NOTHING this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at!
The initial three rooms encountered were afflicted with mold and had unclean bedding. The pool's condition was unacceptable, and the room we received had faulty sockets and doors. It is imperative that the rental of rooms in such poor conditions be disallowed. Furthermore, the presence of insects was noted, and photographic evidence has been secured. Despite a six-day stay and daily requests, housekeeping serviced the room only once, performing inadequately. Additionally, the behavior of the management staff was discourteous and offensive. If I could rate this hotel a negative I would.

Nothing
This place was so dirty. Hair on sheets, cigarette holes everywhere, we didn't have a fire alarm, floors are dirty, dust on walls, this place is just bad. Don't Stay Here🤬🤬🤬🤬. Booking needs to take them off their website bc they don't look like any of the pictures.

I didn’t like the fact that the indoor pool wasn’t available. So that was an let down for me and my kids. The carpet in the room was dirty. The sink by the microwave didn’t work. I didn’t like the fact my card was charged when I gave cash for the Refundable security deposit.

Soft bed and close to the mountain
The elevator made us feel uncomfortable safe, the toilet paper was awful, and the pool was closed. We were given 2 towels for 4 people and a few other inconveniences. The worse of these hotels we were at

The bed was comfortable
The remote didn't work, the side entry doors wasn't working, the phone didn't work, the towels smelled bad. No vending machines.

I enjoyed their breakfast.
There seemed to be many transients being housed. When we checked in, there was one cart to move our luggage. It was constantly being used by people moving lots of clothing, items, etc. out of a side, not front door. One couple had a grocery cart full of items and clothes. When we left, the cart could not be located. As a result, my spouse, age 70, had to move our items by hand. We had two kids with a large suitcase. I carried my own luggage also. We were driving home through TN when he realized he forgot two hanging suitbags. We called the sole employee and advised him. He said no employees were on duty to clean rooms, so the items were still there. We gave a name of a relative who would come. He said ok and hung up. We called right back to verify he had the info. Again, he just said ok and hung up. This morning a different employee was shocked to hear this. Noone called us back. My relative arrived after church on Sunday to pickup the hanging clothes. PM Mgr now on duty knew nothing about it, after we talked to AM Mgr twice on the road. She searched until she found items he had retrieved from the room. She mumbled about the coworker, 'This is what you should tell people before you leave.' Previously, upon checkin, I was advised that a $100 deposit would be held. I came right back to report the air conditioner knob was broken along with the clock radio. The woman on duty said ok. I also advised that the carpet felt damp under our feet and the TV remote was sticky and grimey. She said ok. We asked for extra towels that were not in the room. The first night was very hot, but we survived. My spouse worked on the knob until he got it back inside the unit. Disappointed in this location. Mgt was lacking. However, the two employees I saw wore a smile.

Indian gentleman in the front desk really sucks.
front desk staff sucks, and they charge an additional $100 as deposit for whatever reason. everything in the room falls apart from the A.C. unit to everything else. The cleaning staff are wonderful.

Very nice room. Helpful people at the desk.
Extremely dissatisfied with the indoor pool. I had 2 boys, 10 and 12, that were so excited to swim. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool. The water couldn't have been any colder without starting to ice over😅. We couldn't swim and the boys had nothing to do with their extra time. We even told the desk clerk but nothing was done. Very disappointed. Thank you.

there wasn’t enough food at the breakfast for the number of guests staying. The entire last hour nothing was replenished.
The key card to our room didn’t work from the first time. we were repeatedly told to just keep trying until we were finally locked out in a panic and there was no way to get into our room with our belongings trapped inside. Eventually maintenance got the door open and we were moved to a new room.

The service was horrible. My room didn't have a shower curtain after going downstairs 3 times to ask for it was told they will bring it in the morning. had to take a bath and water was all over the floor. The next day went out on coming back at 9 pm and expecting to see a clean room no room wasnt clean the bathroom still had the mess on the floor as we left it. The staircase was dirty hasn't been swept for a while. Complained and the room was changed, the next had a long call at work and asked for a late check-out at 1 pm was told I had to pay $50!!Despite all the inconvenience.
