoes and they said the the have anything talk to security and they said they were going to give me a call back and they never did and. Still waiting on answers. I need to follow with them so see who has my shoes . And another one the shower never work I have to use my friends hotel to shower what a but experience.

The value is still higher than the price.

It is located in the Downtown. The hotel is neighbored to the Fremont Experience Walk Street, a hot spot of the city. You can sense the prosperity of the city at the place.

The room is rather small. The carpet is too old. And the whole hotel is also old.

Sad day for golden gate

After showing them my confirmation email we had to wait for them to find it ! That's between you and them to fix. But when they did find it they tried to up the price of the room they claimed that all they had left was a smoking room and I told them that was not what I had reserved on the app and the person who was acting like the manager said that was all he had for us and if we wanted he could get us a can of airfresh to cover the cigarettes smell. And then I get an email the same night for the room that I didn't stay at because I have COPD and can't be around that much smell of smoke and airfreshener.

Nothing I drove over 5 hours to have my wife surprise start out looking for another place to stay, when we have stayed at this hotel in the past many times but we will not ever again because of how we had to pay for something we did not even booked!
