Breakfast was good.
On Saturday morning we came down for breakfast and Amy was working. I asked her if my cousin was there, and she was very helpful. After we ate breakfast, Amy directed my cousin to the breakfast area before her shift. I have to say Amy was very professional, proficient and customer focused.
When we checked in @ 3pm on 28 July 2023, the female clerk was helpful. But there was a male clerk that just leaned on the wall and hovered around her. He did nothing. However, when I asked about a cousin, he said he could not give out that info. Then I told him name and that she worked there, he said he did not know name but even if he had, he would not give out info. She was the reason I booked there in the first place. He was more of a nuisance and annoyance than a help.

The location was awesome and the staff was super friendly. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The suites both had well outfitted kitchens that were designed well and provided useful refrigeration for our food.

The property was decent no complaints. It served its purpose for this weekend.
They seemed to be booked with guests but only had one working elevator to accommodate guests. Plus the one working elevator ran very slowly.

We were completely blown away by this hotel. We were personally greeted once we got there and invited to a social gathering type supper! The room was huge, breakfast was fantastic, The staff couldn't have been nicer! I could go on and on! I don't write reviews but I needed to leave one for this hotel! I would give them six stars if I could!!!
I honestly can't think of one thing I didn't like. The only thing that would make it better maybe is a pool!

Breakfast was adequate. The eggs and sausage were not good. I got a couple of yogurts and cereal bars and that was it. Better than nothing but not worth getting up early for. A disappointment at this price point. The bed was very comfortable. Great mattress. Shower was large which was nice.
The visit didn't start off well because when I entered the room, I found someone else's clothes in the closet. So much for cleaning the room thoroughly between guests. The room was ice cold. I was there in January, in Wheeling, WV and the A/C was on and the room was 64 degrees. I was able to to get the room warmed up , eventually. I inspected the room to see if it was actually clean. I found no other issues. When I gave the clothes to the front desk staff, they didn't offer me another room or didn't offer a discount. They only said " gee, were sorry, we will talk to the staff".

A good location and the price was reasonable.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard and you could feel the springs. It was not a restful night of sleep which I desperately needed. So many others things were right, but the poor mattress ruined the chances of me returning.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility is very comfortable and clean. Having a full fridge and kitchenette made my extended stay so much easier. I have to add Michelle, Mary, John, and Robyn went above and beyond making me feel at home. Thank you guys.

Price was good for the quality of hotel.
We were on a tight schedule and the room was not ready at the 3:00 pm check in time. We actually had to check in later after the event we were attending which was very inconvenient for us..
