Lovely hotel. Loved the style. Every thing was perfect! The staff was friendly. The onsite parking is a must. No issues with parking and it was gated as well.

Great concierge service. Clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Bathroom too small and not convenient for senior citizens with bathtub bottom a little slippery and no grab bars for entering, exiting and moving around in the shower.

Always comfortable and clean. Staff (Tressie and Myla) is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and happy hour is a nice touch. Always stay here when in Natchitoches.
