Overall it was great.

My Suite was amazing! My grandson suite had problems with the toilet that wasn’t fixed. He called and they came up once, but still didn’t flush properly. I told them when I was checking out, but they didn’t offer any discounts. They should’ve offered something.

Toilet in suite. They should tell you about all the extra fees when you order room service. They got me one morning, but I went downstairs and picked up my food at a reasonable price.

Great Hotel and Location

Rooms are beautiful. Beds very comfortable; loved the pillows. Our city/Union Square view was fantastic! Location on Union Square was perfect. Close to everything including BART, which was very convenient. Being Bonvoy members, we were given two very cool water bottles, two cable car tickets, a free wine coupon at the wine bar at Macys. A great stay! Will definitely be back.

Buffet breakfast was very expensive; $40.00, so we skipped that. Had a few drinks at the bar; $34.00 for a Lemon Drop and one beer. Seemed a bit high to us.

Good, stay in a fabulous city.

Location was great near Union Square, shopping, theatres, Modern Art gallery, lots of restaurants etc. The staff were very helpful, particularly the valet parking, luggage and concierge. Nostalgic and a fabulous view from our room plus super elevator ride in the new tower.

Renovations were going on at the time which we did not know about until we arrived so some facilities closed. The lobby was freezing! One needed over coats to just stand in line at the reception desk or order from the self serve cafeteria, which was not my fave place.

Um dos melhores hotéis que eu já conheci. Desde o momento que entrei no valet pra estacionar o carro, já fui muito bem atendido por um funcionário muito simpático e cordial. Na recepção idem, este último, além de educado, se mostrou interessado em atender nossas expectativas, além do nos presentear com 2 garrafas de água, que eram muito bonitas e ficaram de souvenir de SF, as quais uso diariamente em minha cidade, além de 2 passes de bondinho, drink de cortesia no bar do hotel, que também me atenderam exemplarmente, e ainda um aluguel de bike, que não consegui usar pois estava chovendo nos dias que estive lá. Gostaria de lembrar os nomes dos funcionários do estacionamento, da recepção e do bar, pra poderem ser reconhecidos. Isso tudo sem falar de toda a estrutura do hotel, que é excelente e muito bem localizado. Se puder retornar a SF um dia, voltarei a me hospedar, sem nem pesquisar outros lugares.

Não tenho nada pra falar. Talvez o preço do estacionamento, perto de 80 dólares por dia, por ser um SUV grande. O valor estava acima do que eu esperava e gostaria, mas isso é algo que não pode ser considerado falha do hotel. Estacionamentos estão caros na cidade inteira.

Great location in Union Square, great beds!

Beautiful property in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square. Very close to the cable car, bus, trolley and BART. Bed was amazingly comfortable and our room overlooked Union Square yet it was very quiet.

Great stay but they charged me twice

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was friendly. However, I was charged twice so I had to deal with that one morning when you don't really want to handle that on a vacation. The first lady I spoke to said I wasn't charged twice but when I showed her my credit card statement she got her manager and then something was actually done about it. Added some stress to my stay.

We really enjoyed staying at The Westin.

Fantastic location. Great beds. Very clean and very quiet.

I didn’t like the constant smell of cannabis (not inside the hotel) near the entrance to the hotel or in the streets. I know this is nothing to do with the hotel.

Great location to spend a weekend in SF!

Location and history of the place is amazing. We had a great time seeing holiday decorations and lights around SF downtown.

It was very pleasant stay, even with a minor cleanliness issue.

Location was great and very close to all the shops. The room and bathroom was very nice and clean as well. It was also decorated very nicely. The wall trim was beautiful and unique! The beds were comfy as well.

However, there was some dirt on the bed comforter. There were visible dark spots all over the comforter.

Understaffed, long wait to valet car, check-in and check-out. The cafe/restaurant was grossly understaffed and dirty dishes piled high on the tables.

Amazing vacation with .y daughter

Came for the Nutcracker Ballet and shopping. The Location is PRIME and i cant wait for next Christmas to do it all over again.

