Very good room (but in another hotel, downtown, very far from the original location!).

Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that they would not be able to honor our reservation. Apparently, among all the guests that day, we were “gifted” with some “overbooking”. The option offered was to stay in another unit, in the city center - a good hotel, without a doubt, but it took us an extra hour to settle in there. Those who choose a hotel next to the airport usually have a good reason for preferring not to travel around the city…

Shuttle to and from the airport. The free trolly and the train station is just across the street. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, serving breakfast, lunch or dinner for a fee. Breakfast includes hot or cold dishes, little choice of fruit or vegetables.

You need to flash the water in the sink a few times. The water there is so high, you can not clean yourself without hitting the water with stuff...Noisy a.c.

The AC was broken in my room. Was just blowing hot air.

Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte ein Update (Upgrade) erfahren; Kühlschrank fehlte (Zimmer 430); Deposit-Belastung der Kreditkarte von $50; zuwenig Sonnenschirme in der Pool-Area.

O hotel é ao lado do aeroporto e o serviço de transfer é ótimo, com passagens pelo aeroporto a cada 15 minutos.

Proche de l'aéroport...Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le personnel est serviable.

L'hôtel à rafraîchir....tout est un peu abîmé, défraîchi...La climatisation est bruyant, chasse d'eau est cassé et l'eau coule tout le temps et double vitrage est nul...l'hôtel situe près de l'aéroport et à partir de 4 h du matin le décollage est chaque 3 minutes....difficile à dormir...

The staff was extremely friendly , the room was clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. The location was great and the shuttle service was prompt.

La ubicación es excelente, pasando la calle esta el transporte multimodal metrorail, Trolly, Buses , Trenes etc. En 15-20 minutos esta uno en Brickell. El servicio de Shuttle o bus del hotel aeropuerto hotel aeropuerto gratuito y cada 15 minutos es uno de los mayores valores o plus que tiene este hotel nos encanta. Siempre nos ha gustado alojarnos en este hotel y volveríamos siempre.

La habitación debería modernizarse esta un poco antiguo, las conexiones en la habitación no servían y lo primero que uno busca es conectividad. El desayuno muy limitado y se pagan casi 35USD por persona, limitan mucho tomar café o té, no está tan disponible. No importaría pagar los 35USD por un desayuno mas completo y sin limitaciones, o volver a incluir el desayuno en el alojamiento sería muy bueno y que deberían revisar.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, relacion precio calidad es un poco baja. El precio es muy caro para un hotel 3 estrellas, pero uno paga la cercania al aeropuerto. Lo mejor que tiene es el transfer cada 15 minutos las 24 hs del dia. El restaurant muy bueno, los precios un tanto elevados.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero todo muy limpio.

Hotel ótimo, pertinho do aeroporto, tem shuttle grátis (basta esperar na área correta do aeroporto que logo o ônibus deles passa) e o café da manhã é ótimo

Súper bien el shuttle bus desde el aeropuerto al hotel ! Súper practico y cómodo . Alejado del centro de la ciudad pero nada que un uber no pueda solucionar ! . Increíble . La piscina , las mesas de Ping pong, lobby..

Me pareció muy linda y cómoda la habitación. Estuve en el hotel mi última noche en Miami y fue muy fácil el transporte al aeropuerto y sus servicios. Volvería sin duda :)

La atencion super buena y la ubicacion supee cerca al aeropuerto, ofrecen traslado al aeropuerto gratis y el transporte sale cada 15 minutos

El aire acondicionado lo ponen super alto pero aguantable

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

Room did not smell good and was dusty. They only accepted creditcards and the ATM did not work with Maestro... Could not get any food or drinks and had to walk 15 minutes to get some food at a gas station.

Kurzer und einfacher Transfer mittels Hotelshuttle nach Langstreckenflug. Geheizter Pool, war perfekt nach der langen Reise, um gleich ins Urlaubsfeeling zu kommen. Trotz Flughafennähe ruhig.

Excelente ubicacion si necesitas ir o llegar del aeropuerto o el centro de alquiler de carros.

El parqueadero no esta incluido y es super costoso. Por suerte me ayudaron y no tuve que pagarlo. Pero me parece absurdo pagar por el parking.

We were staying here for one night after our cruise and the 24 hour shuttle to the airport made flying home so easy. Highly recommend.

+la ubicación tan cerca del aeropuerto hace un punto medio al resto de la ciudad +la piscina al lado del río tiene una bonita vista +Bueno para descansar

-El hotel está muy descuidado y antiguo -No tiene nevera ni microwave en las habitaciones -El restaurante parece cafeteria. Tiene muy pocas ofertas - Es un hotel que sirve solo para ir a asearse y dormir ya que no cuenta con ninguna atracción mas q la piscina.
