Very clean, had everything I needed, very nice place and views

Place was great except the beds.
The beds felt rickety and ready to fall apart.

Full kitchen, jacuzzi hot tub, beautiful river views!
No screens on windows, a little isolated, jacuzzi kept turning on and off by itself, weak floors in certain places and creaky floors and ceilings that kept us awake. Spent the same amount at a luxury hotel in Asheville and was a bit disappointed.

Location was great! We could see and hear the river from the front porch. Cabin was cozy, but spacious.
Several flies were in the cabin when we arrived. Not sure why as the cabin was very clean. A few whacks with my cap and problem solved. Hot tub was nice, but the jets were not very strong.

I just wish all of the places had hot tubs

The cabins themselves, small but everything that you need in a tiny space. Was very cozy and invited peace of mind.
Nothing... I can't think of a single thing I didn't like.

Everything was new and clean. Full size fridge with icemaker and water dispenser in door. Gorgeous details like alpaca and leather cushions and sheepskin rug. Comfy bed and pillows, even the bunk bed. Stainless steel quality appliances, cutest dishwasher. Separate towels provided for hottub, generous and clean. Great location, easy access to Asheville, Pisgah, Blue Ridge parkway and Bitlmore. Even found a great church next door for impromptu Sunday service. Florence was friendly and took care of every need. Responsiveness to questions was top notch. Thoughtful touches like marshmallow sticks for firepit.
Looks secluded in photos but cabins are placed rather close to each other, little privacy for fireplace chats and hot tub. Driveway entrances face each other. Sleeps 6 but cutlery and crockery setting was only for 4. Needs more hooks (for jackets by front door or porch) would be handy, and more hangers. Anther mirror, not just the one in bathroom would be great!

The unit was clean and very well equipped. The towels and bedding was soft and comfortable
The neighbor was playing music that was unavoidably audible to us. The closeness made it mildly uncomfortable, but otherwise all was wonderful.

The cabin was immaculate - new appliances, new flooring and walls, large television, ample fridge and meal prep space. In addition, the bed was comfortable and adjustable (could pivot head and foot upwards or downwards) which was an excellent touch. There was a lovely outdoor deck complete with chairs, tables, a grill, and a 4-person hot tub that was in perfect working order. Towels provided and available in an outdoor box.
The only knock on this facility is that the tap water smelled like sulfur. While the bathroom was perfectly clean, the water left a bit of a "rotten egg" smell during and shortly after showers. In addition, buying a case of bottled water is a MUST given the objectionable taste of the tap water. I would strongly recommend the owners install some sort of filter to remedy this issue. Otherwise, we would have given the cabin a 10/10.