I didnt like that my room was in a set in section so my view of Union Plaza was kind of limited even though i booked for a full view. But it was still a greay stay.

Sehr gut aber intransparent mit Nachbelastung

Gutes Hotel an bester Lage mit guter Infrastruktur. Grosszügiges Zimmer im 25. Stock mit schöner Aussicht. Restaurant und Bar sind zwar eher teuer aber dank der USD 25 Tagespauschale vom Hotel (und den zusätzlichen Vergünstigungen), lohnt es sich trotzdem dort einzukehren.

Leider wurde mir trotz zweimaligem Nachfragen über dieses Portal, bis heute nicht die korrekte Endabrechnung zugestellt. Die letzte zusätzliche Belastung nach Check-out und unserer Abreise ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Sehr schade dieser fahle Beigeschmack.

Saliendo del hotel está lleno de homeless, aunque no te hacen nada, si vas sola si te da miedo. El hotel te cobra el wifi.

My wife and I and Family of children and grand children enjoyed the hotel very much .

Hotel is close to all we wanted and major attractions were easily accessible.Allstaff were very helpful.

The POP bar is only open on weekends which was a little disappointing

Wonderful location and beautiful hotel.

We love the location! It’s the best. We love the Clock Tower Bar and Champagne pop up. We also enjoy the spacious rooms and very comfortable pillows and bed.

Su ubicación está genial y está bonito en general el lugar, explicó rápido: hay dos torres pero todo es ahí mismo, los divide solo el área del lobby y café , en una torre están puras habitaciones de 1 cama ( es más vieja esa torre y no huele rico, la habitación olía feo ) están tipo europeas las habitaciones, chicas y la otra torre es de puras camas dobles esa torre es un poco más nueva, más estilo americano. La persona que nos atendió súper amable y habla español se llama Natividad .

No explican bien las tarifas a pagar pero bueno, ellos dijeron que es la app de booking la que cometió los errores, si nos cobraron el hospedaje, 75 dlls x noche más impuestos

Beautiful facilities - not happy about double charge

Big, spacious room. Windows looking out to Union Square opened slightly so we could hear the noise below.

Double charged. Booked through booking.com but hotel stated they never received the payment. Had to pay again. Still in dispute with them about a refund. Just be cautious.

It was a magical stay in a historic hotel on Union Square. We stayed three days.

The service was top notch. The room was clean and comfortable with a view of the city and bay.

There was no microwave however you could request one at the desk. It wasn’t made clear at check in that water bottles were free and other items like a microwave and water kettle were available on request.

Wedding anniversary festivities were perfect.

Everything from dropping the car off at valet to check in to receiving our cable car ticket at the concierge desk to the bar area and other incentives, our stay was absolutely amazing. I just wish we would have stayed a longer time. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect.

There is really nothing we did not like about this hotel.

Muito bom!

O hotel é espetacular no quesito sofisticação. Salões imponentes e muito acolhedores. Achei legal que os hóspedes ganham alguns presentinhos para serem aproveitados durante a estadia, como drinks gratuitos no bar do hotel, garrafinhas térmicas, bilhetes para o cable car, e um crédito de $25 por dia (em compensação pelo pagamento da taxa de resort diária paga ao se hospedar). Além disso as instalações são muito boas. O quarto é grande e as camas confortáveis. Chuveiro bom. Os espaços comuns do hotel também são muito legais, os salões que ficam no terraço com vistas, o café e principalmente a academia, que é enorme e muito bem equipada, com aparelhos super novos e diversificados. Ainda, a localização é perfeita, de frente pra Union Square, com um ponto de cable car e estação de metro na frente. Voltando para San Francisco me hospedarei de novo com certeza.

Não tinha maleiro pra ajudar a subir e descer as malas pelas escadas da entrada do hotel, e não me avisaram quando minha encomenda chegou. Esses pontos não chegaram a ser um problema de fato, mas apenas um detalhe para atenção.
