The $800,000 worth of Corvettes in the parking lot when we showed up. It was the only hotel within miles for the Carlise event. The AC was ice cold....I will give them that. Other than that this place was horrible.
I'm a guy, and I'm not at all fussy but this was without a doubt the most disgusting room I have ever been in. The tub faucet was white from soap scum and hard water, the floors were sticky. There was not a clean item in the room save for the wrapped drinking glasses. The iron was filthy, when I grabbed a towel three palmetto bugs scurried out. Don't even ask about the toilet.

The location was perfect.
The sink in the bathroom leaked water on the floor every time we used it.
There was a slight problem with the lock on our door.

Bed was comfortable.
When trying to pay for an extra night they ran my card and the money was taken but then they tried running my card over and over telling me we hadn't paid and that my bank had a hold on the money because it was a hotel when i had called my bank and they ensured me the hotel was paid. It was really irritating especially considering they then asked us to leave bc they claimed we hadn't paid. My wife and i had to jump.through hoops to make sure we stayed for the nights we paid for it was annoying to say the least. Not to mention the manager put us in a room upfront and we had requested a ground level room he claimed they never got the request and that we had to pay an additional $10 per day to have a ground level room as my wife is disable and cant go upstairs.

staff was extremely helpful but it stop there.
Needs a facelift, some paint some brighter light fixtures. The room furniture was from the set of Happy Days. Bed had a marshmallow mattress.

The location was ideal and the staff was very friendly.
Its old, smells old, looks old. The shower floor was old and grimy, the room needed to be swept. The lamp shades, curtains, bedding stained orbhad cigarette burns from who knows how long ago. The sheets smeltn and looked clean. Fridge is room was not keeping temp. There was an old water bottle on the AC unit, toliet needed to be scrubbed, and it was obvious the shampoo had been used.
