We enjoyed the room and board and how warm the shower got. We appreciate the clean smell of the room and the accessibility. I have a broken foot so the ADA room we we’re given worked very well for us!
The towels could have been bigger, we didn’t have a towel supplied in our room the was big enough to wrap around our bodies, additionally our rooms bathroom didn’t have a lock, or a working air vent to displace the steam of the bathroom. There also was a decent about of misc hair that wasn’t removed from our room before we entered. We are not picky people and I personally grabbed a tissue and threw it away however I understand some people may find hair that is not their unpleasant.

Easy to get to.
Noisy traffic floor don’t seem to be mopped. Bring flip flops.

The room was really clean.
The bed was uncomfortable and it was really loud because it the interstate was so close. Also the first room they gave me smelled gross but the front desk agent was super friendly and put me in another room that didn't smell.

seemed modern. also clean.
Bed was very broken down and hard. Located in a rough part of town.

Check-in was easy, fast, and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and I had a quiet night’s rest.
Room had a funky smell at first, but it went away after I turned the air up. Bed could have been a little more firm and comfortable, but I still was able to sleep without issue.

There is not much I did like about this place. The front counter guy had a hard time finding me a room that had actually been cleaned and was ready even though my reservation was made over a month ago, my stay should not have been a surprise. Most of what I have to say is in the "didn't like" section. Of all the rooms I stayed in during my 10 day vacation, this was the absolute worst. One fourth the room at twice the price.
Quite dumpy for the highest priced motel I've stayed at during this vacation (almost double of other locations of various motel brands). The room was larger than expected even though they didn't give me what I reserved (I got 2 queens when I reserved 1 king bed) but we were so tired from coming in late that we didn't care (a semi could have driven through the room and we probably wouldn't have noticed). It was as clean as you can make it with the old carpet and fixtures. The breakfast offering was very dismal, 2 barely working waffle machines being shared by an onslaught of children and bikers. Cereal? Oatmeal packets, that's it.
There is a balcony that's accessed through a sliding glass door that takes a he-man to open and close. And when I got into the room the road noise was exceptionally loud, I found that the outside sliding glass door was cracked open and NOT LOCKED! They were setting us up for an intruder? I certainly did NOT feel safe after discovering what they did with that door. I'm glad I looked at that early on. I have one more HoJo to stay at on the way home. Let's hope I can provide a more positive review. UPDATE: I just finished staying at the HoJo in Oklahoma City, and there is no comparison. This location needs to take Oklahoma City's location as an example of quality and price. This hotel is ghetto and that's being kind.

They've done some remodeling, more modern looking rooms. It's still a Motel 6, not the Hilton. It was clean and compfy and a good value for the price. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly.

The location was convenient to everything. Parking in front of my room.
Bedding was thin and uncomfortable. Roaches in one of the rooms we had, which unfortunately was the room with the oxygen machine in it. Door handle on both rooms did not want to allow key entry. Sketchy characters asked for drug plugs.

Everything was acceptable except the noise level.
I've stayed at hotels next to highways before and not experienced the noise level that was here. There were also people hanging around in the parking lot making noise.
