Definitely beautiful property. The Berkshires are just stunning, tucked away and extremely quiet even though there are a lot of people that stay there a little outdated in the units but I would definitely go back.
Upon arrival, the air-conditioning unit wasn’t working we had to call for Handyman. I will say he came right away and fixed it …the next morning we woke up to the smoke detector going off. …fun at 7am!!! It needed new batteries and then the bathroom light didn’t work and they had to come and fix it …and took a little bit of time to figure out how to take the cover off and put a new lightbulb in . I mean it’s not the way you want to start a two day vacation but the staff was very friendly. The resort It’s far away from anything so that if you need groceries or you forgot something, you’ve got a long ride to go pick things up. My suggestion would be bring anything you want to eat or drink before you get there cause going back out. It was at least a 20 minute ride. There’s really no place to eat around there and while you have a kitchen to cook I’m not the one who wants to cook when I’m on a vacation for two days. The pool was really nice, but we wanted to use the Jacuzzi and of course it was broken for the two days we were there as it was a little bit chilly to go into the pool. We did have a unit by the pool, which made it easier to walk too . But it felt like we were in the basement because we had the bottom unit. There’s no elevator so you’re lugging your luggage down steps.

Location and amenities
Room had some debris -- was a bit outdated as well.

Big apartment. Nice hot tub in room. Two large TVs as well. Comfortable furniture.
Gym was almost unusable. Equipment was junk. Most of it was broken. Pool was dirty. Hot tub was dirty. Staff was about as unfriendly as you could get.
