Have been staying here for 12 years. Location off highway is convenient

Owner is not updating. Carpet is dirty. Needs to be remodeled.

We had a beautiful room but huge stains on the carpet everywhere. Also the love seat had stains all over and the tile in the bathroom was severely stained.

We made an accidental reservation for the wrong date. Contacted them and was told to contact the Raddison company, who told us to contact Booking.com (who we use for all of our travel) and they said to contact the original hotel where the mistake was booked. We did and they refused to refund the cost of the room. We did rebook on the dates I meant to stay and stayed. I am old and make mistakes. My husband is also elderly! You would think the hotel could realize people make mistakes, especially some of the elderly. What a disappointment.

The check on. Computers didn't pull up confirmation numbers. A 15 minute check in took 30+ minutes.

Staff great. Breakfast good.

Some of the furniture in the room has seen better days. Could hear every footstep from the room above mine.

This was my second time staying here. We attended a concert in Columbus both times and this was a nice hotel about an hour north of Columbus. It's a nice hotel in a great location and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast was a little lacking this time. We went down around 9:30 (breakfast ends at 10:30 on the weekends). Things were running low and needed restocked. However I do know the gentleman working the front desk was busy with guests checking out and he seemed to be the one restocking the food. The first time I stayed at this hotel the breakfast was good and stocked. 🙂
