Enjoyed the fact that it has lots of dining establishments within the area. It looked like it was getting a fresh coat of paint and it was clean.
The AC made lots of noise every time it turned on plus the noise stayed on during the cooling process!!!

Proximity to freeway
Bottom of bathtub was worn and had been worked but it was bumpy and felt like it couldn’t be cleaned properly.
Volume control for tv did not work. Tried to turn off heater/A/C but it kept running controls were faded and hard to read. Area in parking lot had a lot of cigarette buts and debris
