I will only stay here if I need that type of room nn again. I didn’t like much about the hotel accept the convenience.

Family suite was beautiful

Front desk staff ghetto, shower water temperatures were backwards. Back of shower head not clean very moldy in master suite. Drawer broken in living room. It feels like a maze just to get to the elevators

Disappointing.

Breakfast ok. Staff super nice and friendly!

Room beat up. Garbage outside rooms in hallway. Could have been cleaner, everything just tired. Only 1 15 lb dumbbell in fitness center, no lighter weights.

We had a great getaway and plenty to do and see at a great hotel

We were centrally located for shopping. Had a great breakfast to start our adventure Spacious and clean room to come back and stretch Out in. Great beds!

End tables in room. Nowhere to seat drinks in living other than ottoman. Not much furniture in living room. Not very comfortable either

I enjoyed my stay in this elegant and well maintained hotel. The staff is efficient and caring.

Hearty complimentary breakfast, excellent relationship with all personnel, clean. Robert, the Manager is an accesible and a sharp administrator. The Front Desk is always available in person or by phone, run by Saud. Safe environment in the premises, both inside and outside.

Room air conditioner, apparently was set on energy saving mode. Nothing disturbing.

I ended up not being able to take at the hotel due to not having a major bank card I explained to the man at the front desk I only have my work card and he was very rude he told me that was not his problem

My kids really enjoyed out stay that’s all that matters

Breakfast was great. I loved the set up of my room. The room made me feel as if I was at home.

I did not like how it was extremely hard to get clean towels and dish washer detergent. I stayed for a total of 3 days. I went to book for another night and I guess due to the weekend there was no availability. I did not like how I was only given a half hour to get my belongings out of the hotel. I was late to work and everything.

Convenient stay at Hyatt House

Friendly staff, good breakfast, very comfy beds, large rooms, laundry self-service (excellentwhen travelingwith a toddler), close to the mall and legoland discovery experience

Disappointing

I came there and it was Ants in the room and that was my second time there that it was ants and what’s crazy is I found out because I they woke me up in the middle of the night to ants on my arm and under the pillow

The room size was great and having a full refrigerator and kitchen was nice.

We found ants on the bed. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
