I loved it, and so did my family. We will happily stay here again.

The location is amazing. So many stores and things to do all around. Also super quiet and comfortable. The hot tub and indoor pool where perfect to relax in.

The guy who is the general manager was unpleasant.

It was nice and in a good area.

You can not pay in cash when you get there. Housekeeping saw us leaving with no pillows and still reported that we took the pillows when they were in the room.

Overall it was like a inconvenience of a one night stand

Liked the location

I did not like that I chose a king room with sofa bed and then front desk lady gave my keys and when I checked in my room it was two double queen beds room and I would of thought she would of told me that they had to switch up our rooms due to computer errors of that king with sofa being available online and not at the hotel so I wasted time going up and down the elevator to go talk to front desk and also our room did not even have microwave it was such a inconvenience and our bathroom sink was plugged up. And also front desk lady was never at the front desk I would have to wait for her because she was outside happened at least 3 times….she kept complaining to me she was working on her wedding day.

Great room. Plenty of spots for luggage, which is unusual.

Hallways need new carpeting. They're wrinkled up and someone could easily trip on them.

Pool towels should have been located in pool area. We had to wait for towels from from desk and took long time.

For one night it as good but I think for an extended stay it would be great

It has a very good breakfast bar. The location is awkward to get to. There are alot of good restaurants around within walking distance. The room was very nice and clean.

The bed was too hard for myself. My husband found it comfortable for him.

The price was a little high considering the repairs needed to the property,

Front desk was nice

tile floor in front of elevator was badly cracked. Holes in the comforter on one bed. The phone didn’t work.

Convenient and Jerry did a great job helping us, but this hotel needs an upgrade.

breakfast was terrible, definitely the worst one I’ve ever been offered at Hampton Inn so I had to pass on that.

Quiet. Easy to find

No breakfast due to installation of equipment - understandable but didn't find out until check in. Then no coffee available- pots were empty.

The staff was exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The building is old, in disrepair. I opened my room door and couldn't close it without lifting it up. The entry of the elevator tiles were broken and were duct taped. The elevator doors were squealing like metal on metal. The outside of the hotel appeared old and dated. At night the grounds were dark and I was concerned about vehicle safety. It was definitely not a Hampton standard by far. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone until it goes through a major renovation/face-lift.
