Location

There were stains on the sheets and sequins from what appeared to be off of a previous guests clothing. I had booked a queen room but upon arrival I was told that they had a guest decide to stay longer and they had no queen beds so I payed for queen and got a full

Superb

the owner was very quick to respond to needing extra towels and a smoke alarm that needed a new battery this is a very simple motel the walls are painted grey the towels are on the thin side the shower was fantastic the bed and duvet were super comfy and we had a great nights sleep there is a restaurant across the street and gas stations nearby great coffee shops and breakfast shops on Haywood Ave great price we would stay here again Catherine and Dennis

Great shape for a small motel!

The hotel manager took time to explain things to me and chat. There was a personal angle I was sensitive to. The restaurants nearby: plus The main road being remote enough that i could not hear traffic: plus plus The cleaness of the room: a requirement for me, yes! The best for me was to be able to park 2 yards from my room. Being able to bring my dog: people please be clean with your pets so hotels like this keep allowing for pets.

The room was too small for me: if you need to exercise in your room to do floor exercise, you won't be able to.

I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for comfort and security. I kept our gun handy the whole time. for

The door wouldn’t open with the key, the ENTIRE room smelled like stale weed, there were flies everywhere and cigarette burns in all the linens.

Absolutely awful.

I left quickly after a stranger called my room phone and threatened to come “see about it”. Whatever that means.

The motel was very dirty...the sheet and bath room ...dirty...to small bath room and dirty...everything is poor..it was like never clean up and everything look old ...the shower is broke...not value for money ...the location is another issue...its a bit far to everywhere...nothing good this motel except the friendly staff in the front

Do not recommend.

as soon as I walked into my room I was greeted with the most awful smell. just dirty. from the walls to the furniture. there was hair all in the shower. it was filthy. the room had one outlet. the ac unit was covered in dust. I felt very uncomfortable in the room and decided to just leave.

Beds were so comfortable, AC window unit kept the room Icy just how we like it and was perfect white noise, staff answered every phone call.

For a 2 night trip it was $238, outside of our room we didn’t feel safe or comfortable, age policies weren’t stated upon booking, we felt like we had to sanitize everything due to odors, we also had loud neighbors but that wasn’t the owners fault.

Overly priced, majorly disgusting.

A comprehensive overview: Upon arrival, the lady in the office was convinced that we didn't have a reservation. She didn't realize what day it was and it took us about 5 minutes to convince her what day it actually was. Whatever, we laughed it off and she finally found the reservation. It then took us about another 25-30 minutes to process the payment as their system was down. Again, whatever, it happens. Apparently, our original room had been trashed during a previous stay, so they put us in a different room, which wasn't ready either. The room was a "non-smoking room" but reeked of cigarettes, so much so that I ended up with a headache most of the evening. The room and bathroom were utterly disgusting. The pillowcases were questionably "clean" and were covered with stains. Out of curiosity, I decided to check out the microwave and mini-fridge. I've seen cleaner appliances in a college frat house. There was no hot water, so even if I wanted to brave the gross shower, there was no way I was going to take a freezing cold shower only to then have to sleep in the frigid room with the paper-thin bedding that was provided. I was woken up a few different times in the evening from some noise out in the parking lot; seemed like there was some questionable activity going on in the late hours. There were two points of entry to our room. The front door was missing its chain latch, and the door is so warped that the deadbolt is no longer able to be locked. The staff did seem friendly and they profusely apologized during check-in, but at some point, that only goes so far. At the end of the day, it's a $100 room that really should be way cheaper, as a few others have mentioned in their reviews. If you want to feel like you're roughing it, then this place is for you. 10 out of 10, would not recommend.
